@etrade Was just on the phone with E*trade about a technical glitch on your site that is screwing up cost bases and making it inaccurate. The person on the phone had no idea what she was talking about and it turned into a 3 hour phone call. Really unacceptable.

@etrade No, it may help if u provide an app that your clients can use. I'm in the tech space so don't put blame on the phone, a Google Pixel XL. We all know Google is a communist sympathizer, but they do know how to market and support a cell.

@WDF1988 @etrade $xcpl Not True at all! I just placed a sell order on TD after you said this and it was open and available to sell once market opened. I cancelled the order, of course. You need to contact your brokerage and inquire to their problem as it is not a problem for anyone else.

@StonkDoc just spoke with @etrade I was told $500 to get my NB shares for me instead of being lumped. They also said they don’t foresee it holding any value. Unreal news I was not expecting. But then again NB has come out with absolutely nothing in our support
