  @ring can you please tell me how to change my phone number on my Ring account. And don't start by saying sign in to my Ring account because the system won't let me as it keeps sending the verification code to my old phone number which now belongs to someone else 🤬🤬🤬

  @ring you have the worst logistics department out there. I placed an order on 7/22 with an arrives by 7/28 and nothing. I wait on hold to be told hopefully by 8/10 but no guarantee yet I can order it today on your site and it says “Arrives 8/8” and no one is willing to do ****!

  My @ring camera doesn't pick me up pulling into the driveway, but if someone rides a bike or walks down the road it lets me know. Technology, man.

  @ring you devices are terrible, how can something that has worked for so long be so difficult to reconnect. All of my stuff works and these devices will not connect and when they do they randomly disconnect. The reconnection method is a joke

  @ring I only need a replacement part. If Ring can't provide the part needed to fix my device, they should replace the unit with a comparable upgraded model at no cost. Customers shouldn't be penalized because parts are unavailable.
