    @IGcom what has happened to your customer service?? I have been trying to connect with someone via WhatsApp, phone and email and haven’t got a response…!!! This is becoming unacceptable and is enough to make me reconsider my account.

    @igcom @igclienthelp Been waiting for 2 hours on your WhatsApp ‘service’ + live chat with no response. Simple requests go through convoluted processes; I was promised a 3hr turnaround on a ‘ card verification’ that is still pending over 24hrs later? Shocking customer service!

    @IGClientHelp I’ve been trying since 6 Aug to get answers on MT5 position limits and split-order pricing. I was referred to Customer Experience, but have had no substantive response; today’s WhatsApp query has sat unread since 07:25. Can someone please pick this up?
