    @etrade you’ve held my unrestricted funds on a converted stock and I am down 8% on my portfolio because I am unable to sell my position. There’s a material change in the co’s structure yet E*TRADE said to just wait until they receive then trade. @FINRA this is unacceptable.

    @etrade your holdtimes are unacceptable, as a client for over 20 years I should not have to wait 2 hours to speak to someone. Horrible horrible horrible customer service.

    @ESSFarmer @kendallparcs @etrade The rich can only be rich in one of 2 ways, by the support of people or the abuse of Gov. It's okay to be rich, it's okay to have people supporting you but it's not okay to use public policy to kill competition to gain power/control. End of story

    @etrade my husband has been unable to get through to anyone after calling 1-800-387-2331 eight times and been on hold for 30 minutes or more. Someone stole money from his account. Where’s the support in customer support?!

    @etrade I've tried to reset my password about 6 times in the last 24 hours. No success. I can't get anyone on chat or the phone either. This after depositing cash in the account. You have my money. Where is my support?

    @ESSFarmer @kendallparcs @etrade Becoming rich criminally has nothing to do with the legal system. Again, for a criminal to maintain that power just means there is no accountability and again, policy and enforcement is the issue not rich people. Being brainwashed to hate freedom must suck

    Impressive. Only took @etrade 9 days to finally respond to my issue With an automated no-help response: We sincerely apologize for the delay in replying to your message. This is due to recent market volatility driving higher inquiry volumes as well as operational shift changes..

    @thestinkmarket @etrade Been there. I think I actually had to wait over an hour and a half. They have a good platform but good luck if you need any help. It takes forever

    @etrade whats going on? Been trying to get support for 5 DAYS. Multiple emails, waited on chat support for 4 hours, and countless hours on hold on the phone.
