Thank you @etrade for sending a ACH back even though there was more than enough to pay it and it's my damn DMV renewal and it's going to suspend my licence now. You should be paying for these damages

@etrade your customer service is awful. 4 days of MINIMUM 30 minutes on hold and ZERO help. I've emailed and again, NOTHING. I'm trying to get my father's account settled, with no help from you.

@etrade I don’t usually do this but your services are a joke. 8 weeks of failed transfers and zero support. Averages of 50 minutes wait to speak to representatives. Loss of interest on failed transactions. No remedies. No help. My own bank at a loss of how to work with you.

@Thoughts_NJ @etrade WORST part about etrade is their app, if you switch to say Twitter and then go back you need to login again.

@TheeDisruptor @etrade I’ve had Fidelity for years and they’ve been great. I also have a TD Ameritrade account as well. But in terms of service, trade price execution etc. I put them at the top of the list.
