  @IGClientHelp I am constantly ignored by your compliance team, your incompetent helpdesk delayed in helping me. and now they are blaming me for something i was not even aware of. i need urgent help. IG is one of the biggest platforms SHAME OF IG FOR THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  @IGcom - The alerts pop ups on the desktop version are terrible n never stop even once closed, (thus preventing new windows being opened)-really annoying, pls fix this

  Anyone having problems buying/selling $HYMC right now? @IGClientHelp are telling me there's a power cut at one of the brokers. I don't see anyone else mentioning it so I want to know if its BS.

  @IGClientHelp Also worthy mentioning: first time ever that I get a written letter both nice and informative like the one I just got, and also surprised since my deposits at IG were rather minor, nowhere near e.g. my Swiss FX/MCA Account (FINMA regulated but really awful support)...

  @IGClientHelp Thanks. Also as of today, the platform is lagging on prices (1-2 secs - I have 2 accounts so can verify one from the other) and more imp the positions are out of date - they don't update, needs refresh every time. This happened before last year, can your team please fix asap. thx

  @IGcom I have just been a victim of your poor customer service and IG app failure. reported this to your compliance team and they managed to find an excuse not to compensate for their debacle. I want an urgent inquiry by someone who knows customer service and has common sense.

  @RhysHughes2 @cricvizanalyst @IGcom Won't lie I've not been watching, been working had assumed that it was another flat deck. Just turned it on to see Overton get castled. But, if its moving about you still shouldn't be playing 32% of false shots, you either hunker down or take the fight as it were to the bowler.

  @IGClientHelp IG app crashed so I contacted IG chat to fund my account, I was told she cannot help, later she called still incompetent wasted my 26 minutes. my account was in liquidity. IG is not accepting their debacle customer service. this is shameful and embarrassing,FIX-IT

  @kit60992185 I liked IG for a while & they pissed me off by increasing spreads for #DAX40 without any notice or warning. I am looking to move my account and my research continues on where to move. @IGcom. Since it is bad behavior, I do not recommend you use them.
