  @ring Yes, the icon appeared IN THE APP. But again, we only realized that it was offline when someone showed up at our doorstep and we didn’t get any notification. So it defeats the purpose. If that hadn’t happened, we still wouldn’t know. That is a key feature missing.

  @ring there seems to be a problem with your app or with my devices. My doorbell is showing as offline but is actually still working while my floodlight camera's motion sensitivity is no longer working and seems to be recording constantly with the lights on constantly too

  @ring have been trying to subscribe to a plan. EVERY SINGLE credit card I’ve tried is rejected for no reason. Turns out it’s a common problem according to complaints on your help page. IM TRYING TO PAY YOU BUT YOUR SYSTEM IS MESSED UP. I HAVE A DEVICE THATS WORTHLESS.

  @violetdragon_92 @ring I think I'd rather go for a @Ubiquiti doorbell as I can self-host it and it doesn't need to connect to some random server(s) on the Internet.

  @ring Any plans for a native app on LG TV's? was a big let down to find out they aren't natively supported! My Samsung was flawless with the app... Please add to LG!!

  @ring Just because you have guidelines does not people follow them lol. You can do better than that. What someone else may find wrong and concerning may not seem wrong and concerning to me. Work on it and fix it.

  @ring @Gord I’m also having a similar issue, I’ve received a random email asking me to re-set up my payment plan, which i have done so twice but it’s still saying I don’t have a plan anymore

  @austintoddj @ring It’s terrible. They do the opposite of what most apps do which is stopping notifications/sending less, seeing less, etc. Instead they just blast you with false alarms if the wind blows any which direction. They think by annoying you to extreme levels will make you subscribe

  @ring Is there a customer service email address we can write to ? Trying to get help with ring app from last 2 months and issue still not resolved. Tried call , chat multiple times. They just say we will forward it to tech team and nothing happens 😕

  @ring You guys still have no fix for Shared Users being stuck with OLD locations on their Neighbors portion. It's annoying. I did the work around to get my REAL location to show but I hate still even having the old WRONG city listed in my dropdown.

  @ring Hello, I cannot reset my password, in the app on my phone the code always results in cannot verify and I went on the website to attempt to reset my password and I keep getting 502 bad gateway. What is going on?? I'm not getting the notifications on my phone either.
