    @ring you have to be kidding me. Replaced a broken phone and now I have to call to use the app and access security features - and have to be standing in front of the camera too? Any other hoops I can jump through for you?

    @ring I'm having trouble resetting my password even though I'm following the guidance with capital letter , numbers etc. It won't accept the new password I'm inputting

    @ring doesn't empower its staff to help customers. I'm shipping all their equipment back to them for a refund. What I can't get back is all the time I wasted with them. @Ring is good at selling, bad at delivering. That's the worst.

    @fanboy1979 @ring same problem here. i have a peephole cam in an apartment. Getting notifications there is motion at the door, but no saved videos now for a few hours. Live view works fine.

    Hey @ring you think we can fix the android app crashing issue that's been with us for the last 2 months and 2 updates? 3 different devices all crashing. Deleted app, reinstalled the app, cleared the cache.

    @ring @KTK1990 I am also having the same issue. I’ve had the chime pro replaced twice now. Both unit get hot and disconnect from my WiFi. I’ve rebooted my router several times, tried to reconnect the devices and even disconnected the WiFi protection. I’m at whits end.

    @ring Your policies SUCK. I’ve been in my house for well over a month. The jackass owner can’t release ownership of the floodlight camera, and I STILL CANT USE IT, AND RING WONT RELEASE IT. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’m ripping all of these devices out. GARBAGE

    @ring Well I have another wish list request, but I know it's a very complex issue. I'd really really really love to be able to stream my ring cameras to my Google Nest Hub displays, very much especially when someone presses doorbell. I do however realise you are competitors 😳

    @ring two hours now & videos aren’t saving. Notifications are working, etc. Judging by the number of ppl sending you messages, looks to be system-wide. Any ETA on the fix?

    @watchshortiego @ring Got same problem. Support blamed my iPhone and iPad then blame my router connection. I kept telling her no this is something else (cloud or server)!

    If you're thinking about installing an @ring wired doorbell, I'd encourage you to think again. This @Amazon owned company is a nightmare, an example of a company that doesn't think of its customers needs, despite what @JeffBezos says of his values.
