  @missteencrypto Mine too - @etrade. They FROZE my account and basically interrogated me because I sent $ to an exchange. The minute the acct was unfrozen I closed all my eTrade accts - 12 year customer gone. DON'T USE ETRADE FOR ANYTHING.

  @RonanKeane @etrade Better not to use ETrade. Useless customer service and they execute orders at one price and display the paid price lot higher swallowing ur profits.

  @CallsPuts1 The @eTrade website seems to actually be getting worse since $MS acquired them. Things are breaking, like the "positions" window on the order placing page (checkbox can't be checked), and they don't even try to fix them, customer service pretends I'm requesting a new feature. 🙄

  @IBKR Since 24 Jan I have been in touch with #IBKR customer service to help solve a critical issue with my portfolio positions. It's end of March and very little to no progress has been made. Defo NOT a no. 1 #Platform . @etrade did a much better job in a fraction of time.

  @etrade So far I tried reaching you guys 34 times in customer call waiting for 30 min at least each time. Useless portal. My stocks are executed in one price but next day the paid price is shown higher price. My profits are entirely rated by your frustrating system.

  @etrade I have been trying since *December* to transfer out my remaining assets, and every time, you’ve rejected the request from my receiving firm despite processing them previously on a regular basis. You’ve now rejected my own request. This is borderline criminal. Please help?

  @etrade after waiting close to 2.5 hrs I finally connected with a agent who listened to my situation then sent me to a cust sat survey with no resolution. Do I get to spend 2.5 hours more on hold? Are you kidding me? #awful

  @etrade After 2 hrs on hold waiting for a cust service agt on Friday and today 1 hr 50 min on hold my frustration level is at an all time high. Your online messaging directed me to call the cust service #. Pls DM to get my very simple request resolved. #badcustomerservice

  Tremendous customer service from @etrade just now. Unwarranted activity in my Roth IRA and the team handled swiftly and accordingly. Highly recommend their brokerage.
