    @ring I'll post the error screenshot and the 8 camera tiles missing when I open the app in the DM. I use a Google Pixel XL 4 with Android 11 Ring app latest FYI

    @ring I purchased a ring camera on Amazon on June 29, 2021. It worked until recently but now has to be reset everyday and then will only work for a hour or so then goes offline. I spoke with the customer support and they have to approve it's bad.

    .@ring .@alexa99 .@amazon OK the crap #Ring mobile app is down AGAIN, AGAIN, AGAIN. what a piece of garbage & the next time #Amazon sends me a potential Ring customer with a Q, I will tell them what I really think..Gonna uninstall & install again..

    @ring Tried to recharge the battery, it is kaput. Ring made my particular model in a way the consumer can’t replace the battery on their own which is what I need to do seeing as Ring has refused to help me in any way. Pure abandonment on a product 12 months old. Horrible customer care.

    @chanwork @ring Hi all, I have been having this exact issue with my Ring stick ups ever since I updated the app. It happens on both stick ups, my front doorbell still works. Hope this helps? Did you all figure out what was going on?

    @ring Friendly relatable content here to suck u in. Don’t be fooled they are corporate & don’t care about their customers. Worst possible returns experience & still waiting on a returns label. They’re part of @amazon. How can it be so convoluted when returns to Amazon are simple?

    @ring If you think about it, I had the camera since June 2021. It worked until February, when it began to go offline after I would reset it. what I know would happen when I deal with the supports service is it will work until I go home the next day. Then it will go offline.

    @ring I would have to drive 100 miles to my beach-home and then go through all of the trouble shooting so they will agree that it is defective. I am positive it is defective. Why would it suddenly stop working? Not fair and poor customer support.

    @ring Hello. We were set up with a new wifi yesterday. Under Device Health, my Ring does not show reconnect wifi nor change wifi network. It’s a first generation Ring. I need to put the new wifi on here. Help please.

    @ring All the information is in previous DMs. I went through the online helper then an operator then DMing your Twitter account. Why would I do it a fourth time and getting treated the same way? Again, proof of poor customer care. Going through the scripted motions wasting my time.

    @h_duk @ring Omg. I called them out AFTER 3 different attempts being completely cooperative. Ring has all the messages from my third attempt at trying to get answers. They can post them to show how cooperative I was up until they said too bad.

    Gutted, got a @ring doorbell for Christmas finally got it fitted in the new house but it's not what I thought! It won't connect to WiFi after 3days, doesn't show you the camera just sits offline, then you need to disconnect it and re-add to the device. Hardwork!

    @bt_uk had an engineer out today to fix a broadband issue. Since its been "fixed" the hub has lost internet access EIGHT times! How is anyone supposed to run a business, or use @HiveHomeUK or @ring systems with a totally unreliable WiFi service? Not acceptable! #fail

    @ring @Its_Miss_KLT Good luck should you need to return something. The experience is awful. @ring has terrible processes and customer service.
