  @TDAmeritrade No as in my app went down and was locked out for 3 hours. Also could not log into desktop. This happened right when my shares were dropping exponentially. So I just had to sit and wait and watch thousands of dollars be lost.

  @TDAmeritrade You take the performance and reliability of your platform seriously?! You can’t be serious. This was written on the 27th. I had issues on the 28th & the 29th during the busiest time of day. I expect way better performance when I’m paying hundreds of dollars in commissions daily.

  @TDAmeritrade You right your app crash for half the day and no one could buy anything or sell anything. Along with all the other brokers but it must just be a coincidence.

  @GooglePlay can hide all the bad reviews it likes, 'cause here's a message for @TDAmeritrade: I initiated the transfer of my Roth IRA assets to a different brokerage. You know, one that DIDN'T suddenly decide to deny trades. Thanks for making the switch an easy choice. F You!

  @TDAmeritrade The main problem was you took those actions before notification to your customers you were doing so. The result was people thought it was business as usual and it wasn't, which cost them lots of $$$. That is a breach of contract.
