@ring can you please tell me why my ring door bell 3 that i have had less than a month and has been set up not even for a whole week keeps going offline… i am having to reconnect it constantly! My wifi connection is fine. It is always offline during every single delivery!

@ring @leolaporte Ring should stop marketing its products as security devices. They are not. Bad guys know how to easily circumvent Rings recording with inexpensive signal blockers. The user finds blank spots in the recording history.

What utter tosh - trying to login to my @ring account and app, but the Google Authenticator app isn’t working for the mandatory 2-step verification. Called the helpline & I need to be at home for them to provide me with a verification code instead! Absolutely useless! 🤯😡🤬

@ring Too bad that it probably couldn’t be shared “neighbors” area on app. I had people kicking my door and it was not allowed to be shared. The cameras are good but the app is only good for lost pets.

@ring why have you made the idiotic decision to stop supporting the excellent Rapid Ring app…..??????? 🙄……….and so now forced to use your really 💩 Ring app which is slow, clunky, poor UI/UX 🤢…sort it quick or Eufy cam (which do not charge subscription fees) will be busy

Are you aware that customers can’t see the “LIVE” feeds from the @ring doorbell if they have @expressvpn activated on their phones? You have to turn the vpn off in order to see it. Should a fix come from the doorbell company, or the vpn company?

@ring Strives for customers satisfaction?!?!? How about nine implementing a predatory subscription-based service that pretty much makes the camera irrelevant. It’s going to be in the trash in two days.

@ring very disappointed that my doorbell lasted less than 3 years. Customer service wasn’t much help just told me to buy another one. I would think the device would last a little longer.
