  Got hit with a $38 reorg fee from @etrade for holding $ZNGA through its acquisition by $TTWO. Guess I'll sell my shares of $ATVI ahead of time to avoid needing to beg customer service to have this fee reversed again. This is the crap that scares small investors away.

  @etrade @etrade Your customer care says it’s in the air, this is not what is expected, it should have been automated recall process if the account doesn’t exits

  ...how much I lost because of their random bot selling. Can't blame $HOOD since they offer commission "free" trading. But @etrade juiced my 7.5k in commissions in the last 10 months, I expect better customer service (waited 1 hr 30 mins to get someone on phone who can't email).

  @ABC last week my Etrade debit card was compromised. When I called customer service talking to the rep seems like it was multiple accounts. The rep told me they would get back to me I've hear nothing. Are they trying to keep this quite...@Etrade

  @etrade You guys somehow managed to break cost basis reporting for anyone that owned $QDEL prior to their merger closing. Please fix that ASAP.

  @AshTheSnkrhd RH is fine because you can then buy micro shares instead of expensive shares i.e. Google etc. However, @Etrade is good because of the layout and ability to customize charts. They will also send a checkbook & debit card. RH conversion back to cash is slow & charts suck.

  @etrade - AGAIN this happening!! I sold an NQ futures contract this morning and now it doesn’t show up in Power Etrade! So - I can’t close it! So far I am down over $1,000 …. This has happened before. Done with you. Moving everything to TD A.

  Asked @etrade for help w/something in my acct on Friday. Rep told me he didn't think it was possible but would check on it. Same guy called me back today. It's a no-go but it was cool to get a personal followup on the phone from the same rep. Thanks @etrade 👍

  @etrade @MorganStanley you are holding my account hostage by disabling it due to suspicious activity. I get the security reasons but it should not take 4 days and hours on many phone calls to try to resolve the issue!!! #fail #lawsuit
