  @ring Why customer effected locally it should work, it mean Ring as the control to monitor as well, if recording cloud issue , we should be able monitor locally connected internet .

  @beth_tonnerxo @ring Yep - Amazon have had an outage. Ring runs on Amazon server infrastructure. Been down for quite a while.
