It’s the original Netgear charger/cable I’m using, and it is still working as I have tested it on other devices. Have there been any problematic software updates lately? Tks!

Which is why I chose @ArloSmartHome and not competitors, they let you. I just want them to spend ONE more product cycle on local base station. It's SO CLOSE. Fix the bugs!

Turned out for us it was a bandwidth limiter on our Router booting it off as it was transmitting video. Also called a QOS setting. The wifi would get congested and the router would reset, booting off the camera.
