  @ring I can't get on to my account on my laptop. When I click on the login tab all I get is a message "not acceptable". Please advise. Also the contact phone number (UK) is not recognised when I tried to phone you.

  Imagine going into your post office and asking why they claim they delivered a package to your door when they didn’t, thanks @ring Than asking how your usps became an Amazon delivery of a 25lb box when it’s suppose to be an envelope of a card. Having the post master lady yell at you for asking that question and walk off. Thats what I just dealt with. I went out the door screaming profanities happily. @USPSHelp just like any government ran thing, is a pile of dog ****.

  @ring Just spent over an hour resolving what should not been an issue. First @ring system said I had no plan. I checked and I was billed in March 2026 for annual charge. Could not resolve on app or chat. Called @ring and spent about an hour on the phone. 1st told go to contact my bank.

  Hey @ring Your solution dorsn’t work anymore for reconnecting an existing account on an iphone with the very last patch - and your latest version. And the additional problem is that if we try to declare a bug, we only get AI generated bullshit without capability to warn you…

  @ring my floodlight camera plus died and I’ve been waiting for a replacement under warranty for 2 weeks.Your support told me today that they are out of stock and don’t have a date on when they will be available.This is bad,I don’t have security on my patio. Ring must resolve this

  I'm pretty sure someone at @Ring is telling people what's going on with my camera footage or some other ****. Sure seems like it. Maybe get a different company. Nobody knows certain **** about my cams but me, but the neighbors sure seem to.

  @ring Why did you sell footage from my doorbell to @progressive insurance so they could show my neighbors they have prior damage to a vehicle? Ring is trash and I’m getting rid of today.
