@ring You really need to fix the lack of notifications when the motion detector battery dies. Mine died almost two months ago and I didn't know until today when I happened to open the app. Why no "bypass" notification when setting the alarm?

My @ring doorbell is now just a very expensive doorbell. After only a year I am sick and tired of the app which spends most of its time updating or requesting me to sign in yet again. The burglars have already been and gone by that time! A waste of time and money.

@ring Shame I had an attempted break in the other day, and your product had broken a few days previously.. I’m waiting two weeks for a replacement, called yesterday and was told it’s out of stock and no idea when I’d get a replacement????

.@ring has the WORST customer service ever. Also both of my devices are offline and to get them online I have to remove them from my ROOF to get a dumb code that they won’t provide to me!!!!!! What a horrible company.

@ring Yes cold weather can cause this issue, however that's not what I'm referring too. I put a different charged battery in and the device is still not working and your employees solution is to uninstall the camera and bring it into the house to "warm up".

@ring what the issue with tour network. I can barely download any thing. Arlo and all other services are working. No point having your cameras if I have to wait an hour to see a video. Been like this for days.

@ring @insane_irish Crazy that so many purchased the Ring systems of the back of multiple promises of HomeKit support. We’re about to enter 2022 and there’s still no sign of HomeKit support. That’s pretty poor and definitely makes me regret investing so heavily in to Ring, otherwise I’d switch.

Hey @ring, the UX on your website needs a lot of help. For one thing when I click "Submit" on a form, changing the button to grey and giving zero indication of whether the submission worked or is pending or ? is a lousy user experience.
