    @ring @WhiteHouse I have it on. It is turned off. They did not fix the app. It turns off no alarm. Wrong email.

    @ring hey, guys, why can’t I set up my smart lights inside to use motion sensors? I’d like to be able to have lights come on with motion for a minute or two as I walk into a room briefly but also have the option to turn the light on without auto shutoff which isn’t possible. Wtf

    @ring can you explain to me why my indoor sec cameras have a bright blue LED alerting people to their locations that I can’t disable? How is that security minded? Why isn’t disabling it an option? Don’t tell me to suggest it to your forums, explain why this is an issue in 2021!!!

    Spent another hr trying to set up @ring doorbell pro, included angle mount poorly designed, difficult to install. After reset, finally connected to the WiFi, then after updating, went offline and required to redo face cover and reset again, what a disaster of a device

    @chakatodd @scalzi @ring As a hardware/software dev, I'd 100% want to know if someone thought the setup process was ******. It is very hard in IoT stuff to hit all corner cases, and would work to fix things. I highly doubt anyone's feelings were hurt.

    Y’all @ring ‘s costumer service is the worst. Idk If I would recommend them as a system. They double charged my account after multiple failed attempts and when I messaged them about it they said tough luck, deal with your bank. It’s been 10 days. I need that money back.

    @popey @scalzi @ring I had that same problem but it was my WiFi, not the ring. Once I fixed the dead spots the ring camera stopped falling off the network

    @ring Trying to update payment method on ring account but won’t let me login on laptop and I can successfully login on my phone but when I get to the payment method it states “undefined” and it won’t let me add a new card?

    @ring you need to fix your app. It just did it again. Kicked off and not on. Then restored. But it is not a good app. Your app kicks people off.
