    1/ @etrade Significant problems with trading platform this am. Level I frozen for some symbols. ie, $BCC been at 48.00 x 48.43 for more than an hour, while stock has traded both below and above that range. Level I on $MHO for example shows 51.60 x 50.36. Not possible.

    @etrade just spent nearly 45 mins on the phone for what I thought would be a fairly simple process. speaking to someone in another country and could barely make out what she was saying plus the delay and bad reception. TERRIBLE customer service as we have 5 accounts with Etrade.

    2/ @etrade Also, several instances where Level 1 quotes for many names don't match market depth screen. For example $BCC stuck at 48.00 x 48.43 on watchlist, while market depth on ARCA shows 48.11 x 48.28. What's up with these problems?

    @etrade I am really losing patience with you guys. Can’t speak to anyone, app has slowed down and you just locked my account because of the PDT rule when my account is well over 25k. What is going on!!????

    @etrade @MorganStanley I consistently, on daily basis, have trouble loading the portfolio page and receive the following message: "The service you requested is temporarily unavailable. Please try back later". Can you please improve this?

    @etrade It's so impossible to talk to customer service I'm seriously contemplating pulling out all of my 401k and just rolling it into my company plan. 90 minutes of waiting is bullshit.

    @spaceandvinyls @mumkai @etrade I did eventually yesterday but the issue that was supposed to be resolved this morning ( per customer service) is still unresolved.
