@InvestorMidlife @jon_audis Lucky you, @IGcom still yet to sort out the #POLB in specie allocation. I've had in-specie before I remember being bang on the date with no issues... is this an #ORPH fudge up? Was I just lucky last time!?

@IGClientHelp Therefore, whilst I do maintain my strong suggestion that IG try and improve its online support together with MT4's spreads for those wishing to trade on MT4 instead of IG's online platform, I commend IG's resolution of the issue at hand and fully withdraw my previous complaint.

@IGClientHelp Well, I'd done that already - and in spite of what had been unsatisfactory support (both by lack of answer to my emails and, as shown in the screenshot, finding myself being suddenly ignored with chat support ending it abruptly before I could even finish typing)...

@IGClientHelp Also worthy mentioning: first time ever that I get a written letter both nice and informative like the one I just got, and also surprised since my deposits at IG were rather minor, nowhere near e.g. my Swiss FX/MCA Account (FINMA regulated but really awful support)...

@IGClientHelp, @FT @FXFinanceFeeds Just want to voice my frustration with IG on their complete lack of coordinated customer service, support and indifference to issues. You are refusing to close trades with a guaranteed close option via your APIs. This is plain wrong!

I haven't seen this kind of a bad experience son far in finance industry. It has been more than 3 weeks can not withdraw money from your system, there is no clear instruction and responsible for cases, how you can claim that you are a leader of FX !!! @IGClientHelp
