    @ring Help! I am rapidly losing the will to live with Rings’ support chatbot and helpline! I’ve moved house and wish to cancel my subscription- it won’t allow me to sign in on the app and the support line just tells me to sign in on the app! Could someone pls help!

    @ring I have a battery Doorbell Plus that doesn't work for crap. Deliveries? Didn't see a thing. USPS? Nope. Meter Reader? Oh, please. Cat on the porch, in the middle of the night? I got it! Stick Up Cam (Gen3), just about as bad unless you want to see people walking away.

    @ring I’m trying to get an update on a pre-order placed in Jan for a KIDDE Smart Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Alarm that was supposed to ship 2/25. I’ve called in and tried the chat option and am getting nowhere. Can you please help? This was not cheap! I’d like the order shipped.

    @AmazonHelp Gracias por la respuesta @AmazonAlexa pero este problema está pasando en general, no solo a mi, hay mucha gente reportando eso, yo ya seguí esos pasos y sigue igual. No es problema solo con mi dispositivo. Es problema con la skill de @ring

    @ring Not trying to jump the gun but it's funny how those employees had such good access, and then my neighbors just happen to know all the blind spots in my cameras and ****. Just makes you wonder. Idk. Maybe there's some other way they can tell **** like that.

    @ring I’ve tried reading help articles but my doorbell is at 2%. I changed the motion settings and did the zones again. Will it go up on its own or do I need to manually charge it at this point and if so how do I do that?

    Day 15 of asking .@ring to address the iOS widget issue and despite all the promises NOTHING has been done. They just don’t care, do they!

    @ring customer service is terrible. Bought a new device only for it to stop working under less than a year. They send a refurbished one that stops working and the best they can do is advise us to purchase a new one and offer us “25% off” #trash

    I'm pretty sure someone at @Ring is telling people what's going on with my camera footage or some other ****. Sure seems like it. Maybe get a different company. Nobody knows certain **** about my cams but me, but the neighbors sure seem to.

    @ring We installed and paid for a doorbell for my mother in law. She passed away 3 years ago. We kept it in the house until it was sold last year. She is gone. The house is gone. The doorbell is gone. We have tried over and over to stop the recurring charge but you won’t help us. We can’t get an email on her account that no longer exists. How can you help me?
