    @ring . I just wasted 1 hour of my time on the phone just to be told that Ring is aware the rich notification don’t work and in 3-4 working days I should get an update. It’s been down for a few days already. So I ask. why not alert the customers to save us time in calling in.

    @ring I set up A19 bulbs in my house and connected them to my Amazon Alexa - but every time I ask Alexa to turn them on they turn back off again after a minute. I can’t find any answers online, can you help?

    @ring Apparently, my issue is common, but the chat responder has me waiting for over 20 minutes and counting while he waits for someone to give him a response to help resolve my issue. Let’s speed it up!

    @ring ring decides where you live no matter what your ZIP code is ring decides to just lock up and not have any input to anything and ring will blow your phone up for nothing but when it matters just shuts down

    @ring Any plans to offer more via @IFTTT? Pretty poor there's only the doorbell in there. Why no cameras or alarms? What I really want to do is know if my back doors are open and it's going to rain. I have alarm + contact sensors.

    @ring tried posting a security issue 5 times and keeps getting rejected. What the hell is wrong with this company? The first time I need them and they fail? Time for a better system. Been on phone with tech support for 30 minutes. Is this a joke?

    @ring the rich notifications stoped showing up. Reinstalled still not working so went to your support page tell me to go under device settings rich notifications is gone. we pay for the monitor & was working a few days ago, any fix or is this a issue you are working to fix thanks
