@DanFlanders1 @etrade @TDAmeritrade No ... it’s good today. Normally it is, but us TD people have had our bad days as well. The GME crazy drop day I got f’d on some non-GME stocks I wanted to sell and flop. Overall it’s been pretty reliable though.

@etrade thanks your complete lack of customer service and crap UI I am out $26. You restrict my account, but cannot close it. You allow funds to be deposited, which automatically CANNOT be withdrawn. Don't you see the issue here? Complete negligence and incompetence.

@etrade HELLO SCAM!!! I've been on the line for 30 mins calling from international!!! You restricted my account and says call your Support!!! Is this how Your company making profit?! Your support is a Big SCAM and last time some of my money was not accounted and missing!

@etrade Your International Call support service is like a criminal activity! Customers need to spend 1 hr on the line waiting to be assist and nothing but only financial cost!!! i also save proof ur support chat about my missing money! it i did not notice it will be stolen!

@mumkai @etrade @imani08 Same - only I stayed on hold for over 2 hours. I can't get anywhere. Canned response is not helpful and infuriating as I've tried everything to access and can get no help from E-Trade.

@zerohedge next should be @etrade just recently my money was less in my account after selling a shares.. if i did not notice it it will be stolen.. i informed them from customer service and my acct was restricted, spend 1 hr on the line w/ no support.. very costly.

@etrade Your International call support service is like a criminal activity! Customers need to spend 1 hr on the line waiting for nothing but only financial cost!!! i also save screenshot of your customer support about my missing fund/money! if i did not notice it will be stolen!

@etrade your customer service is server-less & not in a good way. It literally provides nothing, 2-3 hr hold times for calls and even longer for chat. You need to reach out to @awscloud to find better solutions. People's financial livelihoods are at stake. #etrade #AmazonConnect

@etrade 4 hours waiting for a customer service rep. Completely unacceptable. Moving my accounts out. Unreal. Fire your CEO and your customer service officers. $5 plus trillion annually and you cant staff CSReps. Smh.
