    @sscrafael @TDAmeritrade I’m down also and after reviewing it, balance does NOT show after hours earnings increase after market closed. Ex Tesla showing 1114$ but after hrs closed at 1128$. Big differences

    @TDAmeritrade The ACH taking one day is not the issue. I sold stock on TD (<5% of my account value) and TD made me wait days before the ACH could even initiate! Why? I could use the funds to buy more stocks,but not send. I'm just pointing out where TD is falling behind other services.

    @TDAmeritrade It’s concerning when logins & phone lines are down for hours after emails that mailing address was changed when I haven’t moved since forever. Then outgoing phone message says account balances & info are messed up. No updates on social media. Please be more transparent.

    @TDAmeritrade Oh, I guess that would explain it. I was very confused when I decided to check the app and saw that I was down enough to have the margin call message when I SHOULD be well over the maintenance requirement.

    @TDAmeritrade This outage didn’t happen at a critical time *this* time, but it missed critical transactions by mere hours. That’s too close. Without more transparency on the cause, this is a severe blow to my confidence or recommendation of TDA for self directed accounts.

    @dantecapital @TDAmeritrade They hardly respond to complaints like these because they have less staffs due to the network issues so save your self the stress and contact @Hack_Ray_ he can help you with your account.

    @TDAmeritrade what happened to the Singapore division? just look at the google review, are there zombies working in the office? I have been trying to open an account for 8 months with no much success with the customer service, and now it seems like their portal broke down.
