    7/ @TDAmeritrade @thinkorswim why would I continue to use your platform when you can’t offer the same basic services as @RobinhoodApp? I still pay commissions on option trades to skip this BS. Support is just as confused as I am. Entire thing is bad. \end rant

    @TDAmeritrade 1 hr 30 min wait for Login issue with no callback option instead of waiting on the line ... you guys are nuts! Don’t tell me the less of a wait after trading hours, my issue with phone app is only DURING trading hours. Some SSL socket error when using Linksys.

    @TDAmeritrade Why are your wait times an hour or more for customer service? It never used to be that way. I used to get connected right away. Stop being cheap asses and add customer service staff.

    Thanks @TDAmeritrade for reaching out promptly and giving me an explanation. Excellent customer service. I had been daytrading and swing trading the same stock and triggered a wash sale.

    @TDAmeritrade could be the worst broker on the planet. It takes a week for your deposit to settle. My deposit finally settled and now it says I don’t have permission to place an options call. Trash of a company. Back to Robinhood I go.
