Mark Newton (@Mark_Newton1) segnalati@djp4976 @IGcom There customer service is zero, call centre staff giving out wrong information. Philippines and Eastern Europe call centres useless. Their IT infrastructure is 3rd world & needs upgrading, but they spend 000's millions on new acquisitions to the detriment of the platform.

Dave (@djp4976) segnalati@IGcom You’re going to lose a hell of a lot of investors from your platform shortly due to these changes coming in, looks like no more ‘Request for Quote’ orders, limit and market orders only, wouldn’t be so bad if your orders actually got filled, you’ve always been useless with those, seems like only US stocks get filled with U.K. stocks sat there being unfilled all day even when there’s plenty of stock available within that order price
