  @jhoustonphoto1 @ring They do but honestly it isn't Rings fault, Amazon services are down across the board including funnily enough some Disney services run on the Amazon Web Service.

  @_vityas @wyomingamy @ring They have the phone numbers and emails of customers, emailing or texting about an outage is better than publicly announcing it on Twitter.

  @ring "interruption" is not something that goes on for this many hours. thank you for the link but it now states "degraded Performance" which is still an outage for us we have no service
