    ordered a @ring system over two weeks ago. since it hasn't been shipped yet, I wanted to change the color of the flood light. Nope! can't even when it hasn't and wont be shipped for another 2 weeks. I'm afraid This company will be no help.

    @hayes_wayne @ring @petes_meats Security when you need it most. NOT! My feeds have been down for probably over an hour now. Here is a tip.. let people know what is going on using your twitter account. It's a great way to communicate to your customers. Maybe I should have just got normal camera's that just work.

    @ring here we go again another outage how long have we to wait for this to be sorted, the last outage took a week to sort, if i had known i was going to have these problems i would have looked at another supplier

    @ring DON’T PURCHASE RING HOME SECURITY. What a nightmare! Door sensors remain open, sensors drop offline and no way to re-connect. I’m so disappointed with the system. Support has made zero difference. Must bypass so many sensors to set alarm it’s a waste of money & not secure.

    @senpizzo @MiamiPD How did they "Break into the car" doesn't appear to be broken glass or forced entry, unless it was on the other side of the car? IF the car was left unlocked that's even more ridiculous if there was a firearm inside. Check out the @ring app. this stuff happens all the time!
