    @ring Would be awesome to have the door bell working even if the backend is down. It really sucks that the chime doesn’t do a thing just because the backend is down.

    @ring is still down. And their status is still "investigating" for HOURS now. Pretty shocking a 'security' company can have so little redundancy, so little protection and so little ability to respond.

    @ring ... there are very reasons why we have decided to buy your products and of late your system has been highly flaky and unreliable... the system response is slow, and major system outages have become more frequent... your technical infrastructure needs a proper audit.
