    I have been on hold with my bank for 40 minutes now (thanks @etrade @MorganStanley!). I will give five million monopoly dollars to whoever figures out how to stay on hold while muting the universally terrible music and going about your day until the other end finally answers.

    @etrade why is it when there's multiple margin calls and/or short squeezes, your Bid/Ask on ETrade Pro freeze and only last trade is current? This has been occurring since last week. And the charts drop any drawings. Fix this.

    @etrade I spent two hours on hold yesterday for a routine customer service request that I can't do online for some reason before your system dropped my call, appears the only other way to contact you is snail mail???

    @etrade I have been on hold for 1.5 hours to reach customer service as I can't login to my account. I can reset the password, but it won't let me login. What is going on? I will miss the trading window if this isn't resolved!

    @etrade has completely turned into garbage. Their customer service has become awful, really sad to see this happen to what used to be such an awesome company.

    @etrade your customer service is non existent. My husband passed 8 months ago, yet I still don’t have access to our son’s custodial account. You’ve had all required docs for months! My estate attorney needs to file the estate return, I need this account settled!
