  @etrade @MorganStanley Long time account holder. I have to warn you that e*trade stands out in a very bad way from most other online brokerages in that you still charge fees on mandatory corporate actions on equity holdings. Your UI is top notch but these fees have driven me to open accounts at other brokerages. I hope E*trade reconsiders and eliminates these ridiculous fees to stay competitive.

  And after getting an agent, telling him the problem, I got a boilerplate answer about how balances are calculated rather then the agent addressing the error. His follow up - after 20+ minutes of wasted time - was to tell me to call @etrade. We've institutionalized failure.

  Our stock purchase is through @etrade but the service is awful and can't connect to anyone. Next employee pulse meeting, will bring this up to see if a different platform would be better who provides better support.

  I repeat. Nobody should ever use @etrade for their banking services. They hold your money hostage under the guise of "fraud protection". Their customer service team cannot contact the department that manages this so they are useless. Never again, not anything affiliated with @MorganStanley
