  @IGcom what has happened to your customer service?? I have been trying to connect with someone via WhatsApp, phone and email and haven’t got a response…!!! This is becoming unacceptable and is enough to make me reconsider my account.

  @djp4976 @IGcom There customer service is zero, call centre staff giving out wrong information. Philippines and Eastern Europe call centres useless. Their IT infrastructure is 3rd world & needs upgrading, but they spend 000's millions on new acquisitions to the detriment of the platform.
