    @IGClientHelp are you legally allowed to undo closed trades if you've allowed the trade to be placed and gave no prior written warning of issues or restrictions? Is that legal? #Zinc #Nickel Please link me the relevant bit in the Terms if you wouldn't mind. Thanks

    @IGClientHelp Why does Volume suddenly vanish from some indices (e.g. ASX & DAX) at 8AM AEST? Bit annoying when you have algorithms that use volume-based indicators on ProRealTime and then find the system shuts it down every day due to an error "insufficient data"!

    @englandcricket @IGcom So here we go again! Do we never learn? Crawley cannot play a straight bat consistently to a straight ball. He is simply cannon fodder to any good bowler. Lees plays down the wrong line and Root leaves a well pitched up straight one off his back foot.

    @IGcom I just opened a live account at IG UK. It seems that your service takes many days to process the new accounts. So I would like to ask how long you would take to approve new accounts? Thanks.

    @IGClientHelp IG app crashed so I contacted IG chat to fund my account, I was told she cannot help, later she called still incompetent wasted my 26 minutes. my account was in liquidity. IG is not accepting their debacle customer service. this is shameful and embarrassing,FIX-IT

    @IGcom I have just been a victim of your poor customer service and IG app failure. reported this to your compliance team and they managed to find an excuse not to compensate for their debacle. I want an urgent inquiry by someone who knows customer service and has common sense.
