    @ring is your service out? Can’t set my alarm. Because of your stupid two step system, we can’t even log in to try to fix it! Send the damn verification code through email like everyone else in the world does! Who has access to their previous device? Really??!!

    @justice4all77 @ring It did seem weird to me that the issue was local to my camera, if the camera wasn't going live, why could I see what was just on it moments ago

    Had a bad long-haul #COVID day yesterday; forgot about my Amazon delivery. When I realized it sat outside all day, I ran to the front door and felt really lucky my package was still there. I loved not having stress over it because I know my @Ring video would have caught a thief.

    @ring hi. One of my outdoor cameras is acting weird. It says it's offline, and I can't click to view it live, but I can see the video it just recorded seconds ago. I reset it and it came back online but now it's offline again. Any ideas?

    @smartthings @ring I am still having these problems and despite being escalated, no one has replied for 7 days, does support still exist? I first reported this issue in March, still no help.

    @ring My doorbell audio was broken so I contacted customer support After following their steps it’s now completely unresponsive and I was told there’s nothing they can do

    Getting ******* fed up with @Amazon surreptitiously listening to conversations and seeing the evidence when I use the app. I will delete their app from all of our devices today. I already took down my @ring cameras and already don't use #alexa. $AMZN #primethen #amazonzero
