  Setup new account @etrade today, can’t log in and have been on hold for an hour so far (90 min wait time) for help. I’d say this is not a strong start to this partnership. How do I get my $ back.

  @etrade #poorservice Your customer service sucks big time. Trying to reach customer service for 2nd day in a row. After 30 mins call still going on. If you have higher call volume increase the intake. Don't make the customer wait forever, we also have a job

  @KimBarboo @etrade I've had the same situation with my web host. Finally just switched it. I didn't bother to let him know, though, because he was too busy to help me the bajillion times I reached out. Today, I start fresh.

  Shareholders with @ETrade and @TDAmeritrade, we need your help. Please call your broker and ask them to lift the online trade restriction. It has been there long enough. We've sent a request and have yet to receive their response.

  @etrade @mona_mendoza They never answer this phone number I have never in my life had such terrible terrible service from E*TRADE I’ve been a customer for probably 15 years! I’ve been on hold today for 62 minutes I had to hang up because I had to go pick my son up and now I’ve been on the hold again

  @OCMillionaire @etrade damn idk why people are celebrating here. the endgame is to ban wallstreetbets and anything they don't like. they started with this guy. also if you fall for obvious OTC penny stocks pump and dump you deserve to lose money anyways. traders should take it as a lesson

  @etrade Why is E*Trade deciding what stocks we can trade and what not? I tried to get in $SSY when it was still down to $4.30 and got the text that you didn't allow trading of "the security" at the moment. It was not halted. I missed a $3K trade

  etrade securities @etrade Worst customer service ever. My husband James Brassard died 11/04/2020. I contacted Estates @etrade to transfer his money into my JP Morgan IRA. @etrade said I had to transfer his money into an etrade account which I did. No $$ yet! since 1/29

  @thejoestore @etrade @timothysykes You didn’t read that book well sir, the point was the turtle trader program closed down in the 1980s. And if I keep the returns up yes, that’s a big assumption given my account size now
