@etrade your shenanigans are getting on my nerve, I’ve been trying to get a hold of one of your customer service reps for 2 days with no success! Waiting on hold for over 40 mins and then the call drops... I need to talk to someone ASAP!

Etrade, you need to have better customer service. CSR didn't havr any trading knowledge and I am told to wait for 3 hours to talk to another CSR. My cash covered put was exercised incorrectly today. Reference# on message center is 9505246.@etrade #fairtrading #CustomerService
