  @TDAmeritrade why and how is it that TdAmeritrade seems to never know when there’s problems with account holders signing in or having a blank trading platform!? You people always say “send us a picture” of the problem your experiencing! How bout if Ameritrade logs in!

  @TDAmeritrade @MMartino87 HOW do we "confirm" our trade??? YOU ask us to confirm what we just told you but don't say HOW? Besides, plenty of times we've added $8 to a $22 bid but it wasn't a problem. WHY is it a problem now? #customerservicefail NO EMAIL and your phone wait is 50 min!

  This is my fourth time today calling @TDAmeritrade help line with a 50 minute estimated hold time. Absolutely unacceptable, TD. Get your house in order.

  Lost 4K trading on @TDAmeritrade TOS. Typed only 2 contracts since I’m new to options, got filled 10 contracts on RKT. I bought ask 2.50, it popped to $5, filled, then back down, instantly down over 1k before it even confirmed I was in the trade. I only wanted to risk $100.

  @TDAmeritrade, TD Ameritrade Singapore service has only gone bad to worse. It is more than 4 years since I moved account from TD USA to TD Singapore. Just to get a reply of simple mail takes weeks and we understand that there could be high volumes of email for a given duration

  @tendernipples @TDAmeritrade Yes. I've been through an RS before. Putting me on a Margin Call for it and threatening to sell off my shares if it wasn't remedied immediately is my issue.

  Do not use brokers that are bare bones like Robinhood that lie to their investors. Use a legitimate broker like @fidelity, @TDAmeritrade, or @etrade. Their customer service will be way better.
