    @djp4976 @IGcom There customer service is zero, call centre staff giving out wrong information. Philippines and Eastern Europe call centres useless. Their IT infrastructure is 3rd world & needs upgrading, but they spend 000's millions on new acquisitions to the detriment of the platform.

    @IGcom how do I get to speak to a human to resolve an issue? I’m trapped in AI chatbot hell where it keeps telling me to do something that doesn’t work, over and over again
