  @ring You need to provide updates with an outage this long. E-mail, app notification, banner on your website... something. Security systems cannot afford to be down.

  @jhellyer312 @ring I believe this is a very large outage. No ring app, no account login, phone number does not work and chat is down. I see a lawsuit coming on.
