    It took 2 whole hours to my broker @IGcom to open trading today ! Market has been open for 2 hours but I wasn't able to trade... really poor service.

    @IGcom I have lost literally thousands of pounds through IG being an absolutely terrible platform - refusing to put trades on claiming ‘price no longer valid’. Your business is a disgrace and a shambles

    @IGClientHelp Terrible service recently. 2nd time in 2 days and happening more and more often. No one answering the phones and a live chat that no one responds to. What goodwill gesture will you offer to stop me going elsewhere because I'm out of pocket over the last 2 days?

    @maneco1964 @krazouki @IGcom They even liquidated a position I had in Oil by system 'accident'... during the meltdown. Heard a hell of a lot of excuses from their customer services... thank God the only one I didn't hear was that I had not enough margin money...

    @IGClientHelp Could use web access, live chat timed-out, phone line would not connect, app would not connect. What kind of a half arsed service is this?

    @IGcom Thanks for the short notice with regards to the margin rate😖after going through this problem with @Trading212 your customer service team told me that if this happens on are Platform we will give you significant amount of time. Not sure 3 hours and 15 mins is good enough
