  @etrade The deterioration of @ETrade since the @MorganStanley takeover has officially hit a breaking point. Today is a total system meltdown--options data failing to load, charts broken, and the platform is completely unusable. I’m fortunate to trade on a proprietary platform that keeps me operational, but that doesn’t excuse this. Even as a secondary backup, this level of service is a slap in the face to those of us who stayed loyal through the 2008 financial crisis and decades of market shifts. What was once a reliable tool has been hollowed out by corporate arrogance and gross technical incompetence. If you’re a serious trader, this is no longer a safe or viable home for your capital. I’m officially moving all capital out and scouting a new broker for my secondary accounts. This clown show is over.

  @etrade Your site, app and customer service lines are all down right now. I have buy/sell orders that I don’t know if they’ve been filled and cannot exist. What is going on?

  @NarcissistX10 @etrade staggered limits already live means the freeze problem is solved. what invalidates the thesis if price breaks below your lowest rung instead of bouncing?

  @etrade is the worst! They’ve screwed up with my submitting a stock certificate for deposit. I’ve had to call them more than a dozen times over the past two months. And I always get the same answer: Call back in a few days. I can’t wait to close my account there.

  Our stock purchase is through @etrade but the service is awful and can't connect to anyone. Next employee pulse meeting, will bring this up to see if a different platform would be better who provides better support.
