Nanabozho (@SaltyRiverWater) segnalatiMan, @USPS has a serious problem. I mailed a sealed box of cards back in April. Box was never scanned so I opened up a Missing Mail Search. Yesterday, after 6 weeks, I get a notification that it was delivered. Reached out to the buyer and let him know. Buyer provided @ring video showing that no delivery was made. @USPS where did this package end up?

This page opens whenever I click to upgrade and it’s a dead page with info about the plan… and says “plans can’t be managed in the ring app” and there’s nowhere to click!! Madness.

HeIsRightAgain𝕏 (@HeIsRightAgainX) segnalatiThere is nothing more insufferable than ordering @ring products, having the shipment arrive without the key component, calling customer service (apparently in SE Asia)...encountering an accent so thick it's not understandable (and I've traveled to SE Asia frequently on business), and trying to resolve the issue, being told the phone number on your profile is not in their system, and the phone number on your order (same number) is not in their system, but that the order number IS, but that is still not sufficiently identifiable. Thank God I recorded the call.

Dan Spack (@DanieltheLion1) segnalati@ring Though the signal strength is still poor, it seems the Spotlight Cam is not discounting from the WiFi as much as before the extender was installed. It was explained to me previously that was a primary issue for the fast battery drain. I’ll send a DM. Thanks.

The other issue I have this with this cam is that sometimes it takes a long time to open Live View. This problem doesn't occur with my Outdoor Cam Plus. Always connected, fast Live View

I checked and I was billed in March 2026 for annual charge. Could not resolve on app or chat. Called @ring and spent about an hour on the phone. 1st told go to contact my bank.
