  @SandraAnnStone1 @TDAmeritrade Mine is up but again I entered orders today and I had to then pull up my mobile app to see if they worked. Sucks because I like their scanning but I hate their execution and now I hate their view for their customer base. Obviously they are for the bigs.

  @rudyroams @CharlesSchwab @TDAmeritrade I had this problem before too. Now I’m having an issue where my conditional orders are not displaying on the UI. I see them in open orders but the quantity says 0.

  @TDAmeritrade 1 hour & 30 minutes & no response on chat w/in your app from a customer service agent. Is this how you treat customers? I think I may need to re-evaluate my relationship w/ not only @TDAmeritrade but also @CharlesSchwab after this. Don’t feel like a valued customer.

  @SandraAnnStone1 @TDAmeritrade I wanted to buy $AMC and sell calls against it and it took 50 minutes for them to get to me and my play deteriorated before they got on the chat. They say they will do it for you but you have to call or wait for the chat. Last time it was a 2 hour wait. Great customer serv
