    @etrade should be class action lawsuit against you for gross negligence you played a part in platform was down from 9:30 to 10:30

    @etrade @pennystawkcawk What happened to your customer service ? This is platinum service to be put on hold for hours and not be able to get through to anyone ? It's concerning that nobody is available to assist when there is an issue with your platform.

    @etrade @CitiesOfHeroes My bad. I recently turned on 2FA and didn’t know I had to append pwd + token. Having said that, it’s highly unintuitive.

    @etrade can you guys please fix the chart lag, and freeze on E*TRADE pro. My chart went from freezing 2 times a day, to 6 times a day this week. While I’m in the middle of a trade... plz fix this ****

    @RealtorStarShar @etrade Tell me abt it. I entered $gme this morning at $209 and wanted to get out around 350. Fidelity kept on giving me errors. I tried the browsers n got errors saying page not available. Then I restarted my computer and it put my order as limit order. Sold at 275

    @phatdogs2 @etrade i been doing this FT for 15yrs with ETFC, trusdt me. when things go bad on this end... they have no liability. couple xx, i got some free trades against big $$ gone. (EOM)

    @etrade I canceled sell order 1.5 hours ago. The cancelation is still pending. The issue is the I can not sell the position due to overlapping orders. Why does it take so long to cancel an order?

    @ResearchRonin @BeckInvestLLC Many brokers stopped trading in it earlier. I had some covered calls in amc and couldn’t get out until nearly 10 central because of @etrade “system issues”. I bet.

    @Michael47514166 @hdanielferrari5 @etrade On the Orders page, for me it shows none having executed - but I haven't traded extended hours before so no idea if the site is just broken or if this is par for the course for extended hours trading. Seems broken to me. Either way, will not try again on etrade anytime soon.
