2/ @IGClientHelp a platform can not handle high volume of traffic is not safe and it is possibly down again if there is higher volume again and people won’t able to trade and it will cause loss for someone.

1/ @IGClientHelp when I can trade gamestop? Can you give me a clearer reason why you banned trading? Is that really because of technical issue as #JuneFelix’s email? Now, #GME has low volume of trading . Can I trade?

@IGClientHelp after 2 months trying to transfer my accounts, 1 account sorted after 6 weeks. 2nd account still in limbo with missing shares. On hold daily for 1 hour+ and get busied out. How do customers contact you?? Even a complaint letter 3 weeks ago with no result.
