@YNB @ring Let me help people out, —-that white folks steal so casually. They're brazen in how chill they are about committing crime. Is it because they can do it so often and easily in life with little or no consequence? This does not help, IN ANY WAY, the FIGHT against hatred and bigotry

@YNB @SuckaFreeZone3 @ring Yes!! People who steal necessities, like kid's medicine, are way more stealthy. I'll find empty packaging on the shelf. The only people I've seen ACTIVELY stealing are white women slowly going up & down each aisle, taking random items.

@ring I ordered a ring sensor in July 2022 and never received it. I have tried several times with your online twitter team and your process of messages, forms and customer service agents is very bad.

@ring Why is it that out of ALL of the devices in my house, the Ring is the only thing that just doesn’t reconnect if there is an outage and there is no way to reboot the device without being right next to it… what is the point of it being remotely accessible then?!!

@YNB @ring There's a white woman on my Nextdoor app who has been caught by MULTIPLE ring cameras stealing packages from porches. She drives a yellow car and just pulls up to people's houses and casually steals their **** in broad daylight, no fear whatsoever.

@Hurrikeen @ring I had this issue last year. They replaced my cameras 2 in in the end it was an algorithm change at the ring end. It was all good up until a few weeks ago and not mine is picking up cars too. Needs sorting out

@ring Given that a bunch of features are missing from lower tier Ring Protect subscriptions, you guys really need to allow for testing at those low tier levels. Currently, you *cannot* configure a brand new system to operate at a level below Protect Pro for 30 days... Please fix.

How scary is it to look through your home surveillance “safety” camera & see items missing/ disturbed in the view but no recording of how it happened? @ring I updated my app and still this **** is missing motion. On a dead end street. Please explain yourself.

@ring why with a click of a button cant i link my indoor ring camera to start recording when my doorbell ring camera detects motion? If your company cannot fix this problem then ill be forced to do business elsewhere. This is super frustrating! I dont want to be recorded 24-7!
