    @jp2e Here’s the problem I have with these reviews. They r not effective for any length of time. They don’t address how a product holds up over time. Take the @ArloSmartHome doorbell for instance. 6 months to 1 yr after installing the required paid service produces consistent issues.

    @ArloSmartHome Is your team already aware of the login and payment/subscription errors? CVR won't load. Library won't load. Problem started today not too long ago.

    @ArloSmartHome is your network down? My cams have not had recordings for over 2 hours. And saying they all have no recordings.

    @ArloSmartHome hey! Love your cameras I now have 5! But I have an issue sometimes with a couple of the essential spotlight cams. Where they say they are offline. I have them plugged in and charged... Any idea why this would be happening?

    @oed_huerta @ArloSmartHome Hell no. I only have Arlo because Google didn't have a floodcam. They have one now sooo @ArloSmartHome do I need to trash this one since it just randomly stops recording????

    @ArloSmartHome I bought the baby camera in June and it stopped charging. Finally was able to get a replacement that has the same issue??

    @ArloSmartHome Warning! Arlo Go users having problems in the last month or so. Our cameras having problems connecting and going offline. Doesn’t seem to be Att issue. See complaints in Arlo support no resolution. Just too bad had camera for years no issues. I need for elderly parent.

    @ArloSmartHome I’m also not going to be ran around or made to go outside just to check cameras that claim to be offline.. I usually just reset one of the base stations and that fixes. Also, the screens seem locked at times and don’t function when I login.

    @ArloSmartHome I told the CEO I’d be telling her about some of the many issues on LinkdIn… Hopefully she’ll look into the issue before I have to kill another African illegal trying to play me…

    Still waiting for resolution of my brand new battery issue @ArloSmartHome I waited TWO WEEKS only to be told to contact technical support - with no email/phone number/URL provided to do so. This is horrendous.

    @ArloSmartHome $200 for a camera that doesn’t come with a monitor and is super slow to load when you open the app. Then the charging port stops working I’m sent a replacement with the same issue and now I’m blocked from being helped 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
