    @ArloSmartHome We were burglarized last night and that video is on our Arlo Essential, but we can't pull it from the cloud because of a glitch, and can't get through to support either. Police asking for the footage. Can you please help? If not, this product is sort of useless... #arlosmarthome

    Need some @ArloSmartHome @ask_Arlo help. Added my base/cameras to HomeKit and by default it added 3 of my 4 cams as “favorite cameras” on the My Home screen. For the life of me I can’t figure out how to add the last camera to the favorites. Any ideas?

    @ArloSmartHome what a joke your Arlo pro 3 cam is!! It’s a garbage cam! Can’t believe I wasted my $ on your cam! @alzassociation please don’t recommend this cam to any caretakers trying to protect their out of town family members!

    @ArloSmartHome cancelling my subscription. Camera not working battery won’t charge. Arlo support not even responding. Buy Ring instead. @ArloSmartHome take your money but then ignore you

    @ArloSmartHome please help. Been told to call the uk help line 0800 970 3054 by your online chat team. Called 30 times over the last few days and all I get after 5 mins on hold is “we are having technical difficulties” & I get hung up on. Awful customer service #CustomerService

    If you were maybe thinking of purchasing an @ArloSmartHome product for someone for the holidays, maybe run far far FAR away. On top of all 3 of my cameras now not working, customer service just said "no refunds" and ended our conversation.

    Trying out some @ArloSmartHome Ultra 2 cameras. Can’t connect to HomeKit with “unauthorized accessory”. Tried factory reset. No go. Now trying live chat help.
