    Hi @IGcom I opened an account with you to test the quality of your services. I have deposited a considerable amount of funds and have kept the account active through various trading transactions. I have been trying for weeks to resolve a simple query regarding the status of my account and your trading terms. I have been unable to get a response via chat, email or telephone. Customer service seems non-existent, apart from an AI agent on the website to handle general enquiries. If you are reading this, please contact me privately #IG #IGMarkets

    @HLInvest systems still down. Zero ability to trade. Adds to my experience of repeated resilience issues, admin friction, delays, and inability to act when it matters. @IGcom — serious opportunity here. Why is your SIPP not execution-only? Requiring adviser sign-off to transfer is completely out of step with modern, self-directed investors. Build it properly and you’ll win a lot of business...certainly mine...be quick!

    @englandcricket @IGcom I do think not putting Jacks or Stokes at 3 is stupid. Instead you wanna chuck a 21 year old in the deep end for no reason? Pope didnt bat at 3 when he first came in & neither should Bethell.

    @ValliAkber @ii_couk @IGcom Yes it’s going live next few days. Will put the link on here and The Telegram group and reply to emails if I get from that. The App/platform I’m using is not Telegram itself and another App/Platform and the only reason I created that group is to provide information about the new subscription service as Twitter kept blocking some of my posts on here.     @IGcom morning. You have blocked my account, your help desk can give me no reason for this. I have tried 3 times to withdraw my balance to no effect, your help desk say there is no record of withdrawal application even though I have email conformation. Is there an issue?
