  @ring hi please can you help. For weeks now the battery on my doorbell doesn’t change in the app after I’ve charged it so it keeps dying and not telling me it’s at low battery. I’ve tried rebooting via the orange button and the app but it keeps saying ‘something went wrong’

  @ring Hi I have recently purchased the new ring doorbell plus and have been try to link it to my @smartthings account so I get notifications on my Samsung smart TV. Every time I link my Ring account to smart things my new doorbell doesn’t appear. Please help

  @ring device keeps saying its offline despite no issues with WiFi on any other devices. Also fully charged. Once reconnected stays on for the rest of the day and then disconnects again. Had the doorbell just over a year and only just started having issues.

  @YNB @ring Let me help people out, —-that white folks steal so casually. They're brazen in how chill they are about committing crime. Is it because they can do it so often and easily in life with little or no consequence? This does not help, IN ANY WAY, the FIGHT against hatred and bigotry

  @ring Why is it that out of ALL of the devices in my house, the Ring is the only thing that just doesn’t reconnect if there is an outage and there is no way to reboot the device without being right next to it… what is the point of it being remotely accessible then?!!

  @ring Your link to DM will not let me DM you so I cannot send screenshot of health page. Below is the problem I am having.. Ring doorbell just recording static/white noise on recordings and live view. Done everything required to check settings, rebooted (+hard reset) doorbell.

  Hey @ring Your solution dorsn’t work anymore for reconnecting an existing account on an iphone with the very last patch - and your latest version. And the additional problem is that if we try to declare a bug, we only get AI generated bullshit without capability to warn you…

  @ring I can't get on to my account on my laptop. When I click on the login tab all I get is a message "not acceptable". Please advise. Also the contact phone number (UK) is not recognised when I tried to phone you.

  @AmazonRing @ring Hi there. My Ring doorbell battery dropped to 12%, and when I plugged it in to charge, it didn’t start charging. It’s currently displaying a solid white light. Can you help me troubleshoot this?
