  @TDAmeritrade @JoeDTrader It's like you guys are conflating $NSAV being a non-DTC security with there being a chill. Various people have reached out to DTC, NSAV and the transfer agent directly and they are all saying the issue is on your end. CONTACT THE DTC. Get this cleared up. It's unacceptable.

  @DrewDiligencee @TDAmeritrade The web version of #Thinkorswim with @TDAmeritrade has been awful. Prices on one stock will all of a sudden start duplicating on another stock I’m holding. I have to refresh in order to fix. Other bugs as well. Plus it lacks most charting features. 😞

  @TDANetwork I've used @TDAmeritrade for a decade. The app lags sometimes, if you're slotted for TOS, you kind of have to pick one or the other.. But customer service is good

  Anyone else having issues with @thinkorswim alerts not triggering at all? All day long had prices blow through and alerts are still sitting here even now with price below. @TDAmeritrade

Crypto exchanges now offer minimum support to their customers, You waiting multiple days to get an answer sometimes. Actually good topic for escalation.

  @KeilaMorse Both @tdameritrade & @CharlesSchwab have crap platforms They accused me of covering a stock I could of never shorted in a cash account when 1 of my trades glitched They're solution to my FINRA complaint? Close my account for other reasons **** them and go to etrade of Fidelity
