    @ArloSmartHome Thank you Arlo support for a great support experience with your chat support team. I explained the problem and sent a couple of screenshots. Yvonne determined a defect and facilitated in getting the RMA submitted for a replacement. #customerserviceisreal

    @ArloSmartHome Already Tried your customer service. I was just out of one year so they told me nothing they can do, so been throwing them in the garbage where they belong and switching to ring. No one waster your money on Arlo!!! I spent a grand on the Arlo ultras and they are overpriced junk!

    Hey @ArloSmartHome - what’s the deal with your camera app? Logged out, try to log back in, get nothing but spinning and useless error messages. Online help is also useless. Cameras are great unless I can’t see them. #fail

    @ArloSmartHome Yes, this was the first thing I did. I wanted to know if there's a problem with your systems before I call a support line which is always time consuming. I tried again, and I think your card payment gateway is down. Paypal, however, works.

    @ArloSmartHome I have an Arlo pro, my library recordings have disappeared and I can't seem to find any help on the website. Is the free 7 day cloud storage still a thing or is it disabled?
