@ring I've worked in information technology for more than 40 years, and I have never heard of a non communication issue such as this, although I haven't had many problems, but this is a red flag non-prfrmnc

@ring You have down hugely in my esteem i had ongoing issues days before the outage and after 30 mins on the phone to support they cant see my details even though i can see my app details. battery is all over place, no live footage between events!!!

@shaniat89456347 @TheEvanGodwin @ring the twitter team yesterday told us to call.......except it was impossible to reach anyone👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 some were more lucky and got actual help, this is a crappy experience. Their alarm system also went dead!

@JinnyJinny @ring I uninstalled our cam from outside at -8, snow and freezing rain.......for nothing. Our daughter’s ‘’alarm’’ system has been down almost 20 hours. Fortunatly we have another brand of camera inside.....with pan and tilt.

@ring Whilst you're at it, can you fix the people only settings for motion alerts? Keep getting notifications for things as small as rats!

@ring can we as the customers here get an update on when this will be fixed ? The down time here is not acceptable and the communication is really poor. My system has now been down for close to 24 hours ! #CustomerExperience #communication

@ring @martinw2000 Poor communication indeed , it took them most of the yesterday before actually acknowledging there was a problem.....I uninstalled ours for absolutly nothing!! Their alarm system was down also, they really should compensate the clients

@ring Marketing your products during your worst global outage, instead of giving meaningful updates is a pretty poor show. We deserve much better @JamieSiminoff.
