@etrade hi! I have been trying to contact your customer support team for the past 3 months, each time I called, there is a 90mins+ wait time. There is no online chat option. You also do not operate during the weekend. Please tell me what is the best way to speak to someone??

@etrade I've been trying to get in touch with a customer service rep about an issue with my account for 3 days and every time I call it says there is 90+ minute wait (!!!!). Is there another number besides 1800etrade1 or place I can leave a message?

@etrade I have tried to change my settings for paperless communication but you keep sending me letters almost on a weekly basis. Your chat function gets me nowhere. HELP!
