    @IGClientHelp Have been calling since 3 days. No one picks up the phone. No information on what time the helpdesk phone line will be open. Have emailed twice to file the complaint. No response yet. Are you for real?

    @IGClientHelp 1/2 Remedy does not involve giving your clients the cold shoulder when you're in the wrong. You have had more than sufficient time to properly & adequately address the issue but instead, your silence & inaction over the matter is worse than your original mistake! #forextrading

    @IGClientHelp Please action my request via HX3NV to re-establish closed positions. You can’t close positions on accounts w/o permission w website failing to accept deposits and phone lines down. Giving an hour from margin call to clear without any means to deposit is ludicrous.
