  Pointing your security camera onto your neighbors property is illegal. @ring cameras are often just as bad as flock.

  @ring My 2020 stick up cam suddenly stopped working. Moved to a new location after which it wouldn't power up (batt is full). I've tried resetting it by: removing the battery for >1 hour, holding the reset button for 20+ seconds, and tapping the reset button several times. Help!

  I knew I didn't like @ring but now it's confirmed. Wife and I were logged out of the app. We're trying to sign back in but it's not sending the verification code at all. What does the FAQ say? If you're having trouble signing in, try signing in

  @FedEx One out of every three deliveries lately seems to end with: “Customer not available.” The problem? @Ring cameras exist. If your driver doesn’t want to make the stop, that’s one thing. But claiming I wasn’t home when the cameras show nobody ever arrived is something else entirely. @FedExHelp

  @_watermorgue @peterjhasson @ring So they are wrong, and it's just a fad because you don't understand how nuance works, and make assumptions about the "whole" of those opposed to Flock? And that is supposed to win an argument? Holy **** logic, Batman!

  @ring Three calls. Three different advisers. Around 25 minutes on each call. Three terminated calls before my issue was resolved. That’s over an hour of my time wasted with nothing to show for it. Easily some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

  @AlecBurnsGolf @ring Sometimes things go wrong, nobody is immune from system errors. How they respond in problem solving is the point at which disappointment might be justified.
