  Imagine spending stupid amounts of money on a @ring doorbell just for it to not work. imagine then calling them and the phone won’t ring! Then imagine going on their own site to live chat and it doesn’t connect to anyone then kicks you off the chat WTF!!!!!!

  @ring with the outage, is my house still being monitored and are the cameras still recording? Even my door and window sensors were not working this morning even though they work on Zwave. I know your team is working on it so please don’t give a generic response.
