  @ring this is getting kind of ridiculous that this is still down. some of us don’t have premium for all cameras and the Rich notifications are one of the only ways to catch things happening in the moment. really disappointed in Ring right now.

  @ring rich notification service has been down for over a week. That is really, really bad. People depend on it for the security of their homes. Having a service outage of that length with no mass communication to affected customers… kind of makes me want to find a new service.

  @ring We are currently having the issue that we have notification picture previews for the device at the back of our house, but now not for the device at the front of the house. The device -was- battery operated, but has now been running hard-wired for months. What’s wrong?

  @ring Any update on this? It's almost been a week, and I didn't realize how much I use this feature until it's broken. If it's only battery operated devices, this would seem an easy dev fix... Please post update soon!
