  ,@ring what the heck? For 4 days I have had the exact same issue with the motion detector. I can disable, but the app won't let me enable it when I'm done. I have called customer service and they keep telling me to do the same things. But they are not fixing the issue!

  @ring The customer support right now for Ring is terrible. I've been trying to work out a problem for months now and nothing. I'm still on hold, answering the same question over and over and over again. I just want to upgrade my plan. Why is this so difficult?

  The fact that the @ring agent told me my doorbell is defective and it’s an error on their end but the “best they can do” is offer 35% off a new one and “they graciously refunded me for this month” like… obviously? I can’t ******* use your service? I need a new video doorbell

  @ring Trying to contact you, number doesn’t format correctly so you get ‘Number you are trying to call is Disconnected’. The issue is in how the number is formatted when you click (to dial). I tried to raise this with a support agent when I finally got through, but it was impossible.

  @ring it says you r having no issues but chimes are not working for me, I checked with neighbour & mate, we r all experiencing same issue. So there is problem & its very annoying for those of us who need an old fashioned bell chime & not able to be glued to a phone.Please fix it!

  @ring So i just brought a ring camera. I have the doorbell video camera and the motion sensor is every bad i have the sensitivity up max and it never detects when someone car pulling in the driveway. it only detect when somebody come up to the ring and it show up late.

  @ring again I find I have to take to this medium re the ineffective operation on Ring. Trying to get help is impossible. Number quote for UK (Ireland) unobtainable. Poor purchase and would not recommend. Await DM message
