I asked yesterday that my issue be escalated after multiple customer service contacts including multiple "dropped" calls and suddenly "closed" chats while I was typing a response. No response yet @ArloSmartHome Is anyone escalating or is this just a norm?

@DuncanDaHusky @ArloSmartHome Oh no! I ended up purchasing and installing an Arlo hardwired video doorbell a month or so ago. I really like it so far. I hope they help you get it figured out soon.

@ArloSmartHome Really? Because all my cameras just went offline for no reason and I've had to spend an hour trying to get them all working. One of them still isn't syncing. Your products used to provide peace of mind. Not any more.

Spent 1 hour on chat with @ArloSmartHome and they tried to blame their hardware problem on the new modem when everything else works fine with the modem. #poorcustomerservice I do not recommend them. Try #Google or #Amazon first.

Anyone with an @ArloSmartHome find the geofencing is completely broken the last few weeks? I get notifications that I’m going in and out of radius but the camera state never changes.

@AmazonHelp I purchased an @ArloSmartHome solar charger, and it stopped working. I initially thought it was the camera so I replaced the camera. Only2realize the charger was the issue. Now I'm stuck with a broken device.
