  @IGClientHelp When will the bug with volume not updating web platform be fixed? Volume will show when viewing a stock but doesn’t update. It’s really hard to day trade with volume. I reporting it to IG 8 weeks ago, by email, provided screenshots, followed up, but still no fix 🤨

  @chriftC @IGClientHelp I've had the same issue and was unable to close my position causing me to miss a profit and endure a huge loss instead. But according to their support team 'they aren't having any technical issues' and can't help any further. So, if their system plays up and you lose money, tough

  @IGClientHelp @IGcom Anyone thinking of joining should be know that IG 24/7 customer service means you’ll be on the phone 24/7 trying to get through to a single member of their call centre. 2 weeks just to open an account

  @IGClientHelp your system froze, didn't allow me to close a position, everything blacked out, went down, didn't let me close then either, went further down and finally closed.. but according to your staff, you are not having any technical issues and cannot help. Absolute joke
