    @TDAmeritrade Worst company ever! Called 1st time guy knew nothing transferred me then I got hung up on,2nd time waited 1 hour then phone connected- instantly hung up on. Total wait time 128 minutes, got nothing but that loud beep beep when the other person hangs up. Runnin to @RobinhoodApp !

    @CMay_TDA @TDAmeritrade I finally heal enough to get back in. I want is to see the “date purchased” info on the portfolio. 1.5 on hold. I want to open a joint account, the form on the app crashes when I use the back button. Call for help? Ha. Hahaha. More PTSD.

    @TDAmeritrade BOO to your customer service. Over an hour wait for customer service is your business killing choice. An hour and thirty minutes is worse. Third day running now I'm on Twitter after your non-responsive customer service punt.

    @TDAmeritrade your phone service sucks ***. Shiestiest service I’ve ever experienced. And y’all charge trade commissions ! Insane Gat damn dinosaurs. No wonder other platforms have taken off.
