    @ItsB2daP @ArloSmartHome library is empty. activity zones are down and says it's because my battery powered cameras are not plugged into AC... it's AWAYS something, right Arlo?

    @ArloSmartHome can't login on Android or iOS, "internal error", but the status page says all services are good. Any ideas?

    Hello, @mbmcrae. I have an urgent issue with Arlo. Even after numerous attempts, I am still unable to get any further forward with @ArloSmartHome support. Could you please assist me? Cheers, Ricky.

    @ArloSmartHome Yes, this was the first thing I did. I wanted to know if there's a problem with your systems before I call a support line which is always time consuming. I tried again, and I think your card payment gateway is down. Paypal, however, works.

    @mbmcrae @ArloSmartHome The Arlo integration with the largest smart home platform on the planet (@smartthings) has been broken for over 3 months. Arlo support rarely responds to anyone, and when they do, they said it's fixed, when it has not been. It's unacceptable this has been broken for so long.

    @jp2e Here’s the problem I have with these reviews. They r not effective for any length of time. They don’t address how a product holds up over time. Take the @ArloSmartHome doorbell for instance. 6 months to 1 yr after installing the required paid service produces consistent issues.

    @ArloSmartHome I am having issues with my Arlo and I can't get anyone to help me. While the camera is okay your customer service has something to be desired. No phone number to call???
