@master_britton_ @etrade I spoke to IG apparently there was a technical issue and only a very few payments were received today on THEIR platform, maybe yours has the same issue, apparently it’ll be sorted and paid tomorrow, not handy though really.

This exchange @etrade is the worse! Customer service is extremely slow. Already an hour on hold. I can deposit funds but can’t withdraw them. Time to close #etrade account. Good thing I never closed @RobinhoodApp app.

Hi. @SECLawyer101 wondering if you can help explain where is my investment with @BIGtoken_App lead by #georgestella? @etrade drop the company and it seems is now trading OTC Expert Market but I have no access to my shares. No letters, no info, just vanished and money has poof!!!

@etrade and 5-7 business days for a replacement ATM card? I’ve been a customer for 24 years. But now it’s literally faster for me to get cash by opening a new account and moving to a new bank and brokerage.

@etrade @joshuap37950901 The problem with your customer service is that they put people on hold for hours if not minutes. My own experience. I have an issue and I have wasted so much time and effort without any result, which is incredible.

@etrade Whatever, just improve your service. For some reason you cancel my IRA distribution I put in last week and hold time is over 30 minutes. Now another 10-15 min wait. Obviously, I need to move it.

Don’t ever use @etrade. Worse customer service. Lock accounts without notification. Wait times every time they put you on hold is about 30 minutes. #etrade is the worse platform.
