    @ring It’s been down so long I gave it a few days, ordered a back ordered competitors, and it will be here tomorrow. Lost a ring customer and I know many others that are doing the same.

    @ring What happened to the time/date stamp on the live and saved videos? That is a helpful feature especially for police reporting. It seemed to disappear after some resolving issue or update after August 3,2021. I have reinstalled and reset my ring; it’s only in event history.

    @ring It's been 10 days, is there anything new to update or is there nothing new in the past 240 hours? Is this a priority to fix or are Rich Notifications permanently disabled? I need to know if I should go buy a different brand for door surveillance as rich notifications are key.
