  @TDAmeritrade EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their service is absolutely inefficient and negligent. I’ve been trying to sell a bond for months and the orders I place online disappear! The option they give me is to talk to the Fixed Income Dept who is unresponsive!!!

  @TDAmeritrade Start by not trading w/ TD Ameritrade: payment for order flow...blocking you from trading various stocks at will (think GME or TSLA)...not having full premarket hours to trade...slow platform to trade from, etc. Y'all have great charts. What else you do well there? I'm unsure.

  @TDAmeritrade The feedback is make ToS exactly like TDA and do it before TDA is shut down or else you will lose pretty much all influencers and power users.

  @TDAmeritrade Who do I call when your customer service team stops responding to my secure messages? It's been over 30 days with several messages unresponded to. Jenna Hebing is not doing her job and has apparently told her team not to provide customer service to me.
