  @OCMillionaire @etrade damn idk why people are celebrating here. the endgame is to ban wallstreetbets and anything they don't like. they started with this guy. also if you fall for obvious OTC penny stocks pump and dump you deserve to lose money anyways. traders should take it as a lesson

  @etrade E*TRADE continues to hold my money against my will. I have tried to withdraw my funds, but you won’t verify my account and I get the same error message every time. Nobody answers your ‘customer service’ number. Your live chat is disabled. I demand my money back.

  @KimBarboo @etrade I've had the same situation with my web host. Finally just switched it. I didn't bother to let him know, though, because he was too busy to help me the bajillion times I reached out. Today, I start fresh.

  .@etrade thanks for letting me sit on hold for 45 minutes only to be hung up on by customer service rep who was in line for 3 minutes with no callback despite having my info. Classy. Now I just want ******** out. Not investing $ with a ****** company.

  @etrade Why is E*Trade deciding what stocks we can trade and what not? I tried to get in $SSY when it was still down to $4.30 and got the text that you didn't allow trading of "the security" at the moment. It was not halted. I missed a $3K trade

  etrade securities @etrade Worst customer service ever. My husband James Brassard died 11/04/2020. I contacted Estates @etrade to transfer his money into my JP Morgan IRA. @etrade said I had to transfer his money into an etrade account which I did. No $$ yet! since 1/29

  @etrade why is your customer service technical support so poor? why do you allow them to behave in the manners that they do. Your technical support today has me unplug my routers then decided to hang up. Then when I call back I'm on hold for 2 hours. Message do not use E-Trade?

  @Matthew38110846 @pufmeister @etrade is very slow. I had the same thing happen with a different ticker and it took almost 10 trading days to resolve. Their customer service is also terrible.

  @etrade Why would you trust an institution that would freeze and close a 20 year customers account? When you call to ask what's going on they refuse to talk to you and send you the generic terms of service that's says they can cancel your account if they want to.
