  @ring Bad customer service, i purchased an alarm pro and the eero part of it is broken, they will not repair or replace it. It’s been months and I troubleshot with 5 different techs all over email. Yes the customer service is over email. Don’t buy

  @ring doorbell just stopped getting power and I have no time to figure it out. Are there people I can call to come and fix it or install a new one?

  @ring When answering a doorbell in a car (as the passenger) connected to the sound system through Bluetooth. After answering a call, it tanks all music playing and it’s just silent but still running. Only way to fix it is by switching the car off and on.

  @ring How long does it take for the camera to start recording? My ring doorbell can clearly see my driveway yet the ups man is already out of truck when camera starts…..very slow!!

  @ring when will fix your software to allow for remote reconnecting? Storm knocked out two at my Airbnb. Had physically drive to restart. I understand other brands have fixed this. When will you?!

  @ring Why do you charge the same amount per year for a camera and for a chime? Chime uses zero resources - no storage, etc. Fix that.
