    @ArloSmartHome Support system is appalling: a good product is fundamental, but customer services is make or break. A company that tells a customer they are not entitled to help, in home security? Convoluted community access? I planned to expand our system, will find another.

    @ArloSmartHome is pretty terrible and their support sucks. Spent the past hour trying to get support just to be told it requires a subscription then to have 3 agents just leave me on read and leave the online chat.

    @ArloSmartHome isn't so smart for the home. I've tried over countless support cases and hours to resolve a simple issue. We're being charged for an Arlo Smart subscription, with none of the subscription services enabled on our accounts! #arloessential #arlosmarthome #arlo

    @ArloSmartHome I’ve been trying to contact customer service through the app and it won’t work. My question is that we have one of our cameras went bad but we have an older system am I able to buy a new camera and just add it to the old system oh will not be compatible?

    @ArloSmartHome when your app tells me my doorbell has 35 new videos I think someone is trying to break in only to look in the app and see 3 new videos. Please fix your app, it's a terrible experience when you tell me the wrong amount of video updates in notifications.

    @ArloSmartHome Hey Guys! Are you serious about the "no support" policy? I can unfortunately not reinstall my arlo-cameras and there seem no help available for me. No support at all :(
