    @ring can't set up my Ring 2nd gen device with a Pixel 7. Manually won't work, as I've changed phone and internet provider. Can't connect to new WiFi using my Pixel. Help!!

    @ring Disappointed with the customer service, Spoke to a help tech and transferred me to a Technical team (waited 15+min) then spoke to them for 1 min then cut off. No call back.. spoke to another person who said they will call back… #PoorService

    @ring more than 2 hours to try and set up a ring doorbell.... so we pay for the doorbell, a subscription and get piss poor service

    Many tech companies also do this well, among them @1Password @ring - I prefer to give positive reviews to well-done support than the other way round, useless griping about bad service. Although... I've been guilty of that in the past.

    It's shocking how bad @ring treats people who've spent $454.64 and not received their order in a month. They are more worried about your phone number and email.
