  @ring I've been locked out for weeks , ring couldn't resolve so I've given up, now my wife's locked out, amazon echo told us someone was at the door 3 minutes after they'd left. Garbage system.

  @ring Thanks.Because I bought the only one of your doorbells that doesn't include ability to work with existing doorbell chime, I do not have a doorbell while your team works to fix this. You should offer to let me trade in this useless one for one that works with my chime.

  Well, this is great. Bought my first @ring security system, having been trying to set it up and it turns out their systems are down. Doesn't exactly inspire confidence in the product.
