  @Waveriderrrr @thinkorswim @TDAmeritrade Yeah I talked to the customer service, trade desk and they said, "oh what happened this makes no sense", tax dept said , "SOL" and berated me. Now I have to go back and call the cost department. Next I'll call the SEC

  @Waveriderrrr @thinkorswim @TDAmeritrade Yeah the customer service and the trade desk employees said, "this makes no sense"... And it is still showing as a positive net, but the tax guy said I am SOL because of the valuation, but I said it's separate he didn't care. Now, I have to call the cost basis department. 🤬

  @TDAmeritrade They charged me money on a dividend. I lost money on a dividend???? It was supposed to be a dividend payout a bonus to us? And I lost money on a dividend????? WtF? That was a dividend a gift to us. And you stole it for me!!!!! The press release was a different number. Fraud!!!!

  @TDAmeritrade Said they couldn't help me and transferred me to tax guy who said ,"you don't know how to read a perspectus, I can't help you, it's going to stay that way," I said well it's fraud. Called back and CS said to call Cost Basis dept.
