@ring I will join the choir on the rich notifications not working. Very frustrated that it is taking this long to fix. Away on vacation last week and having to go live for every notification was/is ridiculous. Don't worry about pasting your canned response. I have already read them all

@ring I just told you all of what was wrong. Lol my husband cannot use the app under his own account as a shared user, even while following the steps. I'm sure I'm not the only one with the issue I'm describing. Because I've seen others say the same thing. So, I bought a nest system

@ring 1/2 I have a 2 year old floodlight camera and protect plan with faulty IR filter that is very common issue. The image is either pink or night vision doesn’t work (check the forums) ring wouldn’t replace it… only offered me a discount code. The discount code didn’t work

@kocichichot @ring @JamieSiminoff I feel the same Alicja. I count on viewing on my desktop. Thinking I will contact SimpliSafe. My ring doesn't show half the time anyway. Always seem to have a problem with it. Always an error code. And the error code has to do with their company, nothing to do with home.
