@ring I’ve spent an hour trying to instal your door bell device. I’m going round in circles. Your help section has also defeated me. A door knocker seems a better alternative at present.

@ring again I find I have to take to this medium re the ineffective operation on Ring. Trying to get help is impossible. Number quote for UK (Ireland) unobtainable. Poor purchase and would not recommend. Await DM message

@ring why is my device constantly going offline when my WiFi is fine, as is my security system on the house. It’s always *just* the ring camera. And I’m away from home. And this is a service I pay for? What’s the point if I can’t remedy this without unplugging the battery? Awful.

@ring Login - receive text code - enter - verify email - no email comes - rinse - repeat Have never had to do 3 step verification before. Especially since Ring says it doesn't do email verification anymore Did uninstall and reinstall app. Same thing. From web - same What's up?

@ring is an absolute nightmare. The product support helpline hangs up on you every time you verify your identity. The smart lights that came with our house have no QR code or PIN on them, making it an impossible nightmare to connect to the Bridge. @ring is evedently a scam.

@ring Ring devices must be designed to only be fully functional for less than 2 years in order to maintain sales. My device is less than 2 years old and stopped sensing/ recording motion, but only records if a person knocks on the door. Customer support wasn’t able to help at all

Hi @ring the agent responsible for my refund his email is no longer working yet I have an email trail where he stated he was goin to issue a monthly refund in increments but he has not done this since Sept22- I’ve filled out your form you DM’d me nothing has been followed up
