    @ArloSmartHome I'm waiting for my turn in the chat room and I've been waiting for over an hour and 4 people have gone thru the queue. Your service is especially terrible. The only thing you're really good at is billing.

    @ArloSmartHome bought a Pro 5S 2K to test to replace 9 camera system. I had issue but can't get an support because I don't have account ? this is trial version suppose to be good for 30 days. all I get is spinning when trying to view. your idea of "Trial" sucks no sale

    @ArloSmartHome I will never reco your products. Killing my camera systems I've invested in for years is poor practice. My cams that I paid for will keep working fine... But only if now years after I purchased them, I start to pay a subscription fee! You can get bent!

    @Its_Jamin @ArloSmartHome I’m trying to but it gives me a warning that I’ll lose that feature. I shouldn’t lose it. They’re aware of the conflict and are working on a fix.

    Hey @ArloSmartHome I just bought a whole system on Ring because your chat is terrible and you can’t get anyone on a call. Worst customer support I’ve ever seen.

    @ArloSmartHome Terrible new EOL policy. Will never buy another of your products again. I have 5 cameras myself and know of three other families who bought on my recommendation.

    @ArloSmartHome @SusannWalters @Pocketlint I have 9 camera I purchased them when Arlo advertised that I would not need a monthly subscription. On April 24th 2026 I lost the features when they did an update. I’m on a fixed income & this was an investment in my home security. Arlo’s technical advisors are no help!

    @Arlo can go F off... Your EOL policy on 4-year old cameras is the last straw. Arlo has made many fumbles & poor service over the years, but I'm searching for new options, and when I find my replacement, I'm telling the whole world. @ArloSmartHome isn't a very smart company

    @ArloSmartHome how the hell does someone get to speak w CS person? I’m locked out of my own damn cameras on the app. If I don’t hear from someone soon, I’m gonna trash these things and buy another company’s cameras. There is NOTHING worse than menu aftr menu of support w no help

    @ArloSmartHome officially done with arlo. Cameras constantly disconnect now base station no longer connects at all. Garbage, buy @ring

    @ArloSmartHome returned my system 👍worst customer service ever. No manual no support. Look elsewhere for cameras Arlo SUCKS!

    @ArloSmartHome I’ve spent well over $700 into this system, based on promises and claims made by you. It’s disappointing that you now choose to go back on said promises, I understand not supporting old hardware, but effectively bricking/paywalling the system unless more money is spent is trash.

    @ArloSmartHome After >1 year of problem free use, my Arlo Wire-Free Video Doorbell (ADV2001) stopped working & chime box makes loud humming noise. No online support for products w/o subscription (tried the chat function - did not work). HELP @ArloSmartHome
