    @ring Ring 4K Retinal Camera picture quality is not so great with very poor picture degradation when zooming in. I have tried different models including the POE versions. Even Ring tech support have given up. Very poor products

    Called .@ring and got ******* AI...said I want a person. Then I get some foreigner who I can't ******* understand. Told him I can't understand . He says wait a minute. Comes back and says wants to help. I said, I don't want to talk to you. I can't understand you. Get rid of your Ai and foreign customer service, because it isn't helpful

    @ring my chime pro 2 has been flashing green/blue for over two hours now. I’ve tried turning it off and on again, holding button down for 15 seconds. No joy can you help?

    @ring I have one of your ring alarms, whenever we lose power the system Never resets to the network, You have to do a reset. Surely this known glitch can be fixed. What if I was away and had power cut: the when would go offline until I got back. That goes against the whole idea

    Car got broken into last night and ofc my @ring security camera somehow magically didn't pick anything up between 8pm and 7am, not a single notification or anything. Most useless and expensive security device ever created. Do not buy. If you have it, get rid of it.

    @ring Why did you sell footage from my doorbell to @progressive insurance so they could show my neighbors they have prior damage to a vehicle? Ring is trash and I’m getting rid of today.

    @ring @USPS @USPS it's called "mail delivery" not "mail come pick me uppy", right? Also, now are you seeing why people use FedEx, ups, etc, instead of your ancient asses? Way to ******* over 🖕🤬🖕

    Day 16 of asking .@ring to address the iOS widget issue and despite all the promises NOTHING has been done. They just don’t care, do they!

    @ring Had to unplug my Stick Up Gen 3 Cam, remove battery and plug it back in to get back "Online." The other issue I have this with this cam is that sometimes it takes a long time to open Live View. This problem doesn't occur with my Outdoor Cam Plus. Always connected, fast Live View

    @ring doorbell is shite, very bad lag upto 3 minutes by then i have seen someone at door and answered it before it alerts me ! time to bin it
