  @ring Im having some serious trouble with my RIng Doorbell 3 Plus Freezing when switching from Pre-Roll to video. Ive tried Everything my router is roughly 5 steps from my Doorbell, and roughly 10 steps from my Chime Pro.

  I burchsed a camera and once I received it I shocked that it's not working I called the support however they didn't change it or replace it my request number is 909673 @Ring_Arabia @ring

  @ring why does live view fail at night when I need it the most? This camera is one of the worst things I have ever purchased and no I am not dm'ing you. Your product sucks.

  @JoshuaHedley @ring We have the @EufyOfficial doorbell cameras. No monthly fee. And I can zoom way in on whatever crazy **** my nut job neighbor is doing.

  @ring all i wanted to know which does not invlove dm if there was a problem with the ring charm after all correct me if i'm wrong but this is the ring twitter page isn't it ? where customers should be able to get a simple answer from ring about a simple question i.e. my question

  @funkofinderz @FedEx @ring Agree. ****, I’ve caught the fedex guy plenty just driving past my place without stopping then marking my package as no access to building and rerouting my package to a pickup location, fedex never got back to me on many occasions. Fedex sucks ***.

  We have a @ring light for our patio and it keeps going on and off, really becoming annoying!!!, thinking of shutting this thing down and taking it back to Costco!!!!😡 would not recommend @ring products if they are this defective!!!

  @ring I have been patiently waiting months for a resolution to an on-going issue. You had a social media rep. e-mail me. When I replied, I got a response that you no longer offer support over e-mail. What is going on? Will anyone ever help or is my security just a game?
