    @djp4976 @IGcom There customer service is zero, call centre staff giving out wrong information. Philippines and Eastern Europe call centres useless. Their IT infrastructure is 3rd world & needs upgrading, but they spend 000's millions on new acquisitions to the detriment of the platform.

    @IGcom I’ve been on hold for almost 2 hours. Is your customer service phone line open today or not? On google it says 24/7 today, on the app it says it is outside normal working hours Please clarify
