  @ring my wifi is fine all other devices and the tv work fine… why does your door bell and chime device suddenly have a problem? Only your device i rang my provider it is actually a you problem which is now a me problem

  @ring I've got a gen 1 doorbell and noticed it going offline recently. When I inspected it, it looks like some of the terminals are scratched and aren't making a good connection anymore. Is there any timeline for the spare parts kit coming back in stock or am I doomed to upgrade?

  @ring bought a new ring spotlight camera and realized the lights should only come on with motion . . . I have an older one and the light never turns off? I've tried everything #help
