  @YNB @ring Let me help people out, —-that white folks steal so casually. They're brazen in how chill they are about committing crime. Is it because they can do it so often and easily in life with little or no consequence? This does not help, IN ANY WAY, the FIGHT against hatred and bigotry

  @ring Just had an hour of my life wasted. Both Chat and Phone Customer Support couldn’t help. All they kept telling me to do was all the things I already tried. I am a literate person. I can follow instructions but when they don’t work I need your help … didn’t get any!

  @ring just had a poor customer service experience. My ring doorbell has become faulty and been told by staff that some devices last longer then others so just buy a new. Not the helpful experience I expected 🙈😭 #googlenest

  Most times I attempt to view my @ring Safety Cameras I get error messages cause the robbery rings that Friended me are viewing & ILLEGALLY INVADING MY PRIVACY Even with Small Children in PLAIN VIEW being Normal.   @tesleen2025 @davidma77507034 @ring White folk is not a slur or used in a pejorative way. Folks or folk is the same as people. I use it interchangeably depending on my mood. Adding the qualifier “white” is no different then saying “Black” before the word. It isn’t code for bad behavior or bad people.

  @ring I've slogged through the phone menu at 800-656-1918 twice to try to get help with a device setup, and both times, after verifying my identity and saying it will transfer me, the system hangs up on me instead.

  @ring hi, I bought an Ring Intercom but no way to get it working with my Comelit 2638 intercom. Your website says that it is compatible… I got error P16-33-20032001 saying there’s a network issue. But I’m able to ping the Ring intercom on my network and got a 1gig fiber optical

  @ring I ordered a ring sensor in July 2022 and never received it. I have tried several times with your online twitter team and your process of messages, forms and customer service agents is very bad.

  @ring I contacted care prior to the renewal to attempt to have my plan upgrade to this plan prior too my renewal but was told this wasn’t possible and was assured that it would happen automatically on my renewal date. Can you help get my on the other plan?
