  @ring Your policy is not allow cancelations of orders after 36 hours even if you don't have the ability to ship them. You do not know how your products initialize and you won't answer those types of questions. A DM won't fix that. /mute

  Nothing like having some fluke problem happening with my @ring doorbell the last few days that even their tech support folks can’t figure out. How is it that I constantly hear “oh wow, I’ve never heard of that happening before” so gosh darn much in my life? #jessluck

  @ring Yeah too bad you sold me the battery powered pathlights and forgot to mention how the solar ones come out a week later. Worst you wouldn’t even do a swap. Very disappointed. One of the pathlights is already dead not working even with new batteries😡

  My ring doorbell won’t charge past 23% but because I’m 20 days past their 1 year warranty, ring has told me they “can’t do anything to help”. Don’t buy ring if you’re looking for a reliable doorbell. #ringdoorbell @ring @amazon

  @ring Just wanted to follow up with this 8 months later. @ring never fixed the problem which was one of their known, broken, devices failing under manufacturers defect and being unable to be replaced as the device connected once when they opened the box and then put away.

  @ring Hey there, I’ve tried posting on my neighborhood group a few times and it keeps getting taken down for no reason. There was suspicious activity at my door and I wanted to share it with my neighbors, and no one from your company is responding.

  @ring Please train your customer service people not to be so condescending and to actually try to solve the issue!

  @bags_of_water @ring This is called multi-factor authentication. The only extra step is inputting the 2nd password which you receive on your phone at login. This way if someone steals your info they wont be able to log in unless they have your phone at the same time. Device security is everything!

  @JessicaLRohlik @ring And it's probably a simple fix but since no one has had the issue they can't figure it out.
