  @Victoria8300 @IGClientHelp Yes the scans are basically what is keeping me for now. I've never experienced so much hot air as I have from IG. Both those charts have now started working so their difficult fix cant be too hard. @IGClientHelp just seem to be doing nothing. Terrible Support.

  @IGClientHelp I am in Kenya. For the last one week I have been trying to open an account with you guys but I am kept waiting for so long. I uploaded needed documents but my account verification status is still 'pending'. Can I be helped with the issue please.

  @IGcom @HathornSabin The problem with @IGSouthAfrica and their helpdesk is that you get a automatic reply but nobody actually resolve the problem!!!

  @scoot3r83 @IGClientHelp I left IG 2 months ago and went to trading view because of this issue. The customer support is basically non existent, so frustrating! It's a shame because the scans you can code on prt are awesome. I hope you have some luck getting it fixed soon!

  @saint1966 @IGClientHelp @ProRealTime Insert generic ‘we are working on the issue’ statement here. Just don’t put a date on it and it can be drawn out for months like the data issue.

  @IGcom @IGcom You know exactly who I am as my full name was on the review. Your reply was dishonest. You froze my funds and I phoned in every day to try resolve. You made it extremely hard to withdraw my funds. Other regulated companies would have found a solution

  @Priyanshgaur8 @IGClientHelp I couldn’t log in to my account, I have changed my mobile phone number when I try to log in to the app with my old registered phone number with my original passcode I get an error message. Till I reached out to Al_unitech on Insta and they assisted me in getting my account.
