    @IGClientHelp @JohnMorris1982 Weird that isn’t it. Seems every type of call centre experiencing high demand. Convenient excuse? Are all home workers doing sod all apart from fixing all the issues they have stacked up? Thought of employing more people or improving your system?

    @IGClientHelp Guys, I am really disappointed with you. You write about SPACs, it takes ages (2 weeks) to get an answer whether you split. And the answer is you don't because of a heavy workload? Why do you even advertise SPACs? Are you serious about your service?

    Over 1 hour waiting for you to answer phones @IGClientHelp #FridayThoughts #fridaycomplaints this is why I want to withdraw my money, you guys are rubbish. No one should use IG to trade. Newer brokers are much better, better service, better interfaces, better analysis tools

    @IGClientHelp hi there, Ive sent two emails regarding identity verification, one over a week ago, and both have gone unanswered. Live chat this morning told me theyd raise my issue with the relevant department and promised a reply but I’ve yet to get one. I need resolution please

    @javiery84 @IGClientHelp Nothing but trouble @IGcom they will take your money. And blame it on the platform crashing. Then make you wait 8 weeks and not hear a thing.

    @IGClientHelp I've been trying to place short trades using my spread betting account, but I keep getting error messages about the stock being unborrowable. I don't understand because I'm not borrowing any stock, just trying to bet on the on price movement

    @IGClientHelp I was told to "check my dashboard". I don't know what they are talking about. I asked what they meant and just ignored me. As an existing customer this "assistance" is non-existent.

    @IGClientHelp your ID registration doesn't work. I've tried about 15 times on both Post and ID Now. Also, took time off work to go to bank branch and they won't sign. As an existing customer for 2 years this is an utter disgrace

    @IGClientHelp hi, I tried contacting your email support but clearly they are misunderstanding me. I told them I want an ISA share dealing account and they are saying I’m not suitable for leveraged trading. I don’t want a CFD account, please sort this out.
