  @ring non-functioning customer service. I’ve spent two hours two different days on the phone trying to get a clear answer on transferring an account. Information that’s contradictory and hard to understand literally. A good company bad customer service

  You see the worst and the best of human beings when you have a @Ring camera at your front window. I watched a woman kick a piece of trash into our front yard. 3 minutes later I watch a couple pick it up and clean it up.

  @ring You have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Been waiting since early Feb for replacement motion detector because they are supposedly "out of stock." What BULLSHIT! I'll never buy another Ring product. It's garbage.

  Man, @USPS has a serious problem. I mailed a sealed box of cards back in April. Box was never scanned so I opened up a Missing Mail Search. Yesterday, after 6 weeks, I get a notification that it was delivered. Reached out to the buyer and let him know. Buyer provided @ring video showing that no delivery was made. @USPS where did this package end up?

  @ring I have a battery Doorbell Plus that doesn't work for crap. Deliveries? Didn't see a thing. USPS? Nope. Meter Reader? Oh, please. Cat on the porch, in the middle of the night? I got it! Stick Up Cam (Gen3), just about as bad unless you want to see people walking away.

  @FedEx One out of every three deliveries lately seems to end with: “Customer not available.” The problem? @Ring cameras exist. If your driver doesn’t want to make the stop, that’s one thing. But claiming I wasn’t home when the cameras show nobody ever arrived is something else entirely. @FedExHelp

  I am taking loan few month ago in ring app and 4 emi bounce in some crisis and my last company some payment issue so ring agent harass in daily basis and I'm send mail also for settlement but he was saying RBI authori on our company dnt settle ur loan @RBIsays @nsitharaman @ring

  Most times I attempt to view my @ring Safety Cameras I get error messages cause the robbery rings that Friended me are viewing & ILLEGALLY INVADING MY PRIVACY Even with Small Children in PLAIN VIEW being Normal.   @ring my wifi is fine all other devices and the tv work fine… why does your door bell and chime device suddenly have a problem? Only your device i rang my provider it is actually a you problem which is now a me problem

  @HDCares @HomeDepot Sunnyvale CA Kifer Rd store couldn't help with @ring cameras. It was self service but I couldn't get to any of the product as it was in a cage . I even showed the staff members the product and its location in the app and still couldn't get any assistance.

  @ring Not trying to jump the gun but it's funny how those employees had such good access, and then my neighbors just happen to know all the blind spots in my cameras and ****. Just makes you wonder. Idk. Maybe there's some other way they can tell **** like that.

  Hey @ring Your solution dorsn’t work anymore for reconnecting an existing account on an iphone with the very last patch - and your latest version. And the additional problem is that if we try to declare a bug, we only get AI generated bullshit without capability to warn you…
