    @ring my Ring2 speaker is so loud my neighbors can hear my front door conversations. After much back and forth, I was told that’s just the way it is. Piss poor product.

    @ring terrible customer service. Husband passed away in November & @ring wont accept death certificate/marriage certificate to allow me to lay subs. No empathy at all from customer services! Told me to buy a new doorbell!

    On the verge of removing and uninstalling our @Ring doorbell. At least twice weekly offline. No suggestions from Ring. Possibly linked to @TPLINKHelp smart sockets - possibly not. If anyone has any suggestions for a replacement I’d welcome your ideas.

    @dhrandy @canary @ring I agree, terrible service from Canary. Let you buy a device and now take all your features away! The Canary is for me now worthless! Thanks for nothing Canary I am furious!

    @ring finally dark mode after all these years on Android. Now if you can fix it so my cam tiles show up every time I open the app. 8 cams shouldn't be too many ..

    @ring I have 5 cameras a doorbell I thought was wireless that isn’t and I have used cameras and system for awhile now and like it all when it works, but now I have 2 cameras that won’t charge or work at all and one of them never worked. I need help please

    @ring Hey why did you discontinue the peephole camera? Do you know how@many seniors that live in apts that would help. I’ve been searching for my mom for days. Bring it back.

    @ring No thanks. I don't have the time for these "Its your setup, reinstall your app and reset your wifi" suggestions anymore. Same problem on 3 different wifi networks, 2 routers, 2 ISPs, 3 different phones on 3 carriers over the last 4 years. It's not me, it's you.

    @ring hey there. Do you sell a GFCI or power outage alarm? I have an outdoor fridge that trips occasionally and I’d rather not replace my beer unless it’s the old-fashioned way.

    @ring @ring still not help at all. Basically the same answer which is to buy another doorbell or go to court/get a letter from a lawyer. Absolutely appalling - I will purchase another doorbell & it will not be a @ring product! Never again!

    @ring how's your doorbell going to ask me if I have changed wifi, I say no and it still won't connect to the wifi?? I'm literally next to the wifi, the chime is connected to wifi but doorbell won't reconnect. This is like the 3rd I have this annoying issue with your product

    Oh wow, somebody stole my package off my porch and my @ring doorbell didn’t even catch it although I pay for the **** 🥹 good thing it was only some stickers but lemme get to looking for a new camera
