  @ring Things like this happens. But please atleast fix your app to give proper error message. This is very basic programming stuff. You wasted so many customer's time because of unrelated app error message and we have no clue on what's going on.

  @ring Tried calling your customer service too hours ago and guess what had me holding on for 50mins terrible customer service how long should we wait for an answer as the only way I found out was by going on #downdetector smh 🙄

  @ring THIS is why Ring devices need to have local connectivity built in! When the Ring system goes down I should still be able to get motion alerts and do live views! Why should we need your servers for that? What's the point of a security system that can be taken down so easily?

  @ring Brilliant, not even managed a month without another outage! What’s the point in having this doorbell if it breaks down all the time, I’m disabled, this was the whole point of having a) security before I open the door and b) not having to get up as I have limited mobility 😡

  @ring ACTUALLY, i'm ok with ring being down seeing i dont use the service. What really troubled me was amazon music not working. I had to listen to myself trying to sing during a 2 hour road trip !

  @ring My question is why would this outage prevent a basic intranet wifi connection to my device. That is a terrible system.
