  Some @ArloSmartHome support techs require updated training. Two contacts (chat and phone call) neither solved issues and no help in online docs. Found solution on my own AFTER asking if it was a fix and was told NO.

  @TisheyeLens @ArloSmartHome Our Nest Doorbell goes offline once in a while. Turned out for us it was a bandwidth limiter on our Router booting it off as it was transmitting video. Also called a QOS setting. The wifi would get congested and the router would reset, booting off the camera.

  @ArloSmartHome sucks that it takes over 1m to sync up camera to my phone while on the same network. What is it with security about always been last to the show? Well I invested in the system and seems to be a big let down especially coming from a subscriber. #CustomerService

  @ArloSmartHome cameras intermittently connect and reconnect to WiFi. Let’s hope they are connected when it is no longer a drill... my camera has been offline for 3+ Hours

  @ArloSmartHome Feel free to send me a wirefree video doorbell then to replace the audio doorbell that no longer relays direct mobile calling thanks to some mysterious update. Many of us waiting for a month now from support for a fix.
