    @ring doorbell is shite, very bad lag upto 3 minutes by then i have seen someone at door and answered it before it alerts me ! time to bin it

    @ring Though the signal strength is still poor, it seems the Spotlight Cam is not discounting from the WiFi as much as before the extender was installed. It was explained to me previously that was a primary issue for the fast battery drain. I’ll send a DM. Thanks.

    @ring I have one of your ring alarms, whenever we lose power the system Never resets to the network, You have to do a reset. Surely this known glitch can be fixed. What if I was away and had power cut: the when would go offline until I got back. That goes against the whole idea

    The latest iOS 26.5 beta has broken the @ring widgets You can still add widgets but half the cams are missing and won’t let you add them to the widget. @ring_uk

    @ring No, if you read my email, we do not. His account is linked to his mobile phone, which is disabled. There is no way we can login. My mother purchased a new account meanwhile.

    Day 23 of @ring STILL not fixing an easy iOS Widget problem even though they pretend they’re working on it. They literally don’t care, do they!?

    @ring bought a new ring spotlight camera and realized the lights should only come on with motion . . . I have an older one and the light never turns off? I've tried everything #help

    Amazing how a multi-million dollar company like @ring can have such terrible UX in their app/website that it doesn’t let you subscribe to their pro package… like I’m trying to give you money & you’re not letting me - crazy! This page opens whenever I click to upgrade and it’s a dead page with info about the plan… and says “plans can’t be managed in the ring app” and there’s nowhere to click!! Madness.

    @ring I have 5 ring cameras around my house 4 of them saying off line ???? Never had any trouble for about 3yrs , they each went off line a few days apart ?

    There is nothing more insufferable than ordering @ring products, having the shipment arrive without the key component, calling customer service (apparently in SE Asia)...encountering an accent so thick it's not understandable (and I've traveled to SE Asia frequently on business), and trying to resolve the issue, being told the phone number on your profile is not in their system, and the phone number on your order (same number) is not in their system, but that the order number IS, but that is still not sufficiently identifiable. Thank God I recorded the call.
