  @ring Hi @ring as you can see in the video I have tried multiple outlets. Also I tried to charge another battery for the older camera which was defective and even that was charging. problem seems to be in the refurbished unit which was sent to me.

  @ring I've tried that. Told that accounting will not issue a refund and the purchase date is what matters, despite the fact the unit was defective and replacement is defective and this issue was raised on Jan 16.

  @TaimonT717 @ring So stressful. Nothing worked, app or panel. We finally opened the door thinking maybe it was fully offline—but NO! And then WHILE the (LOUD!!!!!) alarm was going off, we got an automated call from Ring with a long message, call back number & confirmation code to provide. 😭
