@ring It’s 5hrs and counting since your MAJOR outage affected my doorbell & stick up cam, but your updates are pitiful, with cut & paste replies to tweets - how many people do you have working in Customer Services .... 2, 3, 4 ..... ? Your tag line ‘always home’ needs a rethink!

@ring Is there an issue with the live view? I am not able to connect and live view the floodlight camera. It keep saying activating camera and then live view ended. Please help. Thanks.

@ring all my battery devices show door open and 0 battery. They all had good battery yesterday. Is there a system wide outage?
