  @PaulyWaulie @IGcom Just to summarise. Prices suddenly stopped getting updated, the platform made it impossible to buy/sell, then locked out and not able to sign in, after 30 minutes signed in but again prices not updating.

  @skuhehe1 @NeutronMike @IGClientHelp Take screen shots… funny they let you go long but wouldn’t let me go short. Can I ask what time (U.K.) did you go long, because if there was really a tech glitch no trades would have gone through.
