  @IGcom You say its about the service for your existing customers but as an existing customer you have prevented me from buying when the price has dipped to lower my average cost. It feels more like you are preventing people buying for other reasons.

  @IGClientHelp Hello ***********. When are you going to get off the payroll given by Melvin and actually look after your customers? I want an in depth reason as to why we can't buy $AMC and $GME. Don't even go there with "merrrgh volatile" your moms volatile down the motel

  @IGcom @SmoothskinJim "prioritise the service", "not allowing"... there are a problem, the only service clients want is execution orders, thats all... Thts sound weird... (unless "our existing clients" means hedge funds/corpos and short sellers, like this I understand the message)

  @IGClientHelp My account was set to inactive and I been unable to access it,sent a couple emails but getting nowhere to recovering my account. I've been using the demo account and applied for live account, but due to recent server stress it didn't go through and the account was locked, help me

  @IGClientHelp @malinda63998104 I have the exact same issue. Whenever I login my account it says I have been locked. Upon resetting my password and logging back in, I am still somehow locked. Please could you provide help with this. I have yet to receive any response to my email on Sunday 30th.
