    @SirWill @ring This is why I dumped my ring in the trash after it failed and got a @WyzeCam Much cheaper and works just as well if not better and to my knowledge doesn’t share my videos without my permission.

    Just had another TERRIBLE customer service experience with @ring. Explained myself 3 times and then asked for a sup twice before the rep wanted to gather info then refused to transfer bc he wants to “respect my time”.

    @ring we have received a message to say our account has been deleted and we cannot access our devices. This is the third time this week we have had an issue and we can’t get through on customer services number. Can someone please help!!

    @ring It’s an easy fix I’m sure. In the meantime, that page should immediately be deleted from the website. Definitely left me with a negative impression of how Ring treats customers. Imo not very well 👎🏻

    Hey @ring I’m not able to get thru to your customer service. This is 3rd day I’ve tried. I talked to Don yesterday but he didn’t help me and wouldn’t put me thru to a supervisor. Help! #ring I just need to renew.

    Oh. My neighbor down the road says his and our neighbor's car got broken into and their gas siphoned out a few weeks ago. But their @ADT cameras didn't trigger at all. So they are asking if any of us neighbors with @ring cameras saw it. I wonder if I should secure my car better.

    @ring I’m done with ring support now thanks. There’s nothing you can do to help. But thanks anyway. Even my wife who never gets involved in this stuff said it’s useless now.

    @RamsayCooks @ring No, still does it. Ring "suggested" i reset it and reconnect to wifi but has not helped. I just think the wifi receivers on the peephole cameras are crap as i dont have this issue with my stick up cams on the same network and are situated much further away from the router.

    @ring I tried that approach twice but it didn't resolve my problem (I have 2 request IDs as proof with no replacement or tracking number). At this point a dumb doorbell is better than your product, at least it actually works.
