  @ring @ring customer service is the #worst! Been one month and I still haven’t received my items and they don’t even have the courtesy to give me an update regarding the delay. Takes a 45-min customer service call to find out it will take another week for the item to arrive.

  @ring it is terrible that in 2021 Ring cameras and devices cannot be restarted remotely. When 8s #Ring going to implement this feature in their firmware?

  @Ring My floodlight cam shows me only a static image in Live View, UNLESS I turn off my phone's mobile data (even when everything - phone and Ring - is connected to strong wifi signal). Many others in Ring Community reporting this too (Android/iOS) ... when can we expect a fix??

  Ordered @ring alarm system, informed it would be 3-5 days. Didn’t show. Contacted to be told won’t be until Dec and that just cos it was shown ‘in stock’ doesn’t mean it will be when they process order. No apology, just a ‘lesson in ordering’ from their team. Terrible experience
