    @ring Found sharing a device problematic and neither the app nor website were able to help. I have had an invite sent, followed relevant steps and it then defaults to me being the sole owner. Not impressed so far.

    @ring why is it Halloween and I cant see my timeline on the app? Would really like to be able to view my videocam! I see this is happening to a lot of people so I assume its a problem your end?

    @ring @jodie_nisbet Hey @ring also experiencing this same issue. Live view works but can't see or view any historic footage in the timeline.

    @ring HELP! We felt so save and even bought 4 more Ring cameras to feel safe. But Now that we know Amazon drivers can somehow disable our camera.., we are terrified

    Tonight someone kicked our front door in and I’m pissed! I have tried for over a month to have @ring to fix the piece of crap doorbell after they had serious of freakin updates that caused it to not work. I will never purchase another ring product!!!!!!!!!!!

    @ring @LuftOffizier Same here @ring nothing since just after midnight. Love view connects, but the timeline is just greyed out and jumps from yesterday to present day/time with nothing stored. Think you have a widespread issue.

    @VanJohnson @ring Hardware issue there, Van. Your camera's night vision/shutter is stuck. Try hitting the reset button, this often helps unstick it. Otherwise, you may need a replacement.

    @ring_uk @ring do you have an issue since the clocks changed in the UK? Can't see any snapshots or events in the time line from midnight, but can see events if I go into event history.

    @ring Why were rollbacks offered to me last year? That fixed my problem at the time. Today your support could not troubleshoot (unable to look at the video). So if I DM how can you actually troubleshoot? Will just get sent back to your offshore support?

    @ring Given you’ve got a string of people saying the same thing and for at least the last 12hours, pretty sure you don’t need my input to this. You just need to find a fix like all the other times

    My @ring Pro is about 5 mins behind with a press, no timeline, need to replace it each year due to poor heat design of front button which cracks and breaks. Time to go @googlenest and add to my outdoor IQ 🤔

    WTF @ring, two-stop authentication is actually three steps, in that you have to call customer support, but the support number on your site is no longer working. Guess it's time to switch to @googlenesthelp.

    @ring I'm another UK user with snapshot/timeliness issues. I see you are aware of this issue and, 5hrs ago, told a user you were working on the issue. What is the ETA for the fix? I see it has just been added to your system status, some 7hrs after first reports, but no ETA given.
