    @ring trying to set up my new light bridge. My light bridge can’t connect to my wifi. Get all the way to the point where the bridge is trying to connect to the wifi but it fails. Is this an issue with your servers?

    @ring @martinw2000 Poor communication indeed , it took them most of the yesterday before actually acknowledging there was a problem.....I uninstalled ours for absolutly nothing!! Their alarm system was down also, they really should compensate the clients

    @TheEvanGodwin @ring Man do i feel you, i uninstalled ours for absolutely nothing and the alarm system at our daughter’s has been down for almost 20 hours! People should get a credit on their subscription

    @shaniat89456347 @TheEvanGodwin @ring the twitter team yesterday told us to call.......except it was impossible to reach anyone👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 some were more lucky and got actual help, this is a crappy experience. Their alarm system also went dead!

    @ring I work in IT so I understand that things sometimes go wrong. But your handling of this outage is utterly appalling. No communication, no updates. Come on, it’s been over 24 hours and we pay for this
