  @ring I’m starting to hate my ring doorbell. It goes offline. Then doesn’t want to connect. The light spins. But no video. This happens every time router is reset or if the battery runs down. Then I have to call someone and I go through 20 steps to get it working

  @ring Not sure why but I bought a Ring Pro in 2019 based on this 3 year old promise. Thinking it’s gotta be close now, but 2 years later..... looks like I’m trading up for a Logitech circle view. I’ve tried to get service on my doorbell for crackling, sent a DM and email and no help

  @ring Hi guys, I think there might be a strange problem with the android app and live view. No problem live viewing on other devices on the same WiFi network.. just hangs on activating for me.. just started in the last few days.. it does record a live view in the history.

  I just got logged out of my @ring account both on the app and browser. It’s asking for two step authentication via email but the email states the code won’t be sent for safety reasons. Now I’m locked out #help

  @ring So much for help over DM. They basically told me to call customer service which customer service says they need to escalate to Logistics. I don't understand why I can't get immediate help here.

  @ring @CNNUnderscored What an atrocious install! Probably the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. Might have “every bell and whistle imaginable”, but nothing a good pair of wire snips can’t overcome.

  @ring @POpEyedWazza It might as well be automated @ring because you're treating it like it's a one off issue when VERY CLEARLY there are MANY people affected. It was introduced by a recent update. Tons of web pages/tweets about it. Why not admit it is a bug??

  @ring Once again, you put your customer base last - why on earth was live motion detected video disabled on the app? Now, we HAVE to hit the notification - this is NOT user friendly and makes the cameras useless unless you want to see what someone PREVIOUSLY stole from you! #FIX
