  @ring I have called and asked well within six months. Then I promised that they were sending something out to me. Hoping it would help. That never showed up. What ever that was. I stopped my cloud because the cameras didn’t work all the time

  @ring I saved all the error messages and pictures of your camera that got water in it even when under the eves. I had remove it from the side of the house because the battery was frozen up with water. Just a bunch of issues

  I’ve spent 10 minutes on @ring app trying to figure out how to configure which @AmazonAlexa device rings for my ring camera but I don’t have a clue! Apparently “linked chimes” does it if you have a chime but “linked devices” option is something entirely else. Alexa and Ring apps are two worst designed apps and despite all the talk about AI capabilities from Amazon, their AI supported queries functionality is absolutely unusable.

  @AmazonRing @ring Hi there. My Ring doorbell battery dropped to 12%, and when I plugged it in to charge, it didn’t start charging. It’s currently displaying a solid white light. Can you help me troubleshoot this?

  Amazing how a multi-million dollar company like @ring can have such terrible UX in their app/website that it doesn’t let you subscribe to their pro package… like I’m trying to give you money & you’re not letting me - crazy! This page opens whenever I click to upgrade and it’s a dead page with info about the plan… and says “plans can’t be managed in the ring app” and there’s nowhere to click!! Madness.

  Most times I attempt to view my @ring Safety Cameras I get error messages cause the robbery rings that Friended me are viewing & ILLEGALLY INVADING MY PRIVACY Even with Small Children in PLAIN VIEW being Normal.   @ring Your link to DM will not let me DM you so I cannot send screenshot of health page. Below is the problem I am having.. Ring doorbell just recording static/white noise on recordings and live view. Done everything required to check settings, rebooted (+hard reset) doorbell.
