Randy Daniel (@NerdRandy) segnalati@etrade How can an entity say they value their customers when there’s no notice of an outage by your entity nor an apology. Don’t bother calling them, they have a clause regarding outages and won’t even offer a good faith credit for the ordeal. Customer service isn’t their priority, it’s charging fees.

Worsr decision they made was reviewing every trade and making people call in trades. Worst part is when someone answers they have to get approval for a trade cause they are not licensed. 10 min execution for a trade that moves in milliseconds. 🗑 is a compliment to TD. Junk.

NoMad (@mySanctuaries) segnalati@etrade @MorganStanley This has been an issue for many years. Several others too. I thought the issues would be fixed when Morgan Stanley bought them. No such luck. The app data still sucks!
