  @ring Three calls. Three different advisers. Around 25 minutes on each call. Three terminated calls before my issue was resolved. That’s over an hour of my time wasted with nothing to show for it. Easily some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

  WTF @amazon Keep pushing back and pushing back delivery on a simple @ring doorbell. As I said @Lowes had them IN STOCK AT SAME PRICE AND SCAM "PRIME DAYS"!!

  @ring can you please tell me how to change my phone number on my Ring account. And don't start by saying sign in to my Ring account because the system won't let me as it keeps sending the verification code to my old phone number which now belongs to someone else 🤬🤬🤬

  @ring you guys have the worst customer service in the world. The lens cover that’s supposed to protect the lens fell off, which isn't supposed to happen, and therefore makes the camera defective. And the best you can do is give me a 35% discount for me to spend $ to replace something I didn't break. Do better.

  @ring Okay - There was a lot going on yesterday and I was frustrated - I apologize for my reaciton - however, I resolved the issue by setting up a VPN. Without the VPN (using AT&T's wireless home internet service) it was failing,. Solved.

  @ring videotimbre que verdaderamente no funciona bajo la espectativas de uso común, es una forma de estar inmerso en un plan que obligatoriamente tienes que cubrir para que funcione bajo espectativas mercantiles, realmente no es recomendable
