killians.magical.life (@KilliM222) segnalati@ring it's ridiculous that with the neighborhood feature you can't ask neighbors to keep music down because it goes against guideline. What guidelines? I think that's a very respectful thing to ask. Ridiculous.

Ian Fritzsche (@TheAngryCaptain) segnalatiHey @ring, if you don’t stop asking me if I “want to join Search Party” soon, you’re going to have to form a Search Party to locate my cameras in the trash.

Gordon **** (@FirstAuntyJebus) segnalati@LindyQ2222 @ring And also a gun. Imagine only having a shovel to defend yourself with when he breaks down your door and walks right in... because that's exactly what happened next to the home owner.

Big_Ticket (@Big_Ticket) segnalati@ring Then I was told I had not paid. Sent screenshot (don't know why @ring couldn't see I paid?) showing I paid. Then I was told I didn't have the plan showing on the @ring payment history. Then I had to hold multiple times for CS to talk to a supervisor. All seems to boil down to...

Helen D (@Helen_D_Snow) segnalati@amazon @ring I am writing to request assistance with a long-standing technical issue affecting my Amazon account. For several months (possibly close to a year), I have been completely unable to use the Customer Service Chat feature. Every time I attempt to start a chat, I receive the following error message: “Sorry, it looks like we hit a snag. Please select Try chat again. If you see this message again, you can try another help option.” This problem occurs consistently: On every order, not just a specific one. In the Amazon mobile app. Repeatedly over many months. Selecting “Try chat again” never resolves the issue. Because this has persisted for such a long time, I believe it may be related to my account or a backend technical issue rather than a temporary system error. The inability to use Customer Service Chat has made it very difficult for me to contact Amazon whenever I need assistance. I would greatly appreciate it if your technical team could investigate my account and restore my access to the Chat service. I have already contacted Customer Service multiple times regarding this issue. Unfortunately, the problem has never been resolved, so I am reaching out to your Executive Customer Relations team in the hope that it can be investigated by the appropriate technical team. If any additional information, screenshots, or account details are needed, I would be happy to provide them. Thank you very much for your time and assistance. I have always appreciated Amazon’s customer service and hope this issue can be resolved. Attached is a screenshot of the error message for your reference.

logan (@logosteel) segnalatiHey @ring ! On the old doorbell 2, it seems the UV screen has cracked and fallen off. Photos and videos are serviceable, but bad. Any support on this issue?
-
𝓐𝓵𝓲 (@aliezad) segnalati@ring on my apple watch, the alerts usually include a snapshot from the ring cam. But randomly, there would be no picture and just the text about someone being at front door. I have been noticing this more since last couple of months. Can you look into this and fix in a future update?
