@TDAmeritrade Unfortunately, that is the issue. I have sent emails to your Api team. 2 took months before receiving a response to 1 (which then took 3 weeks to follow up) and 1 has just vanished (even after sending multiple follow ups)

I wish @TDAmeritrade would have helped me when i couldnt exit positions today due to “a Philadelphia exchange problem”. Was just asking for a fee refund since I could not get out and lost money. Terrible customer service.

@TDAmeritrade hello my account was close and didn’t ever call me to explain why and I just call customer service 1-800-669-3900 and say I have to wait 60 day to my money back. and there no fraud in my account. Can anyone help me. Customer services won’t help me

Hey @TDAmeritrade i’m trying to update my phone number so I can update my address. The issue is you have my phone number set to 9999999999 and I need to verify using a call or text. Well that won’t work. Please advise.

@TyWoosley23 @TDAmeritrade I use ETrade. No problem. Can buy anything except CE (Caveat Emptor) NAS/NYSE free. OTC $6.95 even foreign is $6.95.
