  @etrade why are your wait times so long? I have spent hours and hours on hold. Your wait music is awful, no way to shut it off, and no option for a call back instead of waiting on the line. I just want to be able to use my account! Really regretting my decision to use you.

  Hey @etrade…appreciate your security concerns on supposed illicit activity but if you are going to lock my account, not answering your customer service line on 2 separate calls with wait times over an hour is BS! And no other option like chat, email, etc sucks too. #mymoney

  @etrade I have now spent 7 HOURS on the line waiting for "Account Opening" to take my call to unblock the account, but my account is not new, it has been running for 3 years If you are going to block my account why not ring me, now I am still on hold, 7 HOURS. WHAT A **** SERVICE

  @etrade did I try to reach the DMV or an online brokerage service? Spending an hour in the holding pattern of an agent who put me on hold. Money moves fast...

  fwiw: My account is correct on $XELA and the chart and L2 work @etrade I know damned well the brokers did this purposely to allow the shorts to crush this down. Same manipulation by the prime everyday. ******* thieving bastards.

  @etrade Please NO-ONE trade with these guys they are terrible Customer Service is a 2 hour wait And they can block your account for no reason and then refuse to take your call. Absolutely terrible service

  Well @etrade just deposited $250,000 of stock into my IRA. Too bad the market is closed. LOL
