  @ring Why do you not notify customers of outages? You provide home security products and services. If *all* of your customers' home security is at risk due to an extended outage like this, then you should notify all of your customers. Not just the ones who happen to see your tweet.

  @ring help. My doorbell 3 plus won't stay connected to the wifi. (it's right next to a hub) And now my dashboard won't load. Says I have a weak wifi signal. (signal is very strong)
