  @YNB @ring Let me help people out, —-that white folks steal so casually. They're brazen in how chill they are about committing crime. Is it because they can do it so often and easily in life with little or no consequence? This does not help, IN ANY WAY, the FIGHT against hatred and bigotry

  So @ring have had an issue for a couple of months with their doorbell/chimes not working together… no info online or on their website. If you ask them what the issue is they just say “we’re working on a fix” Might be worth an investigation from one of my techy BBC friends?

  Hey @ring, i bought 2 of your indoor/outdoor battery cams. And my problem is installing on wall inside. Your official video shows just screw on to wall. But YouTuber videos show using the anchors. So can you guys make a updated video explaining do you need anchors inside or not.

  @ring my Ring doorbell service isn't perfect but when it works it works. But something has happened with a lawn service that damaged my property deliberately and some how shut my cameras down? Does anyone know how please?

  @ring thanks for the horrific customer service only using generative AI- I have a dog who was hit by a car and my acct is not permitting me to post. Your AI can’t help fixing my acct or get a human so I can post to help this dog find its owner. If this dog passes- it’s on you.

  I am taking loan few month ago in ring app and 4 emi bounce in some crisis and my last company some payment issue so ring agent harass in daily basis and I'm send mail also for settlement but he was saying RBI authori on our company dnt settle ur loan @RBIsays @nsitharaman @ring

  @ring Wow I've never had bad customer experience from you until just now. Person on webchat just sent templates saying they are not able to troubleshoot and to call instead. Ignoring my offers to send screenshot etc

  @ring I have called and asked well within six months. Then I promised that they were sending something out to me. Hoping it would help. That never showed up. What ever that was. I stopped my cloud because the cameras didn’t work all the time

  @ring @ADTRbreakdown Have the same issue and y’all just ignore the problem and act like it’s something we did wrong. Having an active stalker is so much fun when your cameras never record yay me 🙄
