  @ring not impressed with your customer service 😡 You send me a faulty product, can’t resolve the issue despite 5 phone calls (kept getting disconnected by you), then I have all of the inconvenience of sending faulty bit back BEFORE you send me a replacement ! Shocking 🤷🏻😡😡

  @ring THE VIDEO DOORBELL DEVICE IS UNRELIABLE, regularly missing recordings and going offline. Despite paying for Ring Protect Solo subscription, weeks of troubleshooting & contact with support have failed to resolve the issue. Ring also makes it difficult to escalate complaints!

  @ring I've got a gen 1 doorbell and noticed it going offline recently. When I inspected it, it looks like some of the terminals are scratched and aren't making a good connection anymore. Is there any timeline for the spare parts kit coming back in stock or am I doomed to upgrade?

  @ring Though the signal strength is still poor, it seems the Spotlight Cam is not discounting from the WiFi as much as before the extender was installed. It was explained to me previously that was a primary issue for the fast battery drain. I’ll send a DM. Thanks.

  Disappointed in @ring My monitoring subscription is doubling because of a ton of features I don’t want or need. And my previous plan which was perfect for me and fairly priced has been stripped down to not even include camera recording OR professional monitoring.
