    @ring my floodlight camera plus died and I’ve been waiting for a replacement under warranty for 2 weeks.Your support told me today that they are out of stock and don’t have a date on when they will be available.This is bad,I don’t have security on my patio. Ring must resolve this

    @ring I have never ever had such a bad experience. I just bought these cameras and you can't connect to my account. Return and would never use you again after over 5 hours on the phone of wasted time with you today. #ringdoorbells #ringcamera ring sucks

    @ring your ios app has become so bloated and slow that it's made the doorbell cam worthless. I don't need sales pitches in the app. I need it to work.

    @ring I have one of your ring alarms, whenever we lose power the system Never resets to the network, You have to do a reset. Surely this known glitch can be fixed. What if I was away and had power cut: the when would go offline until I got back. That goes against the whole idea

    I just had the worst customer experience trying to trblsht my @ring device. The rep didn’t listen when I explained my situation, gave bad information, and when I asked for a senior rep said there wasn’t any. I asked for a survey to document my experience and she hung up on me.

    @ring Is there a reason why our doorbell decides when it wants to record? We can go live no problem and it does record when it wants to, but the last 2 days there's chunks of videos, hours! Missing. No settings have been changed and our Internet connection has been stable

    @ring can you help? Cust Serb told me I could schedule modes but option is nowhere in settings. I have the pro plan.

    @Hudson61600379 @ring Have had similar experience. I ordered on 13th February, with no sign of products or delivery date. 3 times told I’ve got to wait for products to arrive back at @ring HQ before they can issue a refund or resend items, as they’re missing in transit. 😔
