  @esx1422 @NETGEAR @ring Nah, it's been going on for ages. Check the reddit thread. I linked. It's a false positive, but no one is bothered enough to fix it.

  @ring I only need a replacement part. If Ring can't provide the part needed to fix my device, they should replace the unit with a comparable upgraded model at no cost. Customers shouldn't be penalized because parts are unavailable.

  @ring No, if you read my email, we do not. His account is linked to his mobile phone, which is disabled. There is no way we can login. My mother purchased a new account meanwhile.
