  @IGcom worst ever customer service. On hold for over an hour and then get cut off. Waiting for my shares over 2 weeks still nothing. How do you operate

  @IGClientHelp - blank charts this morning after placing orders pre market opening. Charts stayed blank for first 30 minutes of trading. Trading completely blind! Tried logging in and out via browser, had no effect. I have seen others reporting similar issues. Screenshots sent.

  @cperkin99 @LondonSouthEast If you compare LSE's poor performance, with IG's direct anti-client behaviors, gives you something to look at. One doesn't server investors so well, the other acts directly contrary to the interests of investors (their clients). @IGClientHelp Could not deal with IG again, ever.

  @IGClientHelp I have been trying to get hold of you guys to finalise a rights issue order but have been on hold for an hour. The live chat has been unanswered too. We are told to call but we can't if we're not answered.

  @IGClientHelp need you help with Forex for GBP/USD - chart is not updating properly since last Thursday - very slow and candle movement even on 10min chart is not consistent. Orders do not transition to Positions.

  @IGcom Up initially. Potentially up to $600 but when the hype dies down should come back down to earth (100$-$200). When the bull run finishes, the price could fall even more. Good company long term though.

  @IGClientHelp What is the point of having an online platform if I need to call and request a stock? This was the first day of trading on the ASX after IPO. Thought it might just be in the list along with all other stocks. Similar issue the previous day with Delorean.

  @IGClientHelp Your volume indicators are broken and have been for a while - they don’t update unless you refresh the page. Any visibility on this? Given the lack of reply the last time I tweeted, I’m not holding my breath though…

  @IGClientHelp useless help on online chat and via phone. On hold for over hour then call gets dropped. People promise to email but never hear from them again. Once all funds are cleared and you finally give me shares will leave. Disgusting
