@ring Hi there. I am having a problem with my stick up cam. It doesn't update the thumbnail in the app like my other 5 cameras do. It takes more than 10 minutes to update and has issues with detection. Can you all help with this?

@ring Cellular sampling. Fully thought upgrading to a higher plan would get credit for the lower plan and it did not. Phone support did not help but barely able to hear her. Do I simply cancel the basic?

@ring is there any way to update my phone number? I’ve been logged into the app forever on my phone & my number changed in January. I can’t login to the website to update because it’s asking for second party verification or whatever. So I updated my password but it logged me out.

Hi @ring we have a Video Doorbell 2nd Gen. A few weeks ago the battery needed charging which we did, a full charge lasted a few days, we recharged, the same thing happened. We purchased a brand new Ring battery, charged it and the same thing happened. Can you help please? Thanks

As a follow-up, @ring advised me to restart my phone to update the app. Since doing that, it’s appeared to have worked. Unfortunate that that is a fix, though. It should have always worked.
