    @NIKK39 @ring Yes. Just want to make sure those who feel similarly get good, reasonable advice that helps them solve the issue, rather than just end up doing a load of paperwork, for no end result.

    @NIKK39 @ring yeah, with a clear opt-out by cancelling. It's not a breach of contract, nor a section 75 issue. Plus, section 75 only applies to purchases £100-30000 If you really are going on LBC Radio, make sure you have your advice straight before you do.

    @ring I will be cancelling as will many others! To increase your charges by so much at such a bad time financially for so many Is disgraceful!!! You deserve to go out of business!!! I hope you do. I’m not interested in extra features so why should l pay for something I won’t use?

    @ring - you’ve put your annual subscription prices up by about 40% and then make it virtually impossible to cancel / opt-out of the contract after that ridiculous increase. How can I get out of it without your website always saying there has been a problem?

    @ring_uk @ring your accounts web page is down, probably crashed due to all the people cancelling after 40% subscription hike, I’ve cancelled my subscription at my bank, please take that as I’m out!! #ripoffring

    @ring whacking a 40% increase on your basic plan in exchange for some extra cloud storage I don't need and a download feature I don't want puts you WAY down the necessities list during this cost-of-living crunch. Subscription cancelled, bye!

    @ring your website seems a bit slow, especially the Protect Plan area which keeps giving me an 'Oops!' error message. Wait, what's that noise? Is it the sound of a server crashing under the sudden load of subscription cancellations? #ringpriceincrease
