  @ArloSmartHome I have 300 archived videos that takes 3 taps to delete.. at this point it will take close to #onethousand tapes to delete archived videos.. your app interface is ****!!

  @ArloSmartHome Worst quality control and customer service I’ve seen in a while. I have 6 cameras and 2 of them died misteriously 2 months after the warranty had expired. Their response after hours of “troubleshooting” with them (making me waste hours on stuff that’s on the manua): “Tough luck”

  Dude this video surveillance company really doesn’t have a way to download 24/7 video snippets. That’s like a plumber not working on toilets @ArloSmartHome figure this out or I gotta find another company. Sucks cause I’ve really liked u so far

  @ArloSmartHome WTF Arlo. Will not sell me my upgrade cameras because I live in NC or is it because I'm not woke! I'm a huge @NETGEAR fan with a lot of their product. I'm about to throw everything out and go find the equipment else where! UNBELIEVABLE

  @ArloSmartHome is there an outage on your doorbell server? I'm unable to access any smart features and am getting generic motion notifications, no previews, etc. (I have a subscription)
