I'm 99.99% sure that @etrade isn't liable for customer investment/trading losses due to Etrade issues; however, I will be contacting my lawyers this evening to see if there's anything that can be done to hold them accountable.

.@etrade is garbage this week. Trades not executing, login issues, lags. I assume the servers can’t handle the load of new users. Still better than @RobinhoodApp.

@etrade are your servers being hacked? Is my portfolio and money safe? For the past 2 weeks your service has been very subpar. I even spent 2 hours on hold and finally gave up trying to talk to someone. ARE YOU BEING HACKED!?!?!?!
