@TDAmeritrade please fix the L2 for OTC stocks... Cannot trade like this, and you will loose users if you haven't already!!! Been like a month of techs trying to figure out the problem!!! Surely, a company like you should be able to fix this problem asap... smdh

@TDAmeritrade Go to other brokerages. They will take your money and not let you trade. Outdated systems and no sense of customer service. No attempts to try and solve issues with custmers

@TDAmeritrade Guy, I didn't expect your quality of service has tanked to the garbage level now. Your rep told me that have processed my request on 4/29 but it took me two weeks to find they lied and did not do it until 5/8. What a disappointing!

@greatstockpicks @TDAmeritrade Today seems better. Also I monitor my cpu and TD was using twice as much as usual, today its back to normal. That's one way I know the problem was not on my end.

@TDAmeritrade There’s an issue with the beta weighted risk analysis tool. If you test your whole portfolio against and index drop of 50% you get odd results for tho net liquidity. Even in an account with no leverage, you end up with less net liquidity than margin, which does not seem possible.

@TDAmeritrade I sent in my request to convert to cash account on 4/29/2022. It has been 13 days and your team has not got it done. This is not the service we are looking for at @TDAmeritrade. I am ready to move to other brokers.
