    @IGcom I’ve been on hold for almost 2 hours. Is your customer service phone line open today or not? On google it says 24/7 today, on the app it says it is outside normal working hours Please clarify

    @IGcom what has happened to your customer service?? I have been trying to connect with someone via WhatsApp, phone and email and haven’t got a response…!!! This is becoming unacceptable and is enough to make me reconsider my account.

    @Woodywudpeck @IGcom IG should send the request to the II within 2 or 3 days. After that it’s down to ii how quickly they process the request. By law, I believe ii have 15 working days to process it if it’s a cash-only transfer, otherwise they have up to 30 calendar days.

    @PAFCRyan @englandcricket @IGcom A few hours lost to bad weather…all that did was prolong India’s misery and allow me to grab a couple of beers and a sandwich to enjoy whilst revelling in victory. Test cricket is about the away side adapting to conditions they’re not used to. India will need to overcome
