    @TDAmeritrade @Dom2879 Transactions that we didn’t place, MASSIVE Balance discrepancies, MASSIVE number of Accounts affected judging by Twitter alone. 5 days and still no fix is not ‘correcting this quickly’. And these Twitter replies are not sufficient communication.

    @MKealy_TDA @TDAmeritrade I will warn all traders I know, all over social media NEVER use TDAmeritrade. I am a full time trader for 23 years now, and have never had such bad and no fills. After spending 4 hours on the phone and not getting g proper fills, I am down thousands! They are the worst Stay away

    @TDAmeritrade @TDBank_US An error on the ThinkOrSwim platform caused my account to have a MARGIN CALL, TOT Unfair, I called support and they said they will revert the transactions which they haven't, please fix the numbers on my account, IT WAS NOT MY MISTAKE BUT YOURS. PLZ HELP

    @FINRA could you provide us with any insight on the issues with @TDAmeritrade placing unauthorized trades. A flood of complaints on reddit and twitter and they are unresponsive since Friday. I believe they need your emergency assistance.

    @JohnnyLightnin4 @TroyMurphyOne @TDAmeritrade I think I'm having a similar issue: my account balances were all manner of f-ed up and I had a margin call that forced me to sell what I didn't want to sell. I'm extremely disappointed and already looking for another broker.

    @TDAmeritrade Why is your customer service so bad? It’s on par with @RobinhoodApp these days. I am requesting a OTC rate lower and your representative refuses and hangs up the chat. That is horrible customer service.

    @TDAmeritrade moved my cost basis from .065 to .075. The stock closed at .061 and I was down a few tenths of a cent. Woke up this morning and my entry price is a cent higher!! WTF are y’all doing and who do I need to speak to

    @TroyMurphyOne @TDAmeritrade Nearly 4 hours for me waiting on a reply in support chat. Don’t expect to hear anything different that I have for the past 5 days just want screenshots everyday of what they are telling me about my account.
