  @IGClientHelp Hi I am facing some serious problem, I have open account on IG and deposit some money now I am being threatened by some people on Whatsapp number and forcing me to deposit more money otherwise they will seal my account and case against me. I am from India.

  @IamDomonique__ @IGClientHelp I had the same issue ..I never taught of getting my account back …massive appreciation to @calderon_09 on TWITTER .. for recovering my ..suspended ..locked.. hacked or banned .. disabled account you should check them out too...

  @IGClientHelp @IGcom this needs fixing ASAP you have locked out a big portion of IG clients who cant trade - you should provide an ETA if possible once you know the issue

  @IGClientHelp I have called Sky. They said it's not their issue. They are not going to do anything. You have to fix this. Can't open or close trades. Mobile data not an option as its too much data. Please update here.

  @IGcom @Belcourtoi Still playing up! Cost me on a day trade buggers. Placed trade on iPhone, didn’t show up in trades on iPhone - logged onto Mac and down $300. Still not showing on iPhone. Sort it out @IGClientHelp

  @IamDomonique__ @IGClientHelp Sorry for the experience, It’s amazingly frustrating my account was hacked, Appeal never work, I got no response from support, not until someone referred to #support_services129 on Instagram who assist me to recover my account back..
