GOPmom (@lisadolgos) segnalati@ring worst customer service. Spent over $500 on cameras and a doorbell. I never received the doorbell, even though UPS says it was delivered. Spent an hour on the phone to get them to agree to send a replacement. Have yet to receive it.

Nanabozho (@SaltyRiverWater) segnalatiMan, @USPS has a serious problem. I mailed a sealed box of cards back in April. Box was never scanned so I opened up a Missing Mail Search. Yesterday, after 6 weeks, I get a notification that it was delivered. Reached out to the buyer and let him know. Buyer provided @ring video showing that no delivery was made. @USPS where did this package end up?

I have complained via phone, email and text for almost a year and yet they still allow content that is NOT allowed and is illegal on other platforms. I flag content as illegal yet they still allowed posts to remain on the platform. Their fix: we can change your notifications so that YOU don’t see them anymore.

George (@gigmcdonough) segnalati@ring I only need a replacement part. If Ring can't provide the part needed to fix my device, they should replace the unit with a comparable upgraded model at no cost. Customers shouldn't be penalized because parts are unavailable.
