    @etrade I have been facing issues after my account transfer with the cost basis. I have been trying to reach customer service for the past 2 months with avg wait times around 60 mins and still no luck. WORST SERVICE EVER!

    @etrade As a deaf person, I asked E*Trade to please accommodate my disability by providing support through email. They refuse and told me to call their phone number. Talk about ADA Violation.

    @Etrade your crap app fake halted SPY twice this morning. The only way to tell was looking into level 2. I have screen shots of it. Cost me my exit, profit and made trade a total loss. No response from your CUSTOMER SERVICE.
