  @IGClientHelp Hi, i have trouble with the platform, since i opened the live account and set it up on MT4, don’t let me open a trade, in the chart don’t appear the option to open/close trades. Everything is in blank Desktop and Mbile App both the same. Anyone can help??

  @GaryNTrader @Hermes3456 @IGcom They can’t booked unused vouchers as revenue in accounts. So won’t be bad if bookings are paid with vouchers but less CF though. I myself got one to use from last year

  @IGClientHelp No. It's not something unique to me. It applies to all of your clients with long-dated spreadbets on the list of stocks for which positions will be closed on March 29. IG needs to publish its policy for resolving this problem. It's not rocket science.
