    @ring @POpEyedWazza It might as well be automated @ring because you're treating it like it's a one off issue when VERY CLEARLY there are MANY people affected. It was introduced by a recent update. Tons of web pages/tweets about it. Why not admit it is a bug??

    @ring I have been waiting sometime now to get my ring doorbell sorted out as still absolutely no notifications, why has this been going on for 5 months now?, why won't anyone help me fix the problem or tell me what to do? If you can't help fix it can you refund me please, thanx.

    @ring I’m starting to hate my ring doorbell. It goes offline. Then doesn’t want to connect. The light spins. But no video. This happens every time router is reset or if the battery runs down. Then I have to call someone and I go through 20 steps to get it working

    @ring So much for help over DM. They basically told me to call customer service which customer service says they need to escalate to Logistics. I don't understand why I can't get immediate help here.

    6) since my last tweet @ring responded and told me to call and they will take care of it. I called. #ringdoorbell phone customer support is useless and a waste of an hour typing to their social media peeps. @JamieSiminoff @googlenest can you help?

    Our @ring security camera is great, especially after a neighbor's car was stolen. Except for today. Today, it informs me our neighbor has started mowing their lawn. Guess it's time for lawn maintenance again... It was fun while it lasted.

    @ring Ring one which was just Out of warranty, ring support simply told me to buy another . I had four ring devices aswell, rusty and water ingress into camera . I can’t buy another it’s simply not cost effective + a subscription on top . Poor build quality

    @ring Hi guys, I think there might be a strange problem with the android app and live view. No problem live viewing on other devices on the same WiFi network.. just hangs on activating for me.. just started in the last few days.. it does record a live view in the history.

    @JamieSiminoff @ring your customer service is TERRIBLE. Can't get any help, a call back, or a response to the DM I sent to @ring, after the bot responded to my negative post from last night & told me to DM for further assistance.
