When will @ring @ring_uk be set to notify a user when a camera goes offline? Not in app, but with a notification. Builder unplugged camera while stealing items, but I was unaware. Same goes for a camera that was covered up - surely Ring should recognise tampering and notify us?

Hey @ring have you ever heard of Arlo? Can you please help me out? Their batteries stopped working in 3 days instead of 365 and they won’t help. Wish I could tweet Costco and shouldn’t have gone for the bargain brand. Thank you.

@kmcooley @ring Deja Vu on their pushing you to DM. That's how I started. DM - case opened - email with them blaming my equipment. Even calls couldn't fix their problems and they ignored that everything else worked. So when I tweeted to warn others, they asked me to DM to help me. 🤔😠

Since I've bought an @ring, I caught an @amazon driver just throwing a package onto my steps like a piece of garbage. Luckily it was very small and the glass vile didn't break. I also watched a neighbor bring his 100lb dog all the way onto my property to piss on my house.

@ring Spotlight camera, placed literally only 18ft from a Chime Pro, separated only by a single wooden door. Signal strength? -79 RSSI Whoever designs the antennas for your devices should go back to school; they're *terrible*

@PlainsBelle02 @YNB @ring True, true, that's a problem here too. When you're not home they sometimes will try to deliver it again a day later, drop it off at the neighbours or a pick up point. I understand it's more convenient for both the delivery company and the recipient, I just find it too dangerous.
