  .@TDAmeritrade takes 3-5 days to deposit my cash to my bank account @CashApp does it instantly even over the weekend There’s a reason why FinTech startups attract more users than traditional players and it’s not only due to the superior UX and UI. It’s the quality of service.

  Hey @TDAmeritrade - your customer service and website login procedure are a joke. I am happy that I used @RobinhoodApp to actually invest money or else I would not have access to it!

  @kohli_fan75 @TDAmeritrade Each office has a Manager and a Compliance Officer. You can contact an office even if you don’t deal with one and register the complaint. If you are operating strictly online, there’s a 800 #. Call and say you’d like to find out the process to file a complaint. Good luck.

  I lost significant amount of my trading capital due to system error of @thinkorswim @TDAmeritrade. Would they be able to make me whole or do nothing? Will they fix their error? I have to find out.

  @TDAmeritrade hey what happened to PEMIF? It disappeared from my account’s portfolio and it has been replaced by a number bug there’s no quote on it, what happened? I haven’t received any notification about any changes whatsoever from tdameritrade...

  @TDAmeritrade messed it up again for me, they let me buy 10 $ES contracts or 3560 call at 3:55 pm at 14.25 while I was only trying to buy 1 to close my short and because of this horrific error on their system side my account went negative. I did sell the extra 9 but lost $$
