  Is @ring customer service the worst? Yes. Especially on chat. I ask for an URL and then sends it to me and then exits the chat. Thanks so much for your care. And then have me buy an entire kit to replace 1 screw. And who knows how much for the shipping. Not ideal at all.

  @tesleen2025 @davidma77507034 @ring White folk is not a slur or used in a pejorative way. Folks or folk is the same as people. I use it interchangeably depending on my mood. Adding the qualifier “white” is no different then saying “Black” before the word. It isn’t code for bad behavior or bad people.

  @ring so ring have said it could be my hub that’s the problem that’s why I’m not receiving a signal to the ring bell how about that’s not the problem it’s worked all week now it plays up. And I’ve not got much going though my wifi

  A few years ago there was a # where white folks were honest about how easily they can get away with stuff in life. Stuff = criminal activity that would get other folks long prison sentences or on a very bad day quickly shot & killed by police. I think of that watching @ring.

  @JoeBorelliNYC @NYPDnews @ring You only care when it affects you. You don’t care if the NYPD maintains standards? If the beards are too long they can’t get a proper seal on a gas mask & a criminal can grab them by it. It is a risk to the officer & anyone they try to help. Try locking the car door.

  @ring I have one of your ring alarms, whenever we lose power the system Never resets to the network, You have to do a reset. Surely this known glitch can be fixed. What if I was away and had power cut: the when would go offline until I got back. That goes against the whole idea

  @ring I’ve tried reading help articles but my doorbell is at 2%. I changed the motion settings and did the zones again. Will it go up on its own or do I need to manually charge it at this point and if so how do I do that?

  @Ask_Spectrum @ring Can one of you please help me? I’ve had a working Ring doorbell for a while. I just got a new Spectrum router. Every device connected to the new router immediately (network named the same) except the doorbell. I’ve spent at least 4 hours on the phone with you two. Ring says the firewall needs to be lowered. Spectrum says they can’t adjust it. My old router had to have only WPA2 selected and I’m told this can’t be done with this router. Basically now Spectrum said “Talk to Ring and let them know that you can’t get a dedicated 2.4 network or control the security” and Ring said “Adjust the security or get a new doorbell”. Can someone please help? Give me a list of compatible doorbells with Spectrum or doorbells that Ring makes that will connect if you can’t isolate the security setting.

  @roslynholcomb @YNB @ring It is so crazy! People feel free to steal. My sister’s landlord feels that it is okay to go into her apartment anytime that she wishes when my sister is NOT THERE and TAKE ****. People are nuts!
