  It's going to be fun correcting my Quicken account after the slight glitch @etrade had this weekend. They were appreciated I brought the issue to their attention but hopefully tomorrow I can get everything corrected.

  @JM50250829 @etrade Yes, it is annoying not to reach a person. But the CS reps aren't even the problem. All they could say is: we don't know, we are working on it. The person who caused us all to lose buying power for a full trading day is responsible for the buying power batch software: IMHO.

  @etrade have been trying since Friday to get thru to ETrade bank and no one picks up the phone EVER. Currently on the phone trying again and have been waiting 15 minutes so far. Is this the customer service you and @MorganStanley aspire to??
