    @ring All I want is to return the base station with built in eero and replace it with one without eero because of their bad connection and short wifi range, but they are giving passing me on to different techs for 1 month and counting…

    @ring Since my Ring doesn’t record anything after dark, no, I haven’t. This is an issue a lot of people are having and your company needs to fix it.

    @ring i have 2 doorbells. The 1 fartherest away never have wifi issues while the 1 closest is constantly going offline. Ready to throw it away. Just supper frus. Wasted money at this point!

    I am extremely disappointed in my @ring devices and @Ring's terrible customer service. I've purchased multiple items and essentially all of them are faulty!

    @ring (1/2) I bought a ring doorbell product in 2020. The product was working today and then all of a sudden it was not. I called the help desk and they essentially said the product is not working any longer and that I would need to buy a new one due to a "software issue".

    @ring I had a similar thing with my ring floodlight pro capturing my children‘s firsts except none of them actually got recorded because well it’s been broken for 6 months and still waiting for you to deliver on your promise to replace
