George (@gigmcdonough) segnalati@ring I only need a replacement part. If Ring can't provide the part needed to fix my device, they should replace the unit with a comparable upgraded model at no cost. Customers shouldn't be penalized because parts are unavailable.

Alexi atherton (@Alexi2088) segnalati@ring Three calls. Three different advisers. Around 25 minutes on each call. Three terminated calls before my issue was resolved. That’s over an hour of my time wasted with nothing to show for it. Easily some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Dtino (@gdfilipe) segnalati@ring terrible system , a total ripoff , I got 2 cameras and door bell a chime and a bracket allowing the camera to move around , I need to give it away , but the person must physically come remove it. I will not spend another ounce of good energy on bad things.

Having the post master lady yell at you for asking that question and walk off. Thats what I just dealt with. I went out the door screaming profanities happily. @USPSHelp just like any government ran thing, is a pile of dog ****.
