  Is @ring customer service the worst? Yes. Especially on chat. I ask for an URL and then sends it to me and then exits the chat. Thanks so much for your care. And then have me buy an entire kit to replace 1 screw. And who knows how much for the shipping. Not ideal at all.

  @ring when you wanted my business everyone at ring and on tech wanted to help. Have emergent situation w a ring camera light fixture hanging by wires off my garage needing to be re-connected yet on tech wants me to wait a week! I’m a post chemo patient and can’t climb ladder.

  @ring I have never ever had such a bad experience. I just bought these cameras and you can't connect to my account. Return and would never use you again after over 5 hours on the phone of wasted time with you today. #ringdoorbells #ringcamera ring sucks

  @ring I'm sick of my phone blowing up because folks are using "Neighbors" as if it was Twitter. There needs to be a setting to disable all of these non-safety related messages. I don't care if someone is driving down the highway and wants to know if there is gas at the next exit

  been having trouble with my @ring devices for weeks now… have called and been on web support. Every time they tell me they will come back in 2 days… and guess what?! They don’t… awful customer experience for a system that isn’t working

  @ring Is there a reason why our doorbell decides when it wants to record? We can go live no problem and it does record when it wants to, but the last 2 days there's chunks of videos, hours! Missing. No settings have been changed and our Internet connection has been stable

  @ring @creedmovie Hi @ring to quote another Rocky movie "I didn't hear no bell" is there any update on the chimes working or have you given up on them & much like Rocky Balboa they ain't coming back for the foreseeable. It's over a month now not working. It's just crazy also no response to my DMS.

  @ring #useless hey Ring. By the time I've managed to complete all the security to view my notification on the doorbell the visitor has already arrive back home and had 2 glasses of wine. I want to be able to log in and STAY logged in as long as I want. And "remember" not working!

  @ring As a security business is really weird that I cannot reconnect my cameras to wifi when I am not home. Thats when I most care my cameras are online. To fix I have to share my login information with a friend willing to go to my house. Awful security design.
