Bryan Spahr (@pizzaboy314) segnalati@ring I have a 2020 Ring Video Doorbell that's hardwired and still somehow got down to 3% battery with no warning. It doesn't charge when I plug in usb...does it have to be disconnected from doorbell wires in order to charge? Very disappointed.

I prepaid with Ontech and NO tech showed up. Had to call them 3 times and they could offer nothing for the inconvenience.

Not me, a friend of a friend, please check with consumer protection. & note some neighborhoods are being hooked up with the local police department. I live in apt, otherwise a dog of any size. Chihuahuas are particularly vicious animals.
