  @HDCares @HomeDepot Sunnyvale CA Kifer Rd store couldn't help with @ring cameras. It was self service but I couldn't get to any of the product as it was in a cage . I even showed the staff members the product and its location in the app and still couldn't get any assistance.

  @therealDeFlock @ring @HomeDepot **** it..hire some nerd to hook it up to your pc on a closed circut without internet access and now you got a govt grade home security w/o the govt! use 《their》tools to your advantage!

  @ring Don't want to advertise this but my doorbell doesn't pick up anything at all despite tinkering with the settings and several reboots it just doesn't register any movement at all, it's close to the wifi router so that's not the issue

  @therealDeFlock @ring @HomeDepot Well, if it had an automated pepper ball gun or hi flow pepper spray with it, I could see it, but the Thugs could have that thing torn down and carried away before any live security guard could get there.

  @ring "Neighbors" disappeared in app. Not just my phone. All family members and additional devices having same issue.

  @ring on my apple watch, the alerts usually include a snapshot from the ring cam. But randomly, there would be no picture and just the text about someone being at front door. I have been noticing this more since last couple of months. Can you look into this and fix in a future update?

  @ring you devices are terrible, how can something that has worked for so long be so difficult to reconnect. All of my stuff works and these devices will not connect and when they do they randomly disconnect. The reconnection method is a joke

  Day FORTY of .@Ring STILL not fixing the iOS widgets. Even though there’s been THREE app updates in that time. They REALLY don’t care about us customers do they. If you’re not going to fix this issue can you let us know please. You’re just laughing at us now.
