  @chriftC @IGClientHelp I've had the same issue and was unable to close my position causing me to miss a profit and endure a huge loss instead. But according to their support team 'they aren't having any technical issues' and can't help any further. So, if their system plays up and you lose money, tough

  @IGClientHelp I have tried to deposit money into my cfd account and twice now it has said "unauthorized request, please close browser and navigate back to app" (I don't know if that's the exact message). Please help

  @IGClientHelp your system froze, didn't allow me to close a position, everything blacked out, went down, didn't let me close then either, went further down and finally closed.. but according to your staff, you are not having any technical issues and cannot help. Absolute joke

  @IGClientHelp after 2 months trying to transfer my accounts, 1 account sorted after 6 weeks. 2nd account still in limbo with missing shares. On hold daily for 1 hour+ and get busied out. How do customers contact you?? Even a complaint letter 3 weeks ago with no result.
