    @NataleeAnn92 @ring I'm having the exact same issue, every single morning for the past week I'm waking up to a notification from 2-3am saying it's offline. Literally never reconnects 🙄 @ring please advise ASAP, I'd rather not be spending £5 a month on a device that doesn't work...

    @ring non-functioning customer service. I’ve spent two hours two different days on the phone trying to get a clear answer on transferring an account. Information that’s contradictory and hard to understand literally. A good company bad customer service

    @ring if I bought ya ****** *** cameras I shouldn’t have to pay to use them. The whole subscription to **** I already paid for is so ******* old fix up of just shut ******** down.

    @ring worst customer service. Spent over $500 on cameras and a doorbell. I never received the doorbell, even though UPS says it was delivered. Spent an hour on the phone to get them to agree to send a replacement. Have yet to receive it.

    @ring has got the worst customer service ever. The reviews speak for itself. Look at the X replies. Also, look into your Privacy rights you. Very concerning!!!

    Kia boys broke into wife's car overnight. Nothing was in the car and they couldn't get the thing started. @ring camera was absolutely garbage and caught nothing but human-free snapshots before and after. I am going to refrain from stating my thoughts or feelings on the matter, since I kinda like X.

    @AFLcomau 🚨🚨🚨 My neighbour barracks for the Dons and 3 weeks ago I caught her on my @ring doing a girthy **** 💩on our doorstep so I’ve little to no sympathy for Don fans at the minute. 🙄 They’re filthy animals imho🎯

    @ring And you're another example of why AI canNOT replace us. The support bot ends the convo without any resolution! Your customer service is the WORST!

    @pcater64 @ring After they give you their fake USA name, right before letting them go say "TERRY MAKI CHOOT" then hangup before they have a chance to react. (yes it's very bad)

    @AngieJandro @ring I was in my bedroom and the phone went off- there was a message saying a delivery from Amazon was left at the door AND then I check the video and there it was, the driver was putting another package down. This is AWESOME.

    @ring customer service is terrible. Bought a new device only for it to stop working under less than a year. They send a refurbished one that stops working and the best they can do is advise us to purchase a new one and offer us “25% off” #trash

    @amazon @ring HOLY **** AN AMAZON DRIVER DELIVERING A BOX! thought u guys dumped them all off at the USPS to do. i mean u dump off how much at the po to do for u—- 80% of ur pick n choose heavy bs while u deliver the small. f u guys u would b jobless without the po.
