  @houselvrdarci @ring The really frustrating part is that I spent over 2 hours trying to figure out what I was doing wrong, & had to go to Twitter to find out about an outage. There was a time when you had an issue with a product you could actually call & talk to an actual person.

  @ring Glad this exposed that you're running off Amazon servers. Also, glad I'm still under return window because these cameras are going back for a closed circuit system with fail-safes. Completely unacceptable. Amazon is the richest company on earth and this server is still down? Smfh

  @ring I understand the problem is with Amazon's cloud and not directly with Ring. What I don't like is the suggestion that the problem has to do with my internet connection. Please provide a concrete update. Many thanks.

  @ring I think it’s about time you allowed local control of all devices in smart home appliances like home assistant so we can bypass the cloud when it goes down. This outage is a joke
