I don't love blasting brands on social media, but @etrade I've now spent more than 4 hours (cumulative) on the phone over the past 24 hours, with no resolution to a very simple account problem. Live chat seems not to be working. Any other way to talk to a real person?

@etrade why do you not offer callback? I need account help and don't have hours to wait. Live chat also not available. Got a message to send a secure message and there's no secure message place to write an outgoing message. Very disappointed.

@etrade you guys really need to fix this bug on iOS where one of your accounts isn’t shown in the total balance nothing scarier than seeing my net ratings have dropped $70k in a matter of minutes :) I’ve seen it for a year and it’s just as scary as the first time

@etrade Seminar registration doesn’t work. Email doesn’t work. Customer service might reply many days later. You want to be trusted but you can’t deliver on even the simplest tech. I have no idea why I’m still a customer
