  @IGClientHelp useless help on online chat and via phone. On hold for over hour then call gets dropped. People promise to email but never hear from them again. Once all funds are cleared and you finally give me shares will leave. Disgusting

  @IGClientHelp Your volume indicators are broken and have been for a while - they don’t update unless you refresh the page. Any visibility on this? Given the lack of reply the last time I tweeted, I’m not holding my breath though…

  @IGcom still waiting for an email response from your transfers department regarding my ISA transfer. It it was a problem your end so expecting it to be sorted asap. Can't get hold of anyone in your transfers department, I was told to call 020 7633 5569, is this right?

  @IGClientHelp - blank charts this morning after placing orders pre market opening. Charts stayed blank for first 30 minutes of trading. Trading completely blind! Tried logging in and out via browser, had no effect. I have seen others reporting similar issues. Screenshots sent.

  @dontdelay @IGcom I just assumed it was only covered by £85k fscs. So its a lot to loose over that if all goes bad and something has happened to nominee account. Hence why my sipp is with one provider isa with another and trading account with someone else.
