@etrade I don’t like using power E*TRADE im use to using the regular mobile app. I doubt clearing browser cache would fix mobile app problem.

My @etrade account has been restricted and not letting me log in for 3 weeks now and I haven’t been able to get anyone to help me with it, everytime I call I’m placed on hold for more than 2 hours and get no where. Someone please help me lol

@etrade #etrade Has anyone had to call Etrade for an account issue? Does anyone work there? Do their customer service lines actually work? I've been on hold for over an hour. You would think they would let you do these things online rather than have to call someone.

@MikeMeyers @WellsFargo @etrade First of all, sorry to hear this happened. Secondly, please contact WF if you haven't already. You're almost certainly protected by customer protection policy (gets dicey wrt fintech credential sharing potentially voiding this). Lastly, you'd be screwed in defi. No recourse?

@StrangeAirships @etrade Damn same thing happened to me I contacted support for almost two weeks and all I got was automated robot replies, not until I got recommended to Uniplatform_assist_ on Instagram who got it fixed in a few hours

@etrade Etrade totally screwed me today. Automatically closed out my option contract early before the end of the day. I was watching it for 5 hours. Closed it out right before it made good gains. Customer support told me they can do this at anytime and tough luck.

@thetradingchick I put $2000 in Compuware $CPWR in 2000. I was in high school and it was the first stock I ever bought (@etrade). One day later they reported earnings and the stock went down 50%. Then came the bursting of the tech bubble, and I was left with about $500. #Y2K
