    @ring My Ring Doorbell Pro (hardwired) randomly loses power multiple times per day. Maybe it's the cold, maybe it's the internal battery going bad, I don't know. Maybe it shouldn't have an internal battery in the first place eh? I called, they told me it's normal (!) Please help.

    @ring avoid the ring stick up cameras if you plan to use them at your home outside. They aren’t powerful enough to reach the router without an additional device called a chime pro (additional $50). Plus they are slow to respond. #wasteofmoney

    @ring @ringviddoorbell @ring_uk I have just tried to escalate this issue, as despite everything it has now been nearly 4 months without a working doorbell!! Please can this issue be dealt with urgently!

    @bengleib @ring I use @WyzeCam most of the time it is working as designed- perfect- log on view- sound alarm &/or talk to the person who is within earshot- but- sometimes if your home wifi is not working well- lagging or just plain overloaded then yeh- it can take a while to view.

    An upholstery guy came over today. I saw on my @ring alert that he wasn't wearing a mask. I double-masked and answered the door. He proceeded to ask me invasive, rude questions. I responded with, "Do you need my help getting these chairs out of here?" I need this pandemic to end.
