  @ring Why are snapshots from all cams fuzzy, blurry? And no it is not a connection strength issue, and cams are plugged in.

  @DailyMail I caught my neighbour on @ring doing a girthy **** on our doorstep & when I confronted her about it she told me they were warm biscuits we could all eat! Same, same but different!

  @ring Had to unplug my Stick Up Gen 3 Cam, remove battery and plug it back in to get back "Online." The other issue I have this with this cam is that sometimes it takes a long time to open Live View. This problem doesn't occur with my Outdoor Cam Plus. Always connected, fast Live View

  @ring the video description worked fine during the trial period, but it doesn’t work after I subscribed the Ring Pro plan. I had already done what your online chat suggested but it’s still not working, it’s too frustrating, please advise, thanks.

  Amazing how a multi-million dollar company like @ring can have such terrible UX in their app/website that it doesn’t let you subscribe to their pro package… like I’m trying to give you money & you’re not letting me - crazy! This page opens whenever I click to upgrade and it’s a dead page with info about the plan… and says “plans can’t be managed in the ring app” and there’s nowhere to click!! Madness.

  @ring my doorbell went offline last night and ever since I’ve not been able to reconnect it to the broadband network. I have been onto @CommunityFibre but they can’t fix it.

  @amazon @ring Why? Why in trying to get help did I receive 2 people that did not understand ENGLISH! Do any of them? What Countries are they from? So I'm Hammond, I'm sure he loves me using his account! Or is he using mine? If I add a credit card it goes to him? Is this a scam?

  @ring My 2020 stick up cam suddenly stopped working. Moved to a new location after which it wouldn't power up (batt is full). I've tried resetting it by: removing the battery for >1 hour, holding the reset button for 20+ seconds, and tapping the reset button several times. Help!

  @ring your retina 2k doorbell is terrible, didn’t pick up all sorts despite changing zones and other settings, absolute garbage
