  Just spent 1 hour on the phone, escalated across departments. Until the market makers that @TDAmeritrade uses allow trades for $HCMC, it is all frozen. No buy. No sell. Nothing. I spoke with multiple ppl at TDA, and it appears to be a volume issue.

  @TDAmeritrade hey your phone support line has long wait times (1 hr) and no option to enter a phone number and receive a call back. Might be worth investing in that workflow

  @TDAmeritrade @TradeVolatility In all fairness, I wouldn’t describe selling a covered call on shares you already own as an advanced strategy. Inconvient that the details of the options limitations weren’t shown in detail. E.g. had to call in to complain to find out possible on phone - throwback to 90s

  @Michigandolf @TDAmeritrade @thinkorswim Can’t make any trades for a good 15 minutes sometimes more after opening bell. Laggy prices, bad fills and customer service is terrible. Wish there was a better platform. May try out trade station.
