@CharlesSchwab @TDAmeritrade since open i have been messaging you people on website and SSE...no response ALL DAY! now i called and on hold for 20 minutes before i hung up. today is the 3rd day this week with problems at open on SSE...since the latest update the platform sucks.

@TDAmeritrade Sometimes, there are no alerts going off from the scans so if I press Scan on Scan A, it will send me an alert on Scan B. Scan B is not alerting my itself. There are many traders having issues. Please look into it and fix it.
