    Time to close my decades old @etrade account. The web page is so broken and badly designed: its chat doesn't work consistently, unnotified rule changes prevent acct mgmt, and the web pages do not encourage successful navigation😢

    @TheAthletic @etrade The NCAA should be EMBARRASSED as the way the S Carolina/UCONN game is being officiated. It’s RUGBY, not basketball!! Why have the best teams playing, and allow everyone to hold, push, and grab!! It’s AWFUL!!

    @etrade finally got someone to answer - When they answer please be polite - not the fault of the rep - so keep it civil but do emphasize that being a customer is probably no longer in your best interest if you want to vent
