  @etrade Hey @etrade why is your live chat always down? Cant even find an email to send y'all a question. Last time I called I was on hold for 45 minutes, rather send a message and read the answer later than have to stay on the phone 45 minutes when I'm busy

  I cannot wait to sell what I have with @etrade they have the worst interface in the history of mankind. You can't even click on "sell" and have it pass along how many shares you actually have.

  @etrade Give it a break. The market is FLAT for 3 mo with the fed spoon feeding it, and everyone is terrified Powel will say the T word. Of course it reaches record heights. The market has reached "record heights" every mosince its inception. Except in very bad economic times like 2015.

  @etrade Your customer service is HORRIBLE! You've had my account restricted for WEEKS, despite me submitting the requested signed document. Support keeps saying they will escalate and provide a reply. They never do. So many other better brokerages out there.

  @MorganStanley should be pretty worried about the @RobinhoodApp settlement given that @etrade goes down almost every single day. The fine they are going to have to pay is going to be glorious. $MS

  Exchange fees went down for options. Now I pay a whopping $0.07 per contract, ballpark. This has saved me THOUSANDS this year with @WebullGlobal. Your turn @etrade and @TDAmeritrade. Will you reduce fees or pocket the difference and keep clients in the dark?

  @Lee_Luciano @etrade @cvpayne This is good. You need 800% margin only to SHORT the stock, because loses on a short can be basically infinite. It's saying shorting AMC is really stupid at this point, but if you want to do it anyway, you gotta have a lot of $$$ available to cover when your bad bet loses.
