    @JohnnyStock7 @etrade Nah, they don't have customers, they have donors. Criminal company holding me hostage and will not be able to pull my funds. Currently on hold AGAIN, 30 mins and NO resolution, no service, completely brainless and useless people

    @Hedfam19 @etrade Company has gone down hill. Had my stock certificate for over a week and still not deposited and tradeable. Costing me $1000’s of dollars.

    @etrade What’s the best way I can reach out to customer support / update my beneficiary? On the mobile app there is a feature to update my beneficiaries. But upon updating them, it does save the updates. Next, when I try using the customer service chat, that says it’s NA.

    I have now virtually guaranteed that no betting company is gonna sponsor HTHL anytime soon. I’m ok with that. I’d be happy to sponsor something dreadfully boring with a slow rate of return like creating a Roth IRA with @TDAmeritrade or investing in market-based etfs w @etrade .

    @etrade You lost me as a customer due to: 1. Constantly having to call you about simple issues. 2. The overly difficult process to open my LLC brokerage account. (Had to call you 3 times) 3. Total kerfuffle trying to close said account. Just close it already..please!!

    @etrade Explain Rule 611 to me. I had a sale limit order set for $NGE. It met and went way above it and yet my sell never triggered. I asked support, they simply said "Rule 611, basically a block trade went up. You are not due anything..." What the hell?

    @etrade @etrade is going to get sued #bigly one day. Issues everywhere. I had enough of their Pro platform. Too many bugs. Every few months some bullshit bug would negate a sell execution leading to losses. Funny how it never happened in my favor. Moved to IBKR … no issues

    @etrade why am I on hold for AT LEAST 20 min. when I call your company? Don’t you realize this hassle deteriorates millions of Americans’ overall mood, on a long term basis? People don’t realize how much Jan 6 incident and THIS kinda crap are related #CustomerIsKing #DoBetter
