    @ring what’s going people? Tried to set up an account on the App and keeps failing at the password stage. I’ve tried the live chat 4 times and no one replies and tried phoning and it rings twice and cuts off?!?! Any help please?!?

    @ring what is going on with ring? I keep getting error messages and also can't seem to turn off my spot light. Customer service doesn't work either. I call and it hangs up

    Hey @ring how about tweeting to everyone that your system is down and save hours of aggravation for your customers trying to trouble shoot their network! You are replying to complaints that its down, how about a public post!

    @BJLass @ring I’ve had ok customer service. They just can’t seem to fix the problem permanently. Give it a few hours and the same problems. Even replaced the device, same problems. It’s just a garbage product.

    Hey! Has your site been hacked? I'm getting a redirect to api.kustomer. Can't log in. Error 403. Password compromised but not by Ring? Email to change password. @ring
