    @ring Hi, just installed my new Floodlight Cam Wired Pro. There's a permanent crackling/static sound coming from camera speaker - mic isn't open in app and installation wiring is good, rebooting makes no difference. Return or software fix?

    @ring Wait are you kidding? Your response is “glad your safe :) “ when I’m trying to tell you this feature of yours potentially put us at risk? You need to address this ASAP. This is not a one off. This is a regular issue.

    @Ginbizzle42 Don’t get a @ring doorbell. They are ******* terrible. They pick up every car that drives by my house - as you saw today - but misses someone standing on my ******* porch looking right into the camera.

    @ring Well I Have NO Service thanks to Customer Support, I will give insight how bad Ring is,Since Dec of 2020 I had to purchase 3 different units for Breaking,Brand New Units Breaking & Since December 2020,I have Not Payed one Cent to @ring I have been Compensated approx 8 months

    @ring Doorbell suddenly not working 3 days ago after update/8 mths after purchase. Hard wired, wont reconnect to wifi (nothings changed) will not let me setup device either. Connect to ring setup wifi unable to authenticate, hard reset, reinstall app tried everything. Is it RIP?

    @ring your checkout page for the UK is broken, it won’t allow me to continue because my house doesn’t have a number, but only has a name. Fail.

    @ring I am long time Ring customer that has eight cameras and the Ring Alarm system with every option. Just experienced the worst customer service in my time with Ring. I encourage a customer service decision maker to contact me. Extremely unhappy and frustrated with Ring.

    @timheuer @ring Have they been working or are they new? If new, are they farther away than the rest? If so, you may need a 110v z-wave device to relay (battery powered devices can't act as relays) I only see drop offs of my zwave sensors when batteries get low. Some are bad at battery tracking

    @ring too bad. my currently using ring bell pro dead. check it out and found internal battery died and won't recharge it. too bad can't repair it.

    I am sick and tired of @ring not connecting or taking forever to go live, would rather use a @googlenest or go straight to @vivintsecurity...this is ridiculous for the amount of money paid! Don’t ask for DM if you can’t fix the issue!
