Nearly $10,000 restricted, legitimate payments reversed, two promised deadlines broken, 15+ calls, and still no explanation, timeline, or accountable person.

I’ve had to call them more than a dozen times over the past two months. And I always get the same answer: Call back in a few days. I can’t wait to close my account there.
