  @IGClientHelp Getting silly now my post arrived last Wednesday and transfer process not started. I was told yesterday nobody had been to the post room for days but would go now. Common this is not good service so far.

  @cperkin99 @LondonSouthEast If you compare LSE's poor performance, with IG's direct anti-client behaviors, gives you something to look at. One doesn't server investors so well, the other acts directly contrary to the interests of investors (their clients). @IGClientHelp Could not deal with IG again, ever.

  @IGClientHelp I have emailed already and I was told IT is aware and to wait for a fix. It seems the platform doesnt like GTC orders and I need to cancel them and put a new one in or the platform breaks.

  @IGClientHelp Hi, I reached out to helpdesk with some MT4 issues a while back but only some got resolved and no response on the rest. My acct has an issue where partial close tickets are being generated with the open time the same as the close time. They should have the open time

  @IGClientHelp What is the point of having an online platform if I need to call and request a stock? This was the first day of trading on the ASX after IPO. Thought it might just be in the list along with all other stocks. Similar issue the previous day with Delorean.
