  @etrade I have had an issue with my account and have called about 10 times but etrade operations are just unable to put the issue to bed. I can’t talk directly with the team, nor is there a soecific person assigned to follow up on this. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible.

  @etrade Let me know if you need some tech help over there at @etrade, as I could help tighten the ship. You must have complaints about the api, as I can't be the only one noticing this.

  @etrade over the last several months I will say that you all have provided the lowest level of service ever. Your front line teams are great, but what ever is happening behind the scenes is clearly broken.

  @etrade Is the company name Coventry that's trying to buy your life insurance the only problem is the only pay you 5% of what it's worth, these are thieves, don't trust them contact your life insurance company in do business with them.

  @etrade Second, please remove all those damn automatic dropdowns as it causes all the slowness. It also causes misclicks and again, losing money on spreads in daytrading due to missing the window of the trade.

  @etrade is terrible for futures trading. Do not recommend. -Dom is probably the worst in the industry -Execution is terrible -Dom lags and skips everywhere -cant put stop loss on the Dom I only have Etrade because my options account is on there and its easy to trade futures since the money is already there but I just cant anymore. I heard AMP, Omega, and Edgeclear are all good firms. Will try them out soon and report back.

  @etrade Why does your brokerage keep charging me double for options contracts? I paid a certain amount and your service doubles it, making me lose more than I intend. What is going on with your service?

  @etrade WHY DOESNT ETRADE MERGE WITH MORGAN STANLEY SINCE THEY BOUGHT ETRADE SO CUSTOMERS COULD USE MORGAN STANLEYS MOBILE APP . IM TOLD IT WORKS GREAT AND ETRADES HAS HUGE ISSUES !!!

  @etrade is probably the worst platform to trade futures on. Do not recommend. Their "Dom" lags, fills are terrible, hard to set up bracket trades, no stop loss, etc... Only wanted to try it since I already trade SPX 0dte on the platform which is actually very fluid for options.

  They have a really good customer service and are very professional. Granted they are huge and @etrade has everything from banks 401ks futures and stock trading. Now unless you pay extra you do not get real time charts on stocks you do on futures. ThinkorSwm gives you everything if you have the right amount in your account.
