    @IGcom @IGSquawk IG is not handling my isa transfer in request well. AI based help centre or WhatsApp doesn’t help. On the phone for 15 minutes to hear the same message. Very disappointing service. can you help please

    @OlbaumTech @IGcom @hanetf I had a different error at first, that my order failed to be placed. I bought mine using £. Perhaps try to re-log to the account, and if still happening, contact with their support team 👍

    @IGcom Step up with customer support... I have tried to reach your support for several days now. With email and with whatsapp but have got zero replys. Trying to open account... Not a very good first impression, though, as there is no customer service at all.
