  @IGClientHelp Tried to call people on help line. Waited 45 mins. No one picked up. Spoke to someone on your IB chat. Who couldn't help. I asked them to arrange for someone to call me. Said no one could help and just email generic email address. How can i speak to a real person at your company?

  @IGClientHelp Why the all-white display on the trading platform? Is this a glitch? All the menu bars and tabs are now white. It's rubbish. Again why?

  @IGClientHelp It was all resolved after a little while. Although I think it would have been nice to email your customers as it happened. In the same way that you email for news so that we know it is a general issue you are working on. Just a thought.

  Great service from @IGcom I had a problem with my account and they called me back the next day and sorted it over the phone in 2 min, more reasons to be leaving Etoro. Thanks 😎

  @IGClientHelp hi no one seems to be picking up the singapore helpline at 1pm singapore local time on a workday. Does the help desk close for lunch by any chance?

  @IGClientHelp funny that no one picked up the phone when I dialled in as an existing customer but i was attended to when I dialled in as a new customer. Great service!
