I have to warn you that e*trade stands out in a very bad way from most other online brokerages in that you still charge fees on mandatory corporate actions on equity holdings. Your UI is top notch but these fees have driven me to open accounts at other brokerages. I hope E*trade reconsiders and eliminates these ridiculous fees to stay competitive.

Nick Jose (@nickgg10) segnalati@etrade E*TRADE is a brokerage built in 2007 and maintained by carrier pigeons. Awful communication, archaic platform, and customer service that exists only in legend. Don’t switch for the bonus. If you’re already there, leave—you don’t know what good service feels like.

An innocent seller is now missing funds, a credit card payment was reversed after posting, and no one can explain why or who initiated it. Hours on the phone with no answers.Please DM me immediately to fix this

I’ve spoken with roughly 15 representatives, and nobody can tell me why my account was restricted or when it will be restored. The department handling it apparently cannot even speak to me.
