  I’ve spent 10 minutes on @ring app trying to figure out how to configure which @AmazonAlexa device rings for my ring camera but I don’t have a clue! Apparently “linked chimes” does it if you have a chime but “linked devices” option is something entirely else. Alexa and Ring apps are two worst designed apps and despite all the talk about AI capabilities from Amazon, their AI supported queries functionality is absolutely unusable.

  @YNB @florenceRN78 @ring These nice car mother ******* are the worst. They look down on your for not getting an electric car to save the environment but, as they drive down the roads, (after I can now assume stealing peoples ****) they are also littering all of the trash inside their cars.

  @ring terrible system , a total ripoff , I got 2 cameras and door bell a chime and a bracket allowing the camera to move around , I need to give it away , but the person must physically come remove it. I will not spend another ounce of good energy on bad things.

  @SuckaFreeZone3 @ConeyFerg @ring By the look of the “getaway cars” on ring, NONE of them are poor or actually in need. Stealing appears to be a fun little hobby for them because they’re bored.

  @ring They must of been the lucky one that ring did not have a system failure as when I got broken into they did so no evidence to be obtained. Opened a case no one coming back and today shortage of staff to deal with customer

  @ring I have called and asked well within six months. Then I promised that they were sending something out to me. Hoping it would help. That never showed up. What ever that was. I stopped my cloud because the cameras didn’t work all the time

  @ring @ring after tweeting at you I realized you have a toll free number that offers assistance. - They did a fantastic job assisting me w/ordering the replacement part & a separate issue w/setting up a new device.

  @ring My Ring devices are just fine! I’m saying Homebridge, and associated plugins, are a hack. You COULD help there with some Apple HomeKit integration… :)

  @YNB @ring There's a white woman on my Nextdoor app who has been caught by MULTIPLE ring cameras stealing packages from porches. She drives a yellow car and just pulls up to people's houses and casually steals their **** in broad daylight, no fear whatsoever.

  @ring I saved all the error messages and pictures of your camera that got water in it even when under the eves. I had remove it from the side of the house because the battery was frozen up with water. Just a bunch of issues

  @ring you mean the same dm you still never got back to me about last month i.e. the ring chime issue that all ring customers know about but you still refuse to accept ?
