  @ring I have attempted to call this number and it doesn’t go through. My issue is I have changed my WiFi and stupidly pressed the reset button. Now when I go to the devices section then devices health it doesn’t pick up...

  @DanHewitt_ @ring Bit annoying that Ring neglect to mention that you need to check their server status in the “help” page that describes the “streaming error”...the page shows how it is all your network/internet fault, no mention that it could be them!

  @ring app said cant find location. Followed steps to remove and reload app. Two step verification on and says failed everytime i enter code. Now says unable to reset password. Is this a server issue?

  @ring your UK customer service phone number is not working !? On my second device now ( the hard wired one I could never get to work) so trying the battery one and that’s just giving me error code! Could someone please assist 🤯

  @ring this downtime is unacceptable. I thought we paid to have cloud service. there is zero local connectivity to cameras and sensors when your cloud is down? Bad design.
