I've got years of cat videos and random cars going up and down my street, and yet the one time I NEED these videos they're not there!!!

The other issue I have this with this cam is that sometimes it takes a long time to open Live View. This problem doesn't occur with my Outdoor Cam Plus. Always connected, fast Live View

We can go live no problem and it does record when it wants to, but the last 2 days there's chunks of videos, hours! Missing. No settings have been changed and our Internet connection has been stable
