  @ring Is your servers down?? I cannot connect to any of my cameras. The app keeps saying unable to find your location. Already cleared cache and data and uninstalled and reinstalled. NOW I am unable to authenticate my account. Keeps saying "something went wrong". Im using android

  @ring Spent 3 hours trying to work out why my day old doorbell didnt work. Didnt realise if you have an outage your end and it affected the user end. Any ETA on a fix 😡

  @ring I can't sign in, I've uninstalled the app several times this morning because it just randomly stopped working. It keeps saying "there was an error". Tried even making a new account. I can't do anything on either of my phone's on data or wifi. Why is the app not working?
