    @ring "Neighbors" disappeared in app. Not just my phone. All family members and additional devices having same issue.

    @ring I only need a replacement part. If Ring can't provide the part needed to fix my device, they should replace the unit with a comparable upgraded model at no cost. Customers shouldn't be penalized because parts are unavailable.

    Hey @ring could really use your help! Love your products, advocate for you to so many neighbors. However recently having a handful of issues and no matter what I do to trouble shoot, not working. Getting zero notifications from out front door and to front yard camera. Plz help!

    @ring what is going on with your app? Active subscription till next year but not showing on the app. Done all troubleshooting with the AI on your website n still not working.

    @amazon @ring Why? Why in trying to get help did I receive 2 people that did not understand ENGLISH! Do any of them? What Countries are they from? So I'm Hammond, I'm sure he loves me using his account! Or is he using mine? If I add a credit card it goes to him? Is this a scam?
