  @ring do you have any idea when things will work again? I'm getting "connection error" and I know my connection is great, so I assume it's your servers. I'm expecting several packages today from different shipping companies. I dont want them stolen just because ring doesn't work!

  @ring You guys suck down for the second time in one week, I will like a refund for a doorbell 3, spotlight cam and stickup cam. Worthless security system any one reading this stay away from ring there’s better services out there. Am cancelling my subscription today

  @ring Next time there's an outage, first notice should be to your customer service & social media teams so they quit wasting customers' time and causing undue worry by telling everyone to DM for help. You knew that could not help but yet that was the response for hours.

  @ring WTF is going on with your website? The Windows Ring app won't connect, and trying to access the website results in the one line error "not acceptable"
