    @ArloSmartHome Arlo has the WORST customer service I have ever received. I have been in communication with them for 2 months and have yet to get the problem solved. I never talk with the same person and have to re-explain….

    @ArloSmartHome Our experience is when the internet goes out, the battery drains very quickly. Is this a known issue, and is there any way of mitigating?

    @ArloSmartHome My camera suddenly stopped working. I called ARLO for help only to be told that I have to pay $100 to fix it. When I asked where it said that, the agent disconnected, and now my Arlo account says that I cant call Arlo, but I can use a chat bot. What's up with that?

    @ArloSmartHome I’ve had Arlo for years.. have upgraded models twice. Recordings just randomly stopped working yesterday.. Internet connection great, all armed, all three cameras don’t work… and say online. I can only talk to a virtual bot? Terrible customer service.

    Hey @ArloSmartHome. It’s nearly 5 weeks now and the only person from your company that’s ever responded is Kamil in tech support. Obviously he can’t help me coz I have no actual tech to support as it was never delivered. Please give me my money back!

    @try_thinking0 @ArloSmartHome Tried every fix they offer. They refused to replace. When they work the video quality is the best I’ve found for birds. Yet, they are garbage with no good warranty/crappy support.

    Anyone else experiencing this with #arlo cameras? Automatic update (no option to pause till when you are there) takes place and 80% of cameras go off line and stay offline till you can get there to get a ladder out to get to them and reset them. FFS I want refund @ArloSmartHome

    @ArloSmartHome I would like to, but 2 of my 4 cameras aren’t working correctly. Your tech ended the help chat without helping - I have the transcript. Your techs on email didn’t help either. Check your DMs for my message.

    @ArloSmartHome Arlo support sucks badly. I forgot my password and they don't send me email link to reset. I am a subscriber to their plan, but the online chat robot keeps asking me to subscribe to chat with a live agent. Can somebody from Arlo help me with resetting my password?

    @ArloSmartHome why do your cameras cost so much when they have restricted software that could literally do so much more, your Apple HomeKit integration is shite and you give your well paying customers no option to arm their base station without your poor functioning app
