    @IGClientHelp Your AI Bot chat is worthless, and consistently gives incorrect information. Some of your API documentation is out-of-date, and it seems impossible to speak to an actual human on a phone call. How are we supposed to get any support?

    @IGcom Client Services help desk referred the matter to backend team to investigate & resolve, still awaiting. I may be a very small fish but am a potential customer; very disappointed with your service.

    @IGcom @Therichardralph @IBKR Says the company whose platform is down at a crucial time of day as market opens in US. I would suggest looking at ii - they are a quality operation unlike IG. IG will just disappoint.

    @IGcom @IGSquawk IG is not handling my isa transfer in request well. AI based help centre or WhatsApp doesn’t help. On the phone for 15 minutes to hear the same message. Very disappointing service. can you help please
