  @ring customer service is probably the worst I’ve ever encountered. When he couldn’t solve my issue, he put me on hold without telling me and has yet to return…20 minutes later, I’m still waiting

  @ring the video description worked fine during the trial period, but it doesn’t work after I subscribed the Ring Pro plan. I had already done what your online chat suggested but it’s still not working, it’s too frustrating, please advise, thanks.

  @ring Don't want to advertise this but my doorbell doesn't pick up anything at all despite tinkering with the settings and several reboots it just doesn't register any movement at all, it's close to the wifi router so that's not the issue

  @ring I despise this company they don’t make it easy for anything. I had to change Internet service now they want me to take all the equipment down to reset it I’m disabled so I can’t be doing that. They don’t make anything easy and they don’t care. I am so sick of this

  @ring on my apple watch, the alerts usually include a snapshot from the ring cam. But randomly, there would be no picture and just the text about someone being at front door. I have been noticing this more since last couple of months. Can you look into this and fix in a future update?

  @ring I need you to know your company policy on bad devices is terrible. My second ring camera stopped working and I was told I’d have to buy a third one because it’s been 4 months out of the warranty. I get it the first time but a second. I’ve canceled my subscription. Do better

  @ring Why are snapshots from all cams fuzzy, blurry? And no it is not a connection strength issue, and cams are plugged in.
