    @ring Given that a bunch of features are missing from lower tier Ring Protect subscriptions, you guys really need to allow for testing at those low tier levels. Currently, you *cannot* configure a brand new system to operate at a level below Protect Pro for 30 days... Please fix.

    Car got broken into last night and ofc my @ring security camera somehow magically didn't pick anything up between 8pm and 7am, not a single notification or anything. Most useless and expensive security device ever created. Do not buy. If you have it, get rid of it.

    @ring Do not buy Ring Cameras. I have a defective solar panel. I have waited a month for replacement. Promised by 2/14. Now being told it will take longer. Will not refund so I can get from Amazon stock or credit service. Camera down and security risk. Suggest do not buy ring.

    Ok @ring. Can you tell me why your customer service rep just dropped out of our live chat session? We spent almost an hour on chat, and being of no help, she just ended our conversation, and nothing was solved. #unprofessional #nottheonlysecuritycamera #helpacustomerout

    @ring Unfortunately the customer support agent had no additional information for the delay in processing the order nor did he give me any option to escalate this issue
