Josh (@jblanier) segnalati@ArloSmartHome finally pushed me over the edge… after debating on replacing the battery powered cameras and looking at @Ubiquiti equipment I’ll be replacing all Arlo smart home devices with unifi, however the issue is where I don’t have PoE.

It mysteriously stopped working, they gave me a few things to try and resolve this issue, none of them worked.

I look forward to joining the class action lawsuit for my 5 cameras if they go through with their plan. $ARLO down almost 64% over the last year.

Conflicting cellular info has halted a Go2 purch a live agent could easily clarify. Seems bad social media is only way to get attention/answers to product Q’s.

If you can do this to earlier models, what's stopping you from EOL-ing current models a couple of years down the road? Why would I *upgrade* to new models when you can just pull the infrastructural support for it later?

One, they set the image upside down and denied me access to change it. Another, suddenly, the company decided to discontinue service @ArloSmartHome I know 👇🏾 #JustAnotherCoincidence
