  @TheMoneySponge @IGcom US stocks have always been fine for orders, it’s always been poor U.K. side, especially the smaller more illiquid companies, even if stock is there and you place your order below that level it never seems to fill, I would have hoped if they at removing request for quote that orders would improve but after speaking to a few not sure it will. What’s the point having a trading account with @IGcom if you can’t trade through the platform, more like a holdco than anything else. Anyway, I’ll see how bad it is next week when migrated and go from there

  @IGcom I have been struggling since friday to create a live account (7x), response from IG all 7x, "sorry we are having technical issues". I sent an email twice to accountopening but no reply as yet. Can someone help please?

  @CasinoCapital @IGClientHelp @Trading212 Also use IBKR for normal account. AG bell has good access to most uk micro caps and most fees low but FX is a problem. Maybe split UK and non uk to two accounts?

  @LBC @IGClientHelp if the ig app and website doesn’t work and there is no help (20 minutes on the phone, WhatsApp), what do customers do? This happens os often. What happens if there is margin call? Is there any regulator looking at these provides or are they above the law?

  @IGcom what has happened to your customer service?? I have been trying to connect with someone via WhatsApp, phone and email and haven’t got a response…!!! This is becoming unacceptable and is enough to make me reconsider my account.
