I purchased 4 x Ultra 2 and 3 x Pro 3 cameras and am now seriously regretting it. I have clearly made a dreadful choice. In spite of the cost I am ditching Arlo totally and finding an alternative. 🙁

I used the chat and was told I am not eligible for support! This is not okay- my experience has been really poor so far.

gone (@reid_murnan) segnalati@ArloSmartHome after going through a loop with the “support” team I still have come up with nothing. Paid over $300 for 3 cameras and 2 of them broke before a year was even up. which sucks since they’re still under warranty & I got zero help.

Have tried EVERY trouble shooting recommendation to no avail. And now your support people flat out refuse to replace the cameras. Very disappointed in your company!
