  Hi @ring you have had a system outage for some time now - can you provide at least an update on when it’s going to be resolved because I just got a response hours ago saying yes you are aware which isn’t helpful!!

  @ring @gibber_16 Your team isn't investigating jack ****. There is an outage at AWS, which Ring clearly uses for it service, so you're stuck waiting like everyone else.
