  I'm pretty sure someone at @Ring is telling people what's going on with my camera footage or some other ****. Sure seems like it. Maybe get a different company. Nobody knows certain **** about my cams but me, but the neighbors sure seem to. And when I'd make complaints, the Ring outreach team or whatever it's called would constantly try to contact me and their reps would all have obviously black names, and my neighbors are black, so... Not hard to fathom in this age, especially when employees got caught looking at video (and this was before that story broke. I've had Ring for years now).

  @ring non-functioning customer service. I’ve spent two hours two different days on the phone trying to get a clear answer on transferring an account. Information that’s contradictory and hard to understand literally. A good company bad customer service

  brought the new @Ring 2K battery dorrbell to replace my old 3. The viewing angle is awful. With the camera next to the door, you can’t see the door. Motion detection seems just as bad and the image quality is marginally better. Improved night vision though. #Ring

  @therealDeFlock @ring @HomeDepot Well, if it had an automated pepper ball gun or hi flow pepper spray with it, I could see it, but the Thugs could have that thing torn down and carried away before any live security guard could get there.

  @ring Oh I’m sorry. You need to fix it on your side. Mine is perfect on this side. Hard wired is great for that. Any more excuses? You have messed with settings also. I took pets off my settings and now they are back on there. How dare you! So many things wrong with #ring not again.😩

  @ring Stick Up Gen 3 cameras are the worst! Always glitchy and constantly disconnects from Wifi (router is 5 feet away). Terrible product

  @ring worst customer service. Spent over $500 on cameras and a doorbell. I never received the doorbell, even though UPS says it was delivered. Spent an hour on the phone to get them to agree to send a replacement. Have yet to receive it.

  WTF @amazon Keep pushing back and pushing back delivery on a simple @ring doorbell. As I said @Lowes had them IN STOCK AT SAME PRICE AND SCAM "PRIME DAYS"!!

  @ring are ya’ll having a system outage or something ? Your app is bugging out bad. Saying no subscription and the dates are all messed up. Have an active plan till 2027 but it’s not working or showing.

  I just realized @ring pushed out some AI bullshit for a free month, without me saying yes to it. There's no way to cancel it unless you cancel the service. Congrats ring, service cancelled. Next time ask us if we want that ******* **** pushed on our cameras. ********!
