    @ring "interruption" is not something that goes on for this many hours. thank you for the link but it now states "degraded Performance" which is still an outage for us we have no service

    Dear @ring The app is down today and I'm not home, really needed to access my camera today. This is no ok! I hope it's still recording any motion. If the people coming in my apt steals anything that's on you guys!

    @ring "You're aware of the service 'interruption' (OUTAGE all day) -- but what are you doing to get our security cams back online? This is putting all owner's homes and their personal safety at-risk! #RING should have system redundancies and a fail-safe backup in place for this!

    @jhoustonphoto1 @ring They do but honestly it isn't Rings fault, Amazon services are down across the board including funnily enough some Disney services run on the Amazon Web Service.

    Now it thinks neither camera has batteries in them. I even rebooted the devices. Getting really tired of this garbage @ring
