    @FinesseAk @etrade I get error messages anytime I attempt to transfer settled funds between my accounts. I’ve called customer service and their automated system stated I have over 2 hour wait time. Totally unacceptable. @etrade

    @etrade Terrible Customer Assistance. No ability to send an email or secure message or email web form. Greater than two hour wait time for phone support. Meanwhile, I am unable to get assistance on transactions in my account. Is this how @MorganStanley does business?
