@radlclown @DHLPaket In New York City ist das Problem auch dermaßen eskaliert. Dass ein Ticket für gew. Falschparken auf 1000$ angehoben wurde und die Bürger konnten das per App melden und bekamen Provision. Da parkt jetzt keiner mehr falsch.

@DeutschePostDHL Filiale 402 Winthirstr.4-6 München. Awful service got there at 12:20, security told me it was closed while doing this a lady squeezed in. Many customers confused queuing unaware it was closed. How helpful for Corona making people to go twice to the post office.

@DHLPaket I don’t recommend DHL to anyone living in Germany who doesn’t speak German. My issue was only solved through social media 😐 the company doesn’t even have email or a written customer service you could use with a translator! So frustrating!

@DHLPaket I have an issue with my parcel, due to the sender gave a wrong address and he has left Germany. I tried calling customer care but language is a barrier as I'm not a native of Germany. Is being over 2months, i would really appreciate all efforts to resolve this issue.

Am Freitag wurde ein Packet @DHLPaket an anderer anwesenden Person (Herr Lorey) in meiner Wohnung zugestellt, laut der Sendungsübersicht. Das Problem ist: Ich kenne ihn nicht. Mein Mann war Zuhause und niemand hat geklopft. Bis jetzt habe ich natürlich mein Packet nicht bekommen

Es ist 2020 und man kann immernoch beim @DHLPaket Service anrufen nur um zu erfahren, dass ein durch Verschulden des Boten nicht zugestelltes und nun auf dem Rückweg zum Sender befindliches Paket nur unter Hinzunahme eines Anwalts umgekehrt werden kann! #dhldelivers not!
