  @ring I was able to figure out the meaning of the signal strength. What’s still bothering me is why the signal strength on my Spotlight camera is still showing as Poor when I installed a WiFi modem extender close to the device.

  Dealing with two camera companies, @ReolinkTech and @ring . While Reolink respond every 48hrs, no visible solution..Just steps that won't work Ring got on it, escalated right there and then and fix while on a call, even sent two replacement parts.

  @ring Though the signal strength is still poor, it seems the Spotlight Cam is not discounting from the WiFi as much as before the extender was installed. It was explained to me previously that was a primary issue for the fast battery drain. I’ll send a DM. Thanks.

  @ring I've got a gen 1 doorbell and noticed it going offline recently. When I inspected it, it looks like some of the terminals are scratched and aren't making a good connection anymore. Is there any timeline for the spare parts kit coming back in stock or am I doomed to upgrade?

  @ring Why are snapshots from all cams fuzzy, blurry? And no it is not a connection strength issue, and cams are plugged in.

  @ring Oh I’m sorry. You need to fix it on your side. Mine is perfect on this side. Hard wired is great for that. Any more excuses? You have messed with settings also. I took pets off my settings and now they are back on there. How dare you! So many things wrong with #ring not again.😩
