    Amazing how a multi-million dollar company like @ring can have such terrible UX in their app/website that it doesn’t let you subscribe to their pro package… like I’m trying to give you money & you’re not letting me - crazy! This page opens whenever I click to upgrade and it’s a dead page with info about the plan… and says “plans can’t be managed in the ring app” and there’s nowhere to click!! Madness.

    @ring do not use ring they do not protect as got broken into & when footage was looked at then said they had a system failure

    I just realized @ring pushed out some AI bullshit for a free month, without me saying yes to it. There's no way to cancel it unless you cancel the service. Congrats ring, service cancelled. Next time ask us if we want that ******* **** pushed on our cameras. ********!

    @Ask_Spectrum @ring Can one of you please help me? I’ve had a working Ring doorbell for a while. I just got a new Spectrum router. Every device connected to the new router immediately (network named the same) except the doorbell. I’ve spent at least 4 hours on the phone with you two. Ring says the firewall needs to be lowered. Spectrum says they can’t adjust it. My old router had to have only WPA2 selected and I’m told this can’t be done with this router. Basically now Spectrum said “Talk to Ring and let them know that you can’t get a dedicated 2.4 network or control the security” and Ring said “Adjust the security or get a new doorbell”. Can someone please help? Give me a list of compatible doorbells with Spectrum or doorbells that Ring makes that will connect if you can’t isolate the security setting.

    @ring I contacted care prior to the renewal to attempt to have my plan upgrade to this plan prior too my renewal but was told this wasn’t possible and was assured that it would happen automatically on my renewal date. Can you help get my on the other plan?

    @ring I’m trying to get an update on a pre-order placed in Jan for a KIDDE Smart Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Alarm that was supposed to ship 2/25. I’ve called in and tried the chat option and am getting nowhere. Can you please help? This was not cheap! I’d like the order shipped.

    @ring I have called and asked well within six months. Then I promised that they were sending something out to me. Hoping it would help. That never showed up. What ever that was. I stopped my cloud because the cameras didn’t work all the time

    @ring Wow! Your customer service has gotten terrible. I’ve had your cameras since the beginning. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with no help. Can’t add a user to a new camera. Software is broken!!!!

    Hey @ring Why have you upgraded your entire range - but not the peephole camera? Bit **** for us renters!!!! Can you maybe upgrade this to 4k like all your other cameras?!! Then I’ll buy a new one and replace this one!!

    @ring I keep calling customer service. For some reason. You people can’t hear me. I can call anyone else and they hear me with no problem. So they just hang up. I keep getting screwed with this company. I told you I would call. Then this

    Hey @ring ! On the old doorbell 2, it seems the UV screen has cracked and fallen off. Photos and videos are serviceable, but bad. Any support on this issue?

    @ring because your software notices trigger words and will automatically delete the post. I posted about a homeless guy walking in a park near a playground and you deleted the post. No profanity at all. Just a warning to my neighbors and your system deleted it. **** you.

    Has anybody ever noticed that @amazon deliveries don’t show up on your @Ring? They won’t ring the bell and somehow black out your camera…wtf @amazon ?
