    @TDAmeritrade you have awful customer service. A minority of your reps are excellent and give accurate information. Most of them give incorrect information

    @TDAmeritrade I've written to TD several times in an effort to get some price reporting issues in an account corrected. I'm being vague at this time because I want to give TD an opportunity to address this glitch.

    @TDAmeritrade Ok. I’ve try that number numerous times and no help. I put in my account info, my pin i don’t have so i use my ssn# and the phone system can’t validate my account.

    @TDAmeritrade Someone needs to teach keypunch operators or fix the software to put the correct information in the RIGHT COLUMN. That's all that this is about. I don't need to talk to Ameritrade folks again; done it at least four times already. Thanks for the boiler plate response, Bot.

    Ugh @TDameritrade this issue of @ThinkOrSwim missing trigger alerts with price movement is still happening. Just had another one where i missed/lost money because it didnt trigger. Support are saying aware....but nothing can do to fix/query logs etc like your last SM post said.

    @TDAmeritrade @SnoopsUsa please take the alerts not working seriously. maybe tell your customers about these problems too. taking that seriously would be nice
