    @etrade The outage this morning is completely unacceptable. I would expect a "power broker" to be prepared for spikes in traffic on bear days like today. Totally unacceptable. At the very least, acknowledge the problem and give status updates.

    @afortunetrading @etrade ALL of my Canadian brokers have same issue with @RBCDirect being the worst of them all. At least TD and CIBC are super slow and allowing trades. F'ing missed selling my blackberry position on the TSX at day's high. Oh well...

    Pure insanity. I have 5 open orders with @etrade for 1000 shares each and they won’t execute while the stock price continues to crater. This is absolutely a broken system.
