    @ring Thank you. Was the Ioss of connection related to today’s system outage? I just called support to help me reconnect and found CSR to be unhelpful and rude. This is the second ring device I’ve purchased in 5 months and it seems to be more trouble than it’s helpful.

    @beaukpad @ring @theblingfisher We're on the same page; they're slimy &it sucks. It's not *impossible* to escape the slimy megacorporations &go completely off grid, but thats infeasible for most ppl. calling out **** behavior is step 1 in doing anything abt it. submitting to this being the norm will keep it so.

    @ring unable to monitor elderly parent with app all night - laptop function now ok this morning but phone app not - bad service - very stressful when not in same location #ringoutage

    @ring with the AWS outage and our cameras and alarms being offline, how can ring guard against opportunistic burglars and insure security? System was offline nearly all day

    @ring how about making the cameras accessible localy over wifinwhen the internet goes down or your service is down, that way they are still security cameras so we can see when we get an alert. Which works withoutbinternet.

    @ring since the outage last night my outdoor camera no longer has live view. I have tried setting it up again. Reinstalling the app. It’s saying to charge the battery but it’s a plug in. The light is on so it’s working. No live view!!
