  @IGClientHelp It’s just unacceptable, 1hour 27minutes to get someone to answer the phone. This is one of the reasons I switched to another broker,the service levels are terrible. My query was sorted. I suggest that IG just hire more people to answer the phones it’s not fair on the ones working

  @IGClientHelp I have an order stuck on your system that can not be deleted and my money has been stuck with you for two weeks now. I called your help desk and was told they couldn’t delete it and would raise it with IT. Still the order is there and has not or can not be deleted.

  @IGClientHelp Hi, I am having problems logging into my account, when I out in my username and password it flashes my screen with a "something went wrong message". I have reset my password and it still did not fix the issue
