  @ring customer support is so terrible! I have 7 ring cams. When they work they’re great. But recently they’ve been failing and the customer support is zero stars. Like if you agree!

  Hey @Ring Feels like a stupid question time. My doorbell camera has been fogging up in the overnight hours. My other cam (stick up) does not seem to have the same issue? Is there a trick to keeping it from fogging?

  @ring Still waiting on a callback from a supervisor because support can't answer what cellular band the alarm base station uses for backup if internet goes down (on protect plus plan).

  @ring I believe it was just a momentary internet speed issue, most likely on my cell service side. It normally works very well.

  @ring power went out and after coming back on out Pro Floodlight Cam is strobing driving our neighbors nuts. We are an hour+ drive away and cant turn it off remote. What the heck?! Glitch??

  @ring having issues with seeing my live view on my new Ring Doorbell 2. I’ve followed all the advice on the forum and signed up for a protect account but seriously considering taking it back for a refund. Please help!
